There was an employee that obviously was late for work. He walked in with a headband around his wild hair with shades on. He didn't take the shades off when sat down to great the first customer. Rontrelle was very professional and worked as hard as he could with 3 customers prior to me getting to the counter. I was extremely excited to see Adrian on duty when we returned the unit. He is very professional. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but if he walked into a facility of mine to work like that and with those big circles in his ear. I would send him home. Employee had no customer service skills- mumbled words and responded rudely when we asked about rental truck options, they came changing my online reservation to a later pickup which I could not do, and then once we had the truck and found out we needed to extend the rental no one would pickup the phone despite us calling every few hours. Rontrell Williams was great. He was polite. However, two other employees (Sebastian Rodriguez and another) there were very rude and confrontational with us when we were trying to understand the charges for the milage. I had to tell the Hispanic young man that they did not need to be rude or talk to us as if we were fools because I was not speaking to them disrespectful at all! The employee with blonde long hair would just look at us without deescalating the situation! Poor customer service!! No patients at all! Feel free to call me to give more details!CHRISTIAN S.

The overall rental system for uhaul is atrocious. My reservation was changed three times a d the equipment was not available at one of the locations. What's the point of a reservation if the equipment is not there. I prepaid online and then had to pay again at the third location. They said i received a refund but i have not yet seen it. Overall the experience was horrible and i would not recommend uhaul to anyone.Jimmie P.

Total opposite from the pickup location. Funny how a helpful employee can change the outlook on a company. These guys were great. Kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Had us in and out even after we had changed the drop off location to them. They found us in thr system and were courteous and quick.Wade R.

When you call the local office; hold time is so extensive and no one picks up; had to drive up to location in person to get service help; need to improve on handling phone calls to business.brian M.
I was sent there by one of your locations in Baytown TX.. That location was the only one near that had a 5x8 enclosed trailer. I asked if I may return it to a Baytown location? His reply was "Yeah, we will charge you 250,00 $". I was in the process of moving my Father-in-law into our house, he is diagnosed with Alzheimer's. We needed to move his things to our house south of Livingston, Texas! This was a major inconvenience, but I did it to say my Father-in-law the 250,00 $. I have been a customer for over 10 years are more and from my last experience i will never use uhual rental again. The customer service at the I-10 location was the worsted i have ever experience where it put my bank account in over draft because i could not reach anyone at that location to discuss updates on my rental. Uhaul let me reserve to boxes but only had one available at the location. They didn't tell me the location was an hour away. U haul was awful and would not help me find another box just told me to keep calling new locations. The movers Carter Moving was outstanding and really help me out to get at least one box to move so.ething into. I WILL NOT USE U-HAUL AGAIN.
