The man was rude when picking up my uhaul.. put a hold on my card for over 100 dollars and I said I only needed it for 20 miles. Then after I returned it, they charged me for FUEL!! I always take pics of mileage and fuel levels before and after, and I filled the tank back to where it was when I got it. however the manager didn't even want to see them and said he would remove that charge.. but would not give me a new receipt and I still have not received my refund!!ELIZABETH ASHLEY S.
I was charged 8,00 $ for Safe Tow coverage and I do not remember signing up for that and had no intention of signing up for that.STEPHEN H.
Not only did we pick the van up and it was filthy but we were turned it on Monday morning and on Thursday I got a phone call asking where the van was. Then they proceeded to charge us for having the van extra days because they never checked it back in on Monday before noon when we returned it. They also had extra miles on there from whoever used it between Monday and Thursday and tried to bill us for that too and they also added a insurance coverage that we never asked for. Be very careful when using this location they will overcharge you. They do have cameras on site for proof the van was returned on time actually early as it was not supposed to be returned till Tuesday morning and we returned it on Monday morning!THOMAS L.

I was forced to rent a 20' truck due to 10' trucks being "reserved" which doubled my daily rental. There was no dolly on the truck, when I called to inform them I was told I could return to the store to retrieve one. When I returned to the store they told me the dolly must be reserved then they said they don't have any. I will not rent from Uhaul ever again.KELLY W.

I was overcharged 20 miles for mileage! The rep at just facility took the keys to the truck and told me everything was set and that I would get my receipt as soon as he checked the truck in. I was hesitant to.just leave without getting my receipt. I returned the truck a little after 3 p.m. that day (it was due back at 4 p.m.) I did not get my receipt until the next day saying the truck was returned at 4 p.m. and the mileage was 20 miles over the odometer reading that I had. I will not be using uhaul again.LASHONYA Y.
The customer service representative was extremely rude when checking the vehicle out. Then, they accused me of keeping the vehicle for 3 or 4 days when in fact it was returned within a few hours. They simply didn't check the vehicle in. All around, poor service.Corrie R.

There were lights on on the dashboard, it ran very rough, the ramp was damaged and took forever and two people to pull out or in, and the blower motor for defrost didn't work. Employees were nice however.EMILY B.
The young man that assisted me was totally awesome....helped me attach the tow dolly to the truck, loaded my car.... I didn't have to do anything. Really amazing assistance.Jessica E.

When you go in and ask for a box truck and order it the day before and they tell you all is good. And then the next day they give you a van. And don't tell you there sorry they screwed up. Not good and they had box trucks setting there when I left and the same trucks were still setting ther when I got back. I will make it my mission to let everyone I know how you guys work. I needed the box truck for the ramp. Had to lay my almost new washer dryer stacked in 1!on its side. And when I was getting it out of the van o did not order it fell over and damaged the top of the drier. Very very sorry I went to you guysWILLIAM P.

On the phone they said one thing and in person the story changed. When I called to follow up the manager Quincy yelled at me cause he said I kept interrupting him. I guess he forgot who his customers are. Their error cost me 175 $more than quoted and I have yet to get an email receipt for their shenanigans. Today I'm calling their corporate office to place a formal complaint.CAROLLE G.

This location is excellent!! U-Haul app is TERRIBLE! I was supposed to have a mobile check in at 9am inn Brownsburg and when I got there the app automatically switched me to counter checkin in at 11am! This does me no good when my helpers are hired from 9-11am! TERRIBLE APP!!Mark S.

The ball size for the trailer appeared to be 2 inches and I had a 1 7/8 inch ball. The attendant hooked the trailer up without checking this and I had the other ball in the truck and could have changed in minutes. Also, lighting worked but was intermittent.PHILLIP D.
The first location that we were directed to. The user of the uhaul never returned it. We waited over 2hours which set us behind. Jake's was awesome. The 2nd location was very disappointing They were rude and they told us that we could drop the uhaul off at any location. We tried but we ended up going to our normal drop location.KONI C.

Make sure the A/C works in EVERY truck. Some people have to make long trips in these trucks. Moving is already frustrating sometimes and no air makes it worse. No one wants to make 30+ min drives in the heat when there is no a/c. Also, not just clean , but SANITIZE EACH truck after it is used. No one wants to get in and feel like the truck they are in isn't clean and filled with the germs and bacteria of the family that drive the truck before.VASANTI L.

I feel that we were way over charged. I am reading the receipt and it shows that we drove 62 miles, NO WAY did we drive 62 miles . We left uhaul and drove to 3737 Waldmere Ave (Gleaners Food Bank) 10 minute drive then delivered food to Billies Food Pantry 1754 W. Morris St. 12 minute drive and then back to u haul another 10 minute dr. So I defintely feel that we were over charged.Brenda M.

Due to a change in circumstances, I had to return the trailer within 4 hours after renting it. The location still charged me for two days. I understand paying for the 1st day, but don't understand why they charged me for the second day when they had the trailer back.Thomas D.

Took three days to find an employee that could install the hitch. Cost was 300 $after given an estimate of 200 $. Very slow service. Need to hire more reliable employees. Traffic makes exiting lot very difficult. Location is not an area where you want to go too. Took 1,65 hours to hook up 4 wires. Took 2,1 hours to put 6 bolts in the hitch frame.Ronald B.
