I reserved a pickup truck online and when I went to get it they didn't have any I ended up using a van so I'm not a happy customer, this has never happened to me before and I've been using you for years. Then I left that van with more gas than I was supposed to and of course, I didn't get a discount for any of those 2 issues.

He helped me with getting everything set up and then when I returned taking everything back apart. It's people like this that Keeps me coming back to U-Haul.
BOBBY E.The rental experience was quick and easy. However, I dropped my equipment after hours and was charged $20 for this "convenience". When I called the rental center I was told that this fee is detailed on the rental contract. After reviewing the contract I saw the information in regular type at the top of the page. (Tell me who reads a U-haul cargo trailer rental contract? I guess maybe I should have.) I did tell the general manager that I would possibly do a night drop. Just because you have a customer's credit card number and nondescript verbiage on the contract you charge extra for services required for the next rental. U-haul has lost me as a future customer over a $20 ridiculous charge. Your general managers need to thoroughly explain extra charges for after hours drop.

Which cause delays not mention, being unable to check in online after multiple attempts. Never receiving a call back after 40+ minutes and the staff having computer issues when you enter the store front.

Bryan I.The same pictures you all require when turning in should be required when its picked up. Most of us don't know what to look for and when we opened the back there was trash and broken glass everywhere. A headlight was out and we hadn't noticed since we picked up in daylight and oil pressure was low. I've gotten uhauls here a while back and man has it changed. This was overlooked by employees.

I made my first reservation with another location they did not have a chip reader I was going to do another location they didn't have the chip reader or the reservation that was just made For me at the previous location. Finally this location had what I needed After I was sent around to three different locations with to ours wasted. U-Haul needs to improve the standards of the authorized dealers because both of them did not look like legitimate stores and we're poorly ran.

We were not helped unloading and reconnecting the trailer. I am a frequent renter and my experience was not like normal. I always get help and this time was a disaster.

And when I went to turn in the truck the GM was there and I told him how the young man didn't speak , he looked like he was half asleep. He clearly didn't want to be there , there was a square dolly in the floor of the door which I tripped on coming inside and I asked him did he just see me trip over it, he looked at me strange before finally saying (sorry bout that) yeah no. And when I told the GM he looked more lost than the young man did, I finally told him he needs to hire people that actually want to interact with the customers considering you guys deal with people from all walks of life. Other than that my experience was great
