Customer service is great here! I come to this particular location every time, even though its out of my way! Andrew was so helpful the 1st time I came in to buy boxes. I wasn't sure what size I needed but he explained what worked for my size move. Impressive that when I came back to rent the truck 3 weeks later, he remembered my name. it was crazy busy and he handled it like a champ while keeping it 100% professional! I have been back a handful of times since and its always a great experience!

Trucks muffler needed to be repaired. It was very noisy while driving. Manager was very good and stated the truck will go in for repair. He gave me a little discount because of it.

Everything was perfect. Easy booking, easy drop off (show me where I drop key in case if I come back late ), Well maintained Uhall Van. Guys at the desk, Amina and Andrew, were super friendly and helpful, made my day.they let me leave my personal car in their parking lot. Excellent experience, I will strongly recommend this location if looking for a Five Stars service.

My Uhaul I rented for an afternoon smelled like gasoline. In Boston, we just had a major snowstorm, and the trailer I reserved was snowed in. The attendant upgraded me for no additional charge. Great! I looked in the back, and it had snow and stuff, so he said, let me sweep that out for you. Great ! not thinking of it anymore, I drove across town and had lunch, and started loading the trailer. Well, the trailer smelt of VOC ( volatile organic compounds ), which more than likely was gasoline. Two men and a snowblower were cleaning the parking lot; this was probably where the snowblowers were stored. I was so upset, and so was my cousin; we put a leaf blower in the back to move air around one for our safety from the VOC and the items we were putting into the back. Even when we moved the stuff, there was still a slight smell on the items going in the house. People moving house items should not be mixed with commercial use. This was totally unacceptable.

Honestly best service I just dropped my truck off noticed didnt have my wallet driving back my phone starts ringing its the black dude working whom helped me to rent it he's like you left your wallet francisco I'm like I just noticed walk in he gets up walk towards me hands it to me I leave get in my truck and yes I checked my wallet every card all my money over 600 dollars was still inside I love genuine honest people as him go to 420 eastern ave malden ask for him his name was Drew or Andrew awesome location

Improve your roadside assistance. I got a flat tire on your trailer, I was told to drive an extra 100 mi to figure out how to get my car home. A lot of miscommunication, and a lot of unneeded driving on my end

Drop off was much more comfortable than pickup. We made it just before closing time and the gentleman was very pleasant and our checkout process was seamless. The gentleman wore his mask the entire time while interacting with us and we saw him spraying the vehicle down with sanitizer as we left.

The location was severely understaffed - only one person working on what was probably one of the busiest days of the month - Sunday, November 1. I had to wait in line for 40 minutes to pick up the truck and the online pick-up option was not available. I would not use this site again.

The manager, Luis, who was responsible for opening up the morning of the 17th of October, was ten minutes late in opening up the store, making us wait for him. He was not very personable and mumbled through his instructions. Also, I ordered a dozen blankets and they were not in the truck, and when I went back in to ask for thee blankets he informed me he did not have any blankets. We were told to drive down the street to another location to pick up the blankets. All of this delaying the start to our venture.

They over charge me$10.00. They said I went 14.5 miles and I only went 5 miles They didn't check that van before I took it It had dirty blankets and dirt in it. I got over charge. Not enough help.

The location itself was great. It's super odd that Malden has 3 Uhauls within a few miles but there is nothing in Revere, East Boston, or Chelsea.

The truck was moved to another location without notice which caused me to be late for the scheduled movers. I tried to call and get reimbursed for items I purchased online when I ordered the truck but did not get in the store because they ran out and the staff was rude and would not let me explain the situation.

I had reservation at 10am today but I needed to pick up the truck earlier.I checked the store hour which is 7 am- 7pm .I called to change my reservation bu no one Uhaul malden route 60 store answered phone. it was 8 am .When I arrived there, there isn't still anybody in the office.I was waiting there in line and about 20 mins after one staff came and I told him that I have a reservation at 10am but came earlier and need to change my reservation time. he told me to wait for few minutes and  went out to for more than 30mins.I went out to find him and told him I was waiting there for long time. he looked at me very bad with upset face and told me to wait since i have a reservation at 10am.as far as I know, I can change reservation time and cancel anytime. and I spoke to operator on the phone when I made the reservation. the operator explained me it's okay to go earlier to pick up. I don't understand why he treated me like that at the store and didn't even explain anything but just made me wait for long time. and also while I am checking in, he just ask my name and text me and that was it.he didn't explain me any detail what I need to know. he didn't even ask about coverage which I was charged $20.at the store, I asked him about the insurance or the coverage he said i don't have it.but then I found I am charged for the coverage on the receipt.please refund this.   I feel so bad about this.

When we arrived around 5PM with a partially loaded truck to offload into one of our three UHaul boxes in your Malden MA facility, Andrew (who was the only person onsite, running the front desk) made time to find and excavate those boxes so we could complete out mission before closing time. Five stars to Andrew! That was real customer service!
