The service was great. The equipment horrible. I'm so upset that they would let that truck out in service. No ac specially I borrowed it for 2 days on hot days. The truck wouldn't go into park. I hopped out the truck put it in park, and the truck keeped rolling for about another 3 feet till it made a big clunk and stopped. Scared me tried to stop it luckly didn't hit anything. Happened to my wife also. I On the highway getting from speeds 35-55 was horrible. Shaking making horrible noises. 60mph it started to go away. This truck shouldn't be in service. I use uhaul all the time specially this location people are awsome but this was unacceptable. Was told it's the oldest truck on the lot and should have been disabled along time go. Unhappy I feel like something should be done about this service.

While the location was good the overall experience was HORRIBLE. The online reservation process booked a trailer at a location that did not have one. The rep that I spoke with to fix it booked a different trailer that I can't use. The next person I spoke with booked the right trailer at the final location but when I go there it was rented to someone else. The web site specified I needed a 1 7/8" ball which the installer told me was too small. HORRIBLE. I will do my best to avoid Uhaul in the future. This cost me several hours of wasted time.,

The woman that works at this location is SO rude. When me and my family were there to pick up a a truck, she was so awful. Throwing stuff around and talking to customers like they weren't even people.

Did not have my reservation, which I confirmed two days prior. Was told my reservation was a request and a preference. I was told I could buy dollies from uhaul as a solution to not having the ones in my order. What a skam. You are seriously screwing over your customers by creating massively stressful situations when they find out when they are there to pick up that you aren't keeping your services and promises. I will go out of my way and spend more to never give uhaul another penny.

while I return the equipment within 24hr period, they charged me for an extra day. When I told them, they agreed that it was a mistake and refund me for the extra day charge, but not for extra day coverage and taxes! When I talked to them, the man over the phone was very impolite and rude. Horrible customer service.
