It is strange that you do not allow a review of the scheduling system. Probably because it is so awful. The regional scheduling system you used is cumbersome and incompetent. I will not recommend or use Uhaul in the future because of your scheduling "system". We were told that we could drop off in the Chelsea neighborhood Uhaul in NYC and after fighting traffic for an hour and a half were told by the attendant there that I would have to drive another 1,5 hours to the Bronx location. This is level of incompetency is stunning. I will not recommend or use Uhaul in the future. I suspect you do not read these notes but I did want to say that the local staff at both the Malden MA and the Bronx were helpful.

Better tracking. My box was late and there were no updates on where it was or when exactly it was going to be deliver. I was moving cross country and had many important things in that box, so it was very nerve wrecking not knowing where it was.

despite having selected the dropoff location in advance I had to choose the dropoff location again in the office. This led to mistakes and the eventual choice of a poor location that was hard to find. When driving a 26' truck, it would be good to advise folks that they are better off dropping off the equipment at a location that is clearly marked and found near a highway. Also, due to the runaround, I went over milage and had to pay extra, which is slighlty unfair.

This location and employees were very helpful and professional. The utility van we rented was ready for us and the checkout process was easy. Andrew was especially helpful by providing us drop off info in case they had already closed. I showed up right before closing and Andrew was ready for us with a smile! Andrew went above and beyond and we thank you for that!

This is the second UHaul truck I have rented in a week, from 2 different locations. Both had indicator lights on to check engine. This is disconcerting to a renter as they have no idea why the light is on.

Mention that accounts are required for mobile drop off - I couldn't seem to do it with just the contract number, but it wasn't very clear that that was why it wasn't working.

My reservation was for 10am at the North Uxbridge, MA location. There was nobody working at the U-Haul counter and I was not given a lockbox code to obtain keys to my rental. I was able to speak to two men from U-Haul customer service who were quite helpful and was subsequently sent to the North Smithfield, RI location in order to obtain my rental. This pushed my moving schedule back over an hour. No issues with rental truck while using. After filling gas tank to appropriate level and dropping off rental truck, my receipt was emailed to me and stated that I was charged for another 2 gallons of fuel. I was pretty displeased with my overall U-Haul experience, besides speaking to customer service and face-to-face staff in the North Smithfield, RI location. I am hoping for a partial refund.

This experience was amazing. The staff helped m out of a real tight jam when my movers were a no show in the 30th of the month. This crew found me a truck and helped me hire two movers to get me all set up. They were amazing and super helpful! Thank you everyone!

The equipment we rented was missing (dolly, etc), the staff was rude and basically ignored us when we came in and they also said they'd close at 10 but were closed at 8 when we returned the truck. Terrible experience and when we reported to the manager they just made note of it and offered no reimbursement.

The person that helped me in the morning was more interested in chatting with his friend than helping me. He told me I had to have the truck back in 6 hrs, which I did not know, I thought I had it for r the day. That made my day extra crazy. He also handed me the keys but did not explain how to find the truck. When I walk to the back there were many trucks and I had no idea which one was mine. Also the driver side mirror was broken and I had to keep pushing it up so I could see if there were cars coming on my left side. The whole experience was awful and I will never use that U-Haul again!

I'm sorry to say that I was not satisfied with my experience and would not return to this UHaul. The customer service representative I spoke with was very quiet, which wouldn't have been a problem if other nearby employees hadn't been laughing and talking loudly. The computer system was slow, and I wasn't sure where to find my truck once I had the key. Overall, I was at the location for nearly 40 minutes despite having made a reservation in advance, which was much longer than I would have liked. When I called in the evening to ask a quick question about returning, no one answered the phone even though it was before closing time. It was not a terrible experience, but I would prefer to go elsewhere next time.

There was confusion en route to pick up the truck, was supposed to be 9am, manager called and said it wouldn't be ready until 3pm. He was very professional, and pleasant. Thankfully they found a truck that would be ready at 9am after a couple of calls. For drop-off, the link to the website, there isn't an easy way to find the best way to proceed to complete the drop off process. It was quite frustrating. The truck was good, the employee who checked me in was really good.

Have the truck at the designated site at the right time. We had to go to another site, with movers waiting at the house. Come on, Uhaul, these are known issues for you. Have you fixed them? Have you improved them? Pls don't used the pandemic and staffing issues for an excuse, this is a long known problem. I had to call to get the 50 $credit. Your software should recognize this and I should get an email automatically notifying me that the credit was made, with a confirmation #. Since the wait time on the phone 20+ minutes, I used the chat feature, which was a good experience. After completing the online paperwork in the parking lot (the one that has you approve the outside of the truck for scratches or dings) I received 6 identical emails of the rental agreement with all of the legal wording. 6 emails?

I was new to this location. Attendant was very glad I had checked in on line because he was the only one in the office at the time and had to do other things. My only slight complaint was when he gave me the key he didn't tell me where to find the truck. I couldn't find him when I went back inside.

The local pick up was excellent. I had major difficulties in returning the truck after hours as the "Share my location" feature of the website was not working. I was on hold for almost 2 hours. I finally just dropped it off. National call center is a disaster.

My vehicle was not where I originally reserved it to be 195 American Legion Highway Revere MA.. I looked everywhere for the vehicle. There was only one and it was not mine. I had to call customer service and was told I had to go to another location. Customer service rep was amazing and not her fault. I do feel as though I've should've gotten some sort of discount for the inconvenience. I lost about an hour of time. Than you.

I pumped back 3/8 fuel gas line and still charged 2 gallons. Not quiet understand. 1 cup coffee with few pcs of napkins for 25$ cleaning fee

Juan and Freddie are simply amazing! They arrived early in the morning and immediately delved into work. They are experienced and know well how to best organize items to maximize the utility of the Ubox. I think they managed to put in everything from two bedrooms to n one box, which is amazing. They are friendly and efficient. They finished the whole job in less than an hour! I would highly recommend these people to everyone. 10/10.
