The truck has a windshield sprayer that didn't work, a bald tire, and a roll-up door that caught on the old rubber seal so it hurt your back trying to open the roll-up door. Roadside assistance was useless, so we had to fix the sprayer ourselves to drive through a blizzard. U-haul trucks and equipment are not well maintained, but the people at this location were very helpful and kind. People good, U-haul U-suck.JAMES F.

This location served as a "back-stop" for my transaction, as the location that I had first chosen (online) didn't have the equipment (i.e. blankets and appliance dolly) on the day I went to get the truck. THANKFULLY this location had ALL that was needed. Very quick and efficient process. Will definitely use again if needed.Bruce M.

Front door was locked. Employee came to door to give me instructions but stood in doorway preventing me from coming inside on a very cold day. Then she told me where to drop the trailer and went back to her office without helping me drop the trailer. I had to figure it out how to unhook it myself in the cold. Then I drove to the front door and she just stood in the front door giving me the thumbs up. She didn't want to provide customer service...just the bare minimum.RITCHIE K.

The employees at this location are lazy and unethical .when I returned the truck it was 550 pm I requested the employee present ( male ) to check the truck and verify the fuel level he refused to do so we insisted but he refused again saying that they were closing and he would do it in the morning. I had refueled the truck to same level and more before I returned it. I have been charged extra $47 by this employee and location.please refund the extra $47 . This has never happened before. The young girl at the service desk was great. The cab of the truck was clean, but smelled like weed, and I think somebody went overboard with the air freshener to hide it. I literally had a headache from the smell.PATRICIA H.

Check engine light came on while I drove less than 50 miles in 2 days. back door was hard to operate and ramp was very steep to move cargo on and off .ROBERT S.
Terrible service. Do not have blankets or the type of dolly we had asked for and the truck was parked offsite across a busy road we arrived with a child and three suitcases from the airport and were told we had to cross the busy highway to get the truck and the manager refused to go and get it for us it was extremely rude. I was not told about how to drop the vex hole off I was asked for the key and that was it. I wasn't even sure the guy worked there. Then I was charged $200 for gas and cleaning when I brought it back with more gas then I was given and not told if I needed to remove any of my cleaning/moving supplies.Eric F.

I was first sent to a different location because my uhaul wasn't available, I then needed an extra day to unload and I was told my a supervisor that I was an inconvenience because it was already being rented by another family. I was inconvenienced when I picked it up because I had to drive to a different location alot further from my home to pick up a u haul. I will NEVER rent from u haul again.DANIELLE H.

On arrival I was told I had to provide a phone number of a second person and then actually call them while there to prove the contact was valid. I find this policy obnoxious and an invasion of someone else's privacy who has nothing to do with the transaction. I wasn't even informed of this ahead of time and so didn't even know if I could find someone who would answer. I was very irritated by this and if I hadn't already waited a long time to find an available trailer I would have taken my business elsewhere.Mark P.

The man was rude when picking up my uhaul.. put a hold on my card for over 100 dollars and I said I only needed it for 20 miles. Then after I returned it, they charged me for FUEL!! I always take pics of mileage and fuel levels before and after, and I filled the tank back to where it was when I got it. however the manager didn't even want to see them and said he would remove that charge.. but would not give me a new receipt and I still have not received my refund!!ELIZABETH ASHLEY S.
I was charged $8 for Safe Tow coverage and I do not remember signing up for that and had no intention of signing up for that.STEPHEN H.
Not only did we pick the van up and it was filthy but we were turned it on Monday morning and on Thursday I got a phone call asking where the van was. Then they proceeded to charge us for having the van extra days because they never checked it back in on Monday before noon when we returned it. They also had extra miles on there from whoever used it between Monday and Thursday and tried to bill us for that too and they also added a insurance coverage that we never asked for. Be very careful when using this location they will overcharge you. They do have cameras on site for proof the van was returned on time actually early as it was not supposed to be returned till Tuesday morning and we returned it on Monday morning!THOMAS L.

I was forced to rent a 20' truck due to 10' trucks being "reserved" which doubled my daily rental. There was no dolly on the truck, when I called to inform them I was told I could return to the store to retrieve one. When I returned to the store they told me the dolly must be reserved then they said they don't have any. I will not rent from Uhaul ever again.KELLY W.

I was overcharged 20 miles for mileage! The rep at just facility took the keys to the truck and told me everything was set and that I would get my receipt as soon as he checked the truck in. I was hesitant to.just leave without getting my receipt. I returned the truck a little after 3 p.m. that day (it was due back at 4 p.m.) I did not get my receipt until the next day saying the truck was returned at 4 p.m. and the mileage was 20 miles over the odometer reading that I had. The customer service representative was extremely rude when checking the vehicle out. Then, they accused me of keeping the vehicle for 3 or 4 days when in fact it was returned within a few hours. They simply didn't check the vehicle in. All around, poor service.Corrie R.

There were lights on on the dashboard, it ran very rough, the ramp was damaged and took forever and two people to pull out or in, and the blower motor for defrost didn't work. Employees were nice however.EMILY B.

When you go in and ask for a box truck and order it the day before and they tell you all is good. And then the next day they give you a van. And don't tell you there sorry they screwed up. Not good and they had box trucks setting there when I left and the same trucks were still setting ther when I got back. I will make it my mission to let everyone I know how you guys work. I needed the box truck for the ramp. Had to lay my almost new washer dryer stacked in 1!on its side. And when I was getting it out of the van o did not order it fell over and damaged the top of the drier. Very very sorry I went to you guysWILLIAM P.

On the phone they said one thing and in person the story changed. When I called to follow up the manager Quincy yelled at me cause he said I kept interrupting him. I guess he forgot who his customers are. Their error cost me $175 more than quoted and I have yet to get an email receipt for their shenanigans. Today I'm calling their corporate office to place a formal complaint.CAROLLE G.
