Fill the gas tank up so uhaul cant cheat their customers and charge them with fuel that exceed the 1/4 of fuel you began with and than argue with the customer and make them wait days while they investigate. This must be how the company makes money its ashame.

Better customer service. The General Manager placed my order from start to finish. He was rude and had an attitude. He made me feel I was inconvenienced him. When moving is stressful enough...The GM should have had better service! I would never recommend that location.

The employee did his best but he was working on my car as well as working the desk and it took longer than it should have and I needed my car. Not acceptable to expect an employee to work both desk and trailer hitch installation.

I arrived at the location scheduled and found out after that Uhaul changed my pick up location. So had to drive further to that location just to wait in line for a half an hour to be helped. Then they forgot to put the 6 blankets I ordered in the truck which I didn't find out about until I got to the moving location.

The guy was dumb and wanted information that was not needed. Why do i need a secondary phone number and 100 dollar deposit which does not go back into your account the same day as returning the vehicle. Dumb and fat, maybe if he got the lars out of his head. It would male room for a brain.

Our experience started in St. Paul, university location. There was no truck for us. We waited in line an hour to find that out. Then we had to drive 20 min to get a vehicle- setting us 2 hours behind to reach our destination. We were not offered an apology. We were not offered a discount.

It seems like you are trying to do a combination of digital and paper and the process is extremely inefficient and clunky. The manager knows the process well and gets through all the steps as fast as he can but the process is one of the worst I've ever seen. These days, you have to be able to cut out 90% of those steps. I made the reservation and they had my info already. However, I still had to give them a bunch of information. Then, I got to the store and there was a line of a bunch of people. It took 25 minutes to get through one person. So, I went online to see if I could check out online. I found the Express check-out and filled in all of that information. It tells you that you saved half the time at check-out - like that was a good thing! If you have my credit card, driver's license, signature on everything, why can't I just grab a key off the hook and go? Why do I still have to complete part of the process with the one person they have working on a Friday afternoon? I realize there is a mobile process that could be more seamless but how am I supposed to know between Express check-out vs. mobile vs. other what they all mean. I know they mean a lot to you but I only rent a truck every couple years so the process changes and I wouldn't remember how it worked from the last time anyway. You really need to have someone from the 21st century re-design your whole process and you need to be willing to take a few risks (that you are currently trying to lock down with the super clunky process) in order to make the experience seamless. This is what it will take to compete in the next few years.

Only issue was trying to use my phone to check in. I couldn’t get passed the screen to take my photo, so I ended up having to go into the store to check in. Everything else went smoothly. Only reason I didn’t give Excellent on location is parking is very tight. Thank you.

Not their fault was scheduled to pick up my truck there ... which was 20 miles further from my home than the location I made when I reserved the truck. The change of locations and time was very frustrating. And I had to wait on hold 45 minutes twice to get the time changed back to what I was promised when I made my reservation. Received the text and email confirmations 6 hours after my call. The two guys at the store were fine. Mostly they wanted to sell the extra insurance. You must have an incentive program. Didn't spend any time at the truck.

I had a lot of trouble with the online check in system. I wont bw using that part again. When I called for help, since the store was closed when I was dropping off the truck, the couple of people I talked to were very rude and not helpful. Also, a random thought...headlights are different in every vehicle. Perhaps a quick "how to turn these lights on" would be cool. The headlights automatically turned on wjen it was getting dark, but the rear lights didnt and required a button/dial. I had no idea for way to long, since I had headlights on.

It has been 3 days have not heard a word stinks that you don’t talk to location you rented from you get some general number. Who is held accountable for not caring to call a customer back.. guess you don’t care

Not necessary this location, but I made reservation for a 5' x 8' utility trailer and it was put down as the 5' x 8' Cargo Trailer. Wrong reservation. Another concern is that I was not informed over the phone that I should bring any of my own towing hardware. When I arrived I had to pay for a towing trailer wire adapter. It would have helped if I was told over the phone.

Estimated time for installing a trailer hitch was 1 hour, depending on interruptions for the installer. It took 2 1/2 hours. Customers should be told to leave their vehicle and come back in 3 hours.

Picked up a cargo van on 5/25/19 at 7:45am. The sole employee sounded and acted grumpy by the time I interacted with him at the counter. Through dialogue found out he was the only employee. When I left the counter there were 5 customers waiting in line. I returned the cargo van at 6:40pm the same day. I forgot there was a location for returned equipment, I simply parked the van in the same location from which I had taken it earlier in the day. When I got inside there were 2 customers working with the employee behind the counter. He sounded grumpy, irritated. When it was my turn I acknowledged what I had done with the van. With a heavy sigh and a disgruntled facial expression the employee took the keys and cane out from behind the desk. I stated, “I can go bring the van up front.” Again a heavy sigh and disgruntled facial expression he says, “No, I got it.” “Why you having an attitude with me?” Was my question to him. His response, “I’m sorry sir, just been a long day.” Was the response. To late for me. The terrible customer experience had been confirmed for the 2nd time in one day at the same location. I will never return to this location again. I plan on using Uhaul again. I really hope the next location will have staff that look and act happy to see me bring my business to their location.

I dropped off the trailer at 7:15pm May 19th and used the self service site. It failed to find my location giving an error that would not let me proceed further. Very frustrating and I had no way to prove I dropped it off at that time. I was charged another full day rental.

The equipment was ready when I arrived and was in good condition. The trailer worked flawlessly, I was very happy with it performance. The representative at the pick-up location did a good job. The only problem was the wait to pick up the trailer and drop it off. The guy was along, I waited 10-15 minutes with picking up the trailer and 20+ minutes to drop it off - something to improve on. Overall, a very good experience and would us U-Haul and this location again.

The person who helped me when I checked in was extremely rude and had 0% customer service skills. Almost angry. Maybe he forgets who the customer is and contributing to his paycheck? The person who helped me with return was friendly. Truck was fine but inside of windshield was very dirty with multiple suction cup marks that was very distracting when it got foggy during rain. I will probably go back, but not certain if I have to deal with the one guy.

Moving is always stressful and a large change in one's life. My husband has anxiety and was nervous to drive a u-haul truck in the first place. When dropping off the u-haul, we couldn't stop the truck at the designated spot since the location is small and there was not enough space. The employee was rude, impatient, insensitive and terrible at directing the equipment drivers. Instead of politely guiding the drivers, he screamed at people and was not clear in his directions. I drove up and informed him that he didn't need to be rude and instead of apologizing, he responded with, "I wasn't talking to him. So just drive your car around." My poor husband had dealt with a terrible day of moving luck, was injured during the move and had his brother in the hospital and this employee being rude was not acceptable. I informed him that moving is already stressful and he could be just a little bit nicer. I hope he loses his job because we are affected emotionally and are never returning.

Was never emailed a final bill as I was told I would be. My bank account shows I was charged an extra $25 though I left the vehicle with more gas than I used and there is no way I caused even small damage.
