Customer Service at 420 Eastern Ave in Malden, Massachusetts are very poor and the lady by the name of Monica is very rude and stupid at the office, she treated me like a piece of shit. She kicks me out of the Box contract That I rented there. because I showed up to take something from the box with my wife on Thursday afternoon during business hours, I did not finish my time and she kick me out, I will advise people not to rent anything there, if we don't fire her. She is not fit to serve in customer service at U-Haul office.
John MI personally think that there is no improvement needed. The Customer Services at this U-Haul location is simply the best yet, experience I have had. I'm a happy customer. :-)

Gerardo MFirst and foremost, the UHaul employee that assisted us last night was fantastic. He was helpful and patient in fulfilling our van rental reservation despite being the only employee on shift. How UHaul put this man in this position by not scheduling additional employees is inexplicable, he was insanely overwhelmed with customers and was on the receiving end of verbal attacks from frustrated customers due to Uhaul's lack of organization and resources. Also it seems every time we use UHaul, their computer system is slow or lagging and does absolutely no favors for the employee working behind the desk. In summary I hold the actual store employees in high regard for having the patience to deal with such a chaotic work environment, but overall the experience of getting a rental at this location is unreliable due to understaffing and a poor operational system being implemented by UHaul.

TAMMIE CPlease STOP with this nonsense sending a link to your customers phone to upload their license photo and their selfie when they are picking up during normal business hours. We should just hand our license to the front desk person and be done with it. This is how HACKING starts.
Jean EThere was nothing wrong with this location. The problem was it was the third location I went to because U-Haul kept giving me incorrect information about where to pick up my rental. Also, this location was 30+ minutes away.

Alfred EStaff isn't very friendly. I accidentally drove in the exit and he staff member was yelling at me. Th signage isn't very visible at night for someone who doesn't know the location well it's confusing and honestly quite backwards.

CLIVE CPoor employee training and lack of management staff. Unnecessary confusion led to about 2 hours of wasted time (1 hour to pick up a truck, and 1 hour sitting in traffic as a result). Neighboring franchise in Malden is much more on top of things. Was not offered any consolation even after acknowledgement of company mistakes. Will not be using this location again.

MANUEL A"Stick to the Contract that you drafted; had me agreed to and had me signed." My U-haul Boxes arrived aprox 1 month after they were loaded in Kiss. Fla. U-haul failed to p/u the Uboxes as we original agreed to, then U-haul failed to ship the boxes as we originally agreed to. After 3 weeks of waiting for my stuff, I had to call my local U-haul office in Malden, MA who started a search and found my stuff still sitting in Fla. From there U-haul expedited my belongings. My Plants were damaged and died. Stick to the Contract that you drafted and had me agreed to.
