To make another customer experience better, please ensure that the customer leave with the actual equipment that was rented. I requested to have a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck. I did not check the truck before leaving because the guy that was helping me asked me if i had also rented the furniture dolly and i replied yes so i just thought that they ensured that it was there. When i arrived to my destination to move, it was not there. Upon returning the truck i also mentioned it to the guy that checked me out and i was still charged for the dolly that I did not have. so i was still charged for this equipment that was missing. I also tried to call back to the store and was told that my wait to speak to someone would be 1 to 2 hours waiting on hold and I did not have that kind of time. I really would like a refund but i cant ever get to speak to a live person.

The two gentlemen working the location made it easy to rent the equipment. They answered my questions and assisted in hooking up the trailer.

Not the fault of the rental return location but rather U-Haul customer service - the company moved the pickup location by 15 miles and then charged me for going over 7 miles. It the company was able to maintain the reservation that was booked & paid at the requested location, there would not have been an overage. Also, if you charge for mileage overage - you should reimburse for gas overage.

The trailer wasn't connected properly by the Uhaul staff and it became disconnected while I was driving almost caused a major accident. This is just unsafe and negligent.

This is the second time renting this type of trailer. Both have been filthy. This last one had cans, bottles, Sheetrock, tile, etc the time before last was full of sand The attitudes are very bad there, as well.

Overall it was a good experience besides a small mixup at time of dropping off, I was getting charged for an extra day but the team at uhaul fixed it and did not charge extra, they kept the original amount that I was quoted initially

I was expecting the truck to be full of fuel but it was a quarter down so I went back to show them and they told me I all I had to do was to take a picture of it and then that would be my proof I didn't expect that and I hope it works

I reserved a pickup truck online and when I went to get it they didn't have any I ended up using a van so I'm not a happy customer, this has never happened to me before and I've been using you for years. Then I left that van with more gas than I was supposed to and of course, I didn't get a discount for any of those 2 issues.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me at the front desk. He was a larger guy with a beard if I remember correctly. Super nice guy, very friendly and professional. He helped me with getting everything set up and then when I returned taking everything back apart. It's people like this that Keeps me coming back to U-Haul.

The rental experience was quick and easy. However, I dropped my equipment after hours and was charged $20 for this "convenience". When I called the rental center I was told that this fee is detailed on the rental contract. After reviewing the contract I saw the information in regular type at the top of the page. (Tell me who reads a U-haul cargo trailer rental contract? I guess maybe I should have.) I did tell the general manager that I would possibly do a night drop. Just because you have a customer's credit card number and nondescript verbiage on the contract you charge extra for services required for the next rental. U-haul has lost me as a future customer over a $20 ridiculous charge. Your general managers need to thoroughly explain extra charges for after hours drop.

The worst experience ever. Which cost my business to lose money. Because the website does nor full specify what is needed when rent or reserving center vehicles. Which cause delays not mention, being unable to check in online after multiple attempts. Never receiving a call back after 40+ minutes and the staff having computer issues when you enter the store front.

The same pictures you all require when turning in should be required when its picked up. Most of us don't know what to look for and when we opened the back there was trash and broken glass everywhere. A headlight was out and we hadn't noticed since we picked up in daylight and oil pressure was low. I've gotten uhauls here a while back and man has it changed. This was overlooked by employees.

I never received my final receipt. When returned the guy grabbed the keys and never said a word. I know usually i drop it off and they send a receipt but that never happened. Otherwise it was good

I visited to U-Haul stores before this one both were authorized dealers were not in good locations presentation was very sketchy. I made my first reservation with another location they did not have a chip reader I was going to do another location they didn't have the chip reader or the reservation that was just made For me at the previous location. Finally this location had what I needed After I was sent around to three different locations with to ours wasted. U-Haul needs to improve the standards of the authorized dealers because both of them did not look like legitimate stores and we're poorly ran.

Trailer door was jammed and not checked before rental was confirmed had to settle for a smaller one till my husband came and managed to get the door unstuck so that I can use the larger one. We were not helped unloading and reconnecting the trailer. I am a frequent renter and my experience was not like normal. I always get help and this time was a disaster.

I would love to give this location a excellent, however the young man they had working at 7 am when I got there makes that impossible. And when I went to turn in the truck the GM was there and I told him how the young man didn't speak , he looked like he was half asleep. He clearly didn't want to be there , there was a square dolly in the floor of the door which I tripped on coming inside and I asked him did he just see me trip over it, he looked at me strange before finally saying (sorry bout that) yeah no. And when I told the GM he looked more lost than the young man did, I finally told him he needs to hire people that actually want to interact with the customers considering you guys deal with people from all walks of life. Other than that my experience was great
