They called 2 days after I dropped off the truck asking if I was going to return said truck. Staff has no idea what's going on. This isn't the first time I've used this location. Every visit comes with problems. Staff is incompetent at best.DEVIN G.

I completed everything on line and checked in. When I arrived I had to do everything again. The cc machine didn't work. I then received a cancelation notice as appearntly when the location made me go through the process again it now made two reservations. I rented the unit at 3:10 pm and returned it at 6:03 pm. The location closed at 6. I received a call the next day asking when I was going to return the equipment. I explained I dropped it off and where. I even took pictures when I dropped it off as I assumed there would be some issue based on the odd experience at this site. I was disappointed in the entire process, lack of professionalism and lack that staff does not review inventory the next morning to verify drop offs etc.John S.
1) staff shouldn't be eating dinner behind the front desk. 2) staff shouldn't be playing on their phones ignoring customers. 3) my rental wasn't available because someone else had the truck I was renting and had been running late. If they knew this was the case they should have made arrangements to have something moved to that location so my reservation could be fulfilled as expected. 4) I was told â€œWhat do you want me to do about it it's not my fault they're lateâ€ by the employee this is unacceptable and only made me angry. 5) I was able to rent a different size moving truck but it was filled with rat poop, a broken lamp, dirty tissues, and sticky soda. 6) I didn't receive the reservation reimbursement for not having my reservation. I'm now waiting for customer support to call me.Christopher S.
Trailer reported stolen. Cops came to my house. I wasn't home. Uhaul towed dolly away. Never contacted me. Delayed my trip to Florida 2 days. When I returned trailer they tried to charge me for the 2 days I turned in late. They didn't even try to adjust time rental and I had to go thru explaining whole situation again to get money refunded. Took even more of my time. I was on phone with "customer support " for a total of 5/6 hours over two days. My family was scared cops would return to arrest me since trailer was reported stolen.Ted Z.

The problem with this location was that it was the 3rd location I was routed to after the first 2 locations could not accommodate my needs for a 20' truck. Customer service agent with a serious face, tells me my driver's license is suspended. After a few minutes of me panicking, she goes "Ha Ha Ha! I was just kidding!" This is the second time I have dealt with this particular agent and I have found her rather unprofessional. She has regularly joked about the price, telling me the trailer rental cost $2 800 for a one day in town rental of a 5 x 8 trailer.Jennifer R.

This location could use a little more accountability. The person at the desk was excellent but there was very little that she could do. The other two were so elusive in disappearing until I stayed there from 11:15 to 1;10 before i received the help i needed. A guy from another UHaul facility was the one who assisted me!!Pamela G.

I originally requested a 15' truck from a nearby location, but received a call advising me there would be no 15' available at that site, asked if I could instead use this location. However, after arriving, I was unable to pick up a vehicle using the app, and had to wait just over an hour until the store opened to check out a truck. I was informed by the very helpful clerk that no truck had been assigned to me after I had agreed to use this location. Please train your folks to cover this step.Michael T.

Since I did not have my confirmation call for locations, found out my new drop off location was an hour away from my original choice as we were about to drop off the uhaul. Luckily, they were able to change the location back to my original choice after being on hold for over an hour and being forwarded to the wrong department which was already closed.Alyssa Y.
Each time I rent from this location, the equipment has a warning light illuminated on the dash panel. It seems if something has a steady light, it should be serviced. The equipment also had some issues with air around the doors. Very noisy It was clean, but it needed a little TLC.Micheal M.

I made my original reservation in Brownsburg. I don't understand WHY Uhaul can't accommodate those reservations without sending people 20 miles away for pick-ups. I was in a situation that I HAD to have the trailer I rented otherwise I wouldn't have rented from you because location of reservation was based on convenience for ME. Irritating that Uhaul takes this approach and doesn't care about the client and forces them to change locations without telling them...what's the point in a RESERVATION?Eric W.

After several calls to the toll free number in several attempts on the website of U-Haul, I contacted this particular store in Indianapolis. I discussed with them what I was needing and they were very accommodating. This is totally contrary to both the 800 assist line, and the online website. It would be my recommendation to improve both your customer service iand your web site. But again, I would highly recommend the store located on W. Washington St., Lynhurst, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Wow I have to say this uhaul is awesome everyone was so nice and so helpful!!!! When I returned my rental and went to start my car I had a dead battery and not to worry the staff gave me a jump start and I was good to go thank you so much. This site was good. Service from Uhaul in the reservation process online was unacceptable. Reserved a month in advance. At last minute was told had to go to a site 5 miles away for my trailer. When I got there was told staff had COVID and could not get trailer, even though it was sitting on lot. Was then sent 20 miles from my home to pick up trailer from this site.Richard M.

I rented tow dolly from this location the tow dolly was dirty and fenders damaged. the traps were frayed very badly and under normal conditions I would not of used but my daughters car was broke down. I was at the location at 7am the opening time and no one was there. they showed up 15 minutes later I had dropped the tow dolly off where it said equipment return and employee said you cant drop there and said move it to the back. No one helped me and I loaded it up dropped it in the back. Just not my typical U-Haul experience. i rented it from there because it was convenient to where I work. I will not rent from this location again.Chris E.
