The check-in app was not working when I tried to return the vehicle at 10pm at night. So, I had to drive home (using more gas and mileage) to bring it back in the morning to ensure that I wouldn't have to pay the $20 fee for having not checked it in online. The next morning, the app was also not working....it would not let me take a photo of the odometer. Very disappointing and make my rental cost more than I thought it would.

I was overcharged! The gas line was incorrect and the manager saw that and told me to go to . u-haul.com To correct it instead of him making the changes, I was charged an extended fee and two days when it's not true! This was horrible!

Was a bit perplexed at dropoff. I pulled up an employee met me at my car unhooked the trailer as he pushed it away says your good. He never looked inside the trailer I asked him what no check out or return receipt. Again he says nope your good. So I drove off. Just a bit skeptical because you hear of situations like this then you get your final receipt and there is an extra charges added or they say something was broke and you get charged for that. Because as soon as I pull away I as the consumer have no proof unless I take the time to take pictures of such and time stamp them.

The guys at the front desk were pleasant, but they weren't able to answer basic questions about the vehicles (clearance required, how many gallons in the tank, etc).

Trailer was extremely jarring and "bouncy". So much so that we were concerned about the motorcycle we were hauling. Would not use again.

Excellent experience all around. I needed a vehicle at the last minute to transport a large piece of furniture across the city and didn't even know that U Haul had vans you can rent for a short window of time. It was super easy to book online and pick-up/drop-off. Staff was super helpful and efficient. Very affordable and easy!

There's a crack in the windshield on the truck that I was driving. Don't know if it's already been assessed but I figured someone should know.

Truck was full of dirty blankets and had a dirty floor. I was over charged for gasoline, as it wasn't even halfway full upon receiving the vehicle. Employees were on top of everything else though.

It was clear that someone was wildly overbooking/scheduling very poorly, so we had to keep waiting in line while the staff was fixing problems. Our own interaction was fine, just unnecessarily long.

The agent are really rude and disrespectful. First they did not want to take trailer because as per their argument that my drop off location was changed and threatened me to call the police if I don't leave the lot. A change that I was not aware of. He almost hit me.

The customer service rep that was helping me was so busy complaining to his co-worker about another co-worker that I did not get the attention I deserved. I had asked for a dolly on my reservation which he acknowledged but did not give it to me and I had to back and pick up a bigger heavier one because that's all they had left. The customer should come first! Will not go back there.

I did not receive a dolly nor did i receive any moving blankets. Yet i paid for both of these items. The guy who checked me out was indifferent at best. Not a good experience. I have had excellent service there before. Kind of a bummer that added to the stressful day

This location was a lifesaver! My original reservation at the U Save Park Self Storage in St. Louis Park got changed (to a very far location) without my knowledge, the day of. Unfortunately I had no opportunity to speak to anyone on this matter after multiple calls/voicemails to the SLP location. Minneapolis U-Haul on Nicollet saved the day with their super friendly staff! :)

More people attending. We waited for 45 minutes because there was one person taking care of every idiot in Minneapolis. For good reasons he was surly pissed when he took care of me. I had no idea where to find my truck once I was given my key but didn't want to get back in line. I had it better than the guy in front of me who didn't even get the truck he reserved. Spend the extra gas and go to the hub in NE.

I was overcharged. Even though I returned the truck right before they closed and handed the keys to an employee in the store, the employee did not enter it in the system as returned during store hrs and they charged me for returning it after hours so I was charged double. I had to call customer service and am waiting to hear from the GM.

The people working at the Uhaul location were kind and helpful. However, the Uhaul site messed up badly. I booked the Uhaul for pick up at 5am and have the confirmation number with the 5am start time in a screen shot. Upon arriving at 5am to pick the truck up we learned that this location does not allow for remote pick up. We lost hours of move in time and had to change our entire move in day plans to accommodate. I expect compensation for this and will be filing a complaint.

We were given a trailer, to haul my car WITH A BROKEN STRAP!!! 100 % UNACCEPTABLE We did not realize until next day as we were loading up the car. Your Uhaul locations only say call roadside assistance. OFFER ZERO HELP! Ummmm we rented something that SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AND IN FULL WORKING ORDER!!! This goes above and beyond negligence!

The customer service was sub par. No one was that attentive and we had an issue where we told the representative something and then it didn't get accounted for in our bill, so I had to send an email to Uhaul for support. There really wasn't a good process in place and it was lacking organization. The location was pretty rundown and not very nice

The lot has trash all over. It is such a turn off! When we got to the truck we were talking, it needed to be cleaned out. There was only 1/4 of a tank of gas, in the truck. The customer service was fine. I received the information I needed and no one was rude. They swept out the truck when we asked them.

There were WAY too many trucks/trailers etc so customers cannot return their equiment. There needs to be a bigger location as it is dangerous and most likely irritating to the neighbors. It was complete chaos and I have heard early morning rentals often cannot get their equirment as it is burried behind a bunch of other trucks. Plus, the fact everything has to be done online pretty much makes customers frustrated. I could not get access to the internet to record my after hours return. I waited to contact them when they opened to let them know, but had to call the customer service rep and wait 40 minutes. then she fixed the return time, but I was billed the extra day anyway and have been waiting 2 HOURS. I do not trust UHaul anymore to call me back and am sooooooo frustrated. I guess with so few competitors, you don't care about your customers.

My U-Haul tire exploded 2 hours into my 19 hour drive. It took me 4 hours to get back onto the road and cost me an entire day on my trip making me spend an additional night ina hotel for $150. I will never be using this service in the future. The product and service were horrendous.

Rep at pickup was okay. But truck was not clean and smelled strong of cigarette smoke. Return was okay. Agent said I was all set and parked truck. When receiving statement later I had been charged for 4 gallons of gas after I had put 2 in and only put 7 miles on the truck. I returned to the location but rep was not responsive to doing anything. I responded to invoice to uhaul.com contesting the charges but again no response. Would appreciate some help. Would not recommend uhaul to anyone at this point
