I was disappointed not to have been able to pick up at my first choice of location, as the Malden location was quite a bit further away. But once I got there everything went fine. This location has everything you could need for a do-it-yourself move.

Not enough staff. When I picked up and dropped off the equipment I had to stand around for a few minutes to be waited on. It was not busy, just too many things for one person to be dealing with. Once waited on, everything was smooth, clean etc.

My original pick up was Somerville. The day before I got a phone call telling me it was changed to Malden which is 25 minutes away. I said that’s ok if that’s the only option. I got the at 7 when I signed up for a pick up. It wasn’t there. Not the uhaul store’s fault. But the store didn’t open until 9. I had to travel back to my house and go back when it was open. When I got there, I was charged $20 for two dolleys that I did not request nor want. And, they ran out of them and there were no fillets in the truck. The guy I worked with was awesome and tried to help me out but it wasn’t enough. I am very upset with the overall service because of the misstiming. This caused me 1. Spend an extra 25 minutes there. 2. Extra 25 minutes back. 3. Another 25 minutes back to the store when it was open. 4. 25 minutes back to Somerville. 5. I did not get all of my moving done because of this huge time delay. AND I had to waste my time and gas money and was charged $20 extra. This is unacceptable. Not only should I be reimbursed the $20 for the Dolly’s, I should be reimbursed for MY wasted gas money and time. Figure it out and email me back

I had lots of issues moving my things out of storage that puts me in a lot of scheduling with them using my UBox but everyone there was amazing from manager to Staff specially Andrew.. made my moving less easier?? TY

Broken lock that wouldnt close so i had to buy my own. Truck wasnt checked before i was given keys.. No walk around so i had to take pics of all damage to protect myself. I will never rent from this location again as im so dissatisfied in the service and vehicles.. Plus i put in exactly how much gas the chart said to to get it to where it was when i got it yet it added more than i needed to. Just all around bad time.

I reserved a 15 ' truck but I got a 12' truck and I was charged too much on my bill and extra things that I did not use

I suggest that the people who are working with customers provide ALL details when renting equipment.....how long you can keep the rental, that you must pick up the rental within 30 minutes of your reservation time.

The Malden location was great. My issue is that I was supposed to return my trailer to the Cambridge location. When I arrived they told me they didn't have room for me. I had to drive an additional 30 minutes each direction to drop the trailer off in Malden.

The location was great and Andrew was very nice to work with picking up my truck. The only suggestion I have for you is with your main website when trying to reserve a vehicle it should really be updated so you can tell right away if there is something available when you need it...my experience with that was a complete fiasco and I would of gone with another company but nobody had any availability.

One thing I don't like is I wanted to pay cash and not put it on my credit card I told him that was how I wanted to pay and I explained that to him he said when I returned it I could pay with cash then when I returned it they said they can't do that was not happy about that at all shouldn't lie to your customers as long as your getting paid it shouldn't matter how it's done he said I could but lied about it not a good way to do business just saying

Van was cigarette smelly not clean in the cab or cargo area. One EE at the counter with MORE THAN 6 Customer in line while another EE was more concerned about a back overhead that was stuck Person was very nice but should have demanded help from his supervisor who should have processed customers with reservations

To improve you can have more the one person on a Sunday morning.....considering it took me 1 hour and 15 min waiting in line, however when I finally got up to the desk the man was very helpful. While I was also waiting in line there was a fight between a customer and a manger (I believe he was) so I guess next time I wont bring my child inside the facility since the F word was dropped 7 times. I think next time I will go to a different location! Have a great day.

Pulled in with my trailer to two very confused attendents who requested I back the trailer into a spot at a 100 degree turn. I have a CDL and am used to this equipment, but in the given spot, this was not possible. I asked if I could utilize the back parking lot to get my vehicle facing the other way, I was met with an annoyed answer. I also suggested that they could disconnect my vehicle as it was, and then simply rotate the trailer using their equipment. Again, an annoyed response.
