Truck kinda smelled like cigs. App pickup was pretty unclear, no parking. Parking at the end was a little weird. Was fine overall just weird vibes. Truck worked well.

I brought the truck back after closing to a dark parking lot with several men loitering in the small area. I was alone waiting for my out of view driver to find the drop box. The loitering men moved their car next to mine blocking the passenger door. I pulled out and away. It took about 15 minutes more to figure out the online return process and locate the key box. Never again.

Tracy B.My reservation was changed to pick up at another location. The online reservation reflected the change but it wasn't in the U Haul system. So I went to the pickup location it stated online, and it took half an hour to discover the error. They had to write down the correct address because I couldn't see it on the reservation on my end. And I still couldn't pick up with my phone at the new location because too much time had passed from the original reservation time. I had to wait in line to get the truck. I lost over an hour of moving time due to this error. The staff at both locations were reasonable and kind, this is a U Haul system error, not a staff error.

NED Nicole I.Overall, Great experience It was my first time renting a truck. I was worried to visit this place because of some of the reviews on this place. But it turned out to be a good experience for me. It was easy and smooth. Reasonable price and service.
Jason K.This location was so disorganized. They had said you could return the u-haul after hours. Upon arriving, the entire lot was blocked and I could not get in contact with anybody from u-haul. I waited 3 hrs while 5 or 6 other vehicles jumped the curb to land their rental into the parking lot. I elected to not to and was charged an extra day. I disputed the charge and the manager at this location told me it was my fault. At that point, I was kicking myself for not jumping the curb recklessly as well. Will never be renting from U-haul again.

I also booked moving blankets, utility dolly, 2 furniture dolly's, and standard dolly Upon checkin they told me they didn't have blankets or furniture dollys. The standard dolly they gave me was rusted and not like ones I have rented in the past. Very disappointed in the service. I had to drive the uhaul around looking for furniture dollys adding miles and burning gas also holding up the movers I hired. Ended up costing a lot more than planned and making the day so much more stressful. If I had been informed beforehand with a simple phone call I could've made other arrangements.
