Fill the gas tank up so uhaul cant cheat their customers and charge them with fuel that exceed the 1/4 of fuel you began with and than argue with the customer and make them wait days while they investigate. This must be how the company makes money its ashame.

Better customer service. The General Manager placed my order from start to finish. He was rude and had an attitude. He made me feel I was inconvenienced him. When moving is stressful enough...The GM should have had better service! I would never recommend that location.

The pick up and drop off went very well (5x9 utility trailer). Good service, will be using them again.

I arrived at the location scheduled and found out after that Uhaul changed my pick up location. So had to drive further to that location just to wait in line for a half an hour to be helped. Then they forgot to put the 6 blankets I ordered in the truck which I didn't find out about until I got to the moving location.

The guy was dumb and wanted information that was not needed. Why do i need a secondary phone number and 100 dollar deposit which does not go back into your account the same day as returning the vehicle. Dumb and fat, maybe if he got the lars out of his head. It would male room for a brain.

Our experience started in St. Paul, university location. There was no truck for us. We waited in line an hour to find that out. Then we had to drive 20 min to get a vehicle- setting us 2 hours behind to reach our destination. We were not offered an apology. We were not offered a discount.

It seems like you are trying to do a combination of digital and paper and the process is extremely inefficient and clunky. The manager knows the process well and gets through all the steps as fast as he can but the process is one of the worst I've ever seen. These days, you have to be able to cut out 90% of those steps. I made the reservation and they had my info already. However, I still had to give them a bunch of information. Then, I got to the store and there was a line of a bunch of people. It took 25 minutes to get through one person. So, I went online to see if I could check out online. I found the Express check-out and filled in all of that information. It tells you that you saved half the time at check-out - like that was a good thing! If you have my credit card, driver's license, signature on everything, why can't I just grab a key off the hook and go? Why do I still have to complete part of the process with the one person they have working on a Friday afternoon? I realize there is a mobile process that could be more seamless but how am I supposed to know between Express check-out vs. mobile vs. other what they all mean. I know they mean a lot to you but I only rent a truck every couple years so the process changes and I wouldn't remember how it worked from the last time anyway. You really need to have someone from the 21st century re-design your whole process and you need to be willing to take a few risks (that you are currently trying to lock down with the super clunky process) in order to make the experience seamless. This is what it will take to compete in the next few years.

Only issue was trying to use my phone to check in. I couldn’t get passed the screen to take my photo, so I ended up having to go into the store to check in. Everything else went smoothly. Only reason I didn’t give Excellent on location is parking is very tight. Thank you.
