Employee that I dealt with in the morning was rude and smug. I felt like he didn't want to hear a thing I had to say and spoke down towards me and acted as though he was doing me a great favor by renting to me (I listed someone that owes money as reference while back bc it was late and it was someone that was awake to confirm it was me while trying to rent in middle of night. Didn't know that they owed money or that that name would effect my ability to rent) prior to last rental I had rented multiple times since listing bad reference. I have always paid and never damaged anything. Yet he spoke to me like I am less than and a loser.rentals were mechanically ok except missing 2nd chain on auto transport trailer to secure the back end of vehicle (only one chain) pickup truck bed was pretty dirty I had to clean out before returning even though it was not left from me.MEGAN B.

I had booked online. But when I arrived at the location no vehicle was available. The online system is faulty. It was frustrating But Shelley Reedy was very kind and helpful. Had to go back in office & ask them to put air in right front tire before I left because when I started the an up it read just that on the dashboard. It was the 1st thing I noticed when I turned the van on, hmmmJohn D.
I needed a van for a 1 way trip. Your company only rents trucks ( you call the vans but I needed a regular van).As a result I had to make a 3 day van rental which cost much more than I had prepared for. I'm sure the company has good reasons for the policy, so no argument there. My reason for needing a regular van and not something larger had to do with not being comfortable driving 250 miles in a vehicle that large. For the record....I tried to get info from my local U Haul in Brookly NY but the person manning the station that day would only direct me to the app and would not talk to me about it. Here in Lowell I was greeted by happy smiling faces and given good information. Please review the policy regarding 1 way trips with a regular van. Merci.David F.

Remind customer to return the vehicle by following the arrows on the ground to the back of the U-Haul station. If customer returns gas to starting amount--say 3/4 full, remind customer that the gas gauge on the new Silverado pickup trucks goes all the way to full before falling back to true reading after a short pause. That prevents the minor inconvenience of thinking the tank was completely full when it still falls short of 3/4.Garth B.
Both the rental and the return done in less than 10 minutes each. Equipment worked perfectly. Billed accurately. Smiling representatives, even though the girl at return time was swamped. You hit all the right notes for this rental. Good job! Ravi S.

When I drop the truck on 10/10/22, the guy I think his name is Ryan, he was extremely rude to me. I didn't know where to parking the truck and I put it in a save place to go in and ask. I just open the door and he start yelling at me, with more people in the building upfront because I make apparently a mistake and he continue talk about me with that people. I think is unprofessional and unnecessary they way he acts toward me. Thanks to the other guy who help me.Omar M.

I was surprised at how clean and orderly the shop was. The van I rented was great. Plenty of room and was like driving a new one. The clerk/manager was friendly and knowledgeable.He made the sign in quick and easy. I did the initial sign in on-line and would recommend that also.Stephen D.
