My photo and receipt that I have in hand is CLEAR evidence that the gas tank when I turned it is was at 5/8 tank. YET, Brian M. the GM at the Pico Rivera location charged my credit card an unauthorized $24.25 for gas that he said in his email was half full. The PHOTO is evidence that that is erroneous information and he had to refund me. My friend all tell me this is a habit from this company and this location. HOW SAD IS THAT! I NOW understand why the yelp reviews are a ONE STAR for this location and I also typed in my experience on yelp for all the read. SHAKING MY HEAD! SHAME ON YOU!

always long lines, staff dont acknowledge you, i rent at least once a month from this location. receicpt is always wrong including this last time, I got charged $11 for apparent gas level not being the same which the staff told me i was fine, then still charged me on my emailed receipt, very upsetting

I was very happy with the service at U-Haul on Beverly and Rosemead. The truck was perfect for what I needed. All of the people were very helpful and respectful. I would definitely use this business again

The first thing that happened was that 12 hours before we were scheduled to pick up our equipment, we were informed that it was not available at the time or the location that we had reserved over a week prior. When we were finally able to pick up the equipment four hours later than the original reservation time, we were told that whenever the trailers are turned back in, the U-Haul personnel check to make sure tires are all inflated properly. This wasn't the case at all, since a couple hours of driving later, one of the tires was too hot to touch and deflated to only 10 pounds. We aired it up ourselves.

Verify vehicle is clean and verify fuel tank level before renting the vehicle. I had to put fuel in it, yet they told me I had to return it with a quarter tank of gas. I am a very disappointed customer.

The one thing I'm upset about is that I paid $45 to drive 52 miles in order to keep the tank at the level stated on the initial form. Ultimately it's my own fault for not checking the gas level before leaving; but no matter how bad the gas mileage is on a 15ft truck I know it's better than 1 mile and change per gallon.

I am very disappointed and upset that I keep being told that someone from conflict resolutions is supposed to call me and it has been over a week and no one has given me a call. I keep getting emails and those emails resolve nothing. Because we have been treated so poorly I expect a full refund ASAP.

I booked on the uhaul app at first it was sending me several miles away. Cancel that reservation and had to book it with an actual person. When I got to the location that was now much closer to where I was at. The computer was saying that a 1963 Bug was to heavy for a 2006 Chevy Tahoe with a 5000 pound hitch. Rented last week and again today. Had to download my license everytime. Fine, I will just hire someone else to do the job instead of having to go through this inconvenience each time. Uhaul lost a customer with me.

When I went to figure out what kind of vehicle I needed, a young woman was very helpful. She gave me excellent advice on what we would need and it worked out perfectly. They were busy inside but she made the reservation for me. She was exceptional. The wait when we went to pick it up was much longer than I have waited at other Uhauls. Woman did a good job. Dropping off was the same as picking up, even longer wait and I ended up just dropping off the keys as two other customers did the same.

I go out of my way to go to this location because of the helpful staff. I didn’t get her name, but she was working the morning shift , she was extremely patient with me. I didn’t have the equipment needed to connect the tow cart to my truck and she explained what I needed . She was great

Because they were busy at the time of picking up the truck, the person that helped out did not provide me with the initial paperwork. The truck had 1/4 of a tank of fuel, I returned it with 1/8 of a tank and they charged me $50.00 in fuel charges. To me that's a fraud and I will file a report of this incident to the correspondent authorities right away.

The experience at U-Haul Pico Rivera was pleasant and seamless.I made a same-day reservation for a pick-up at 3:30 and checked-in online. I had a pretty tight window to work with and the check-in process went very smooth. In and out within 10-minutes. When I asked the onsite associate if I can drop-off at a specific location, 5630 Venice Blvd, LA CA 90019, the associate said 'no problem'. Well, the drop-off became a BIG problem and it might've been avoided if the two-sites were in sync with each other. I'm not sure if this was the responsibility of customer service for UHaul or if it was responsibility of the agent at the pick-up site.

I went in the morning for a trailer rental, and had to wait a little over an hour to get out of this place. The girls at the counter were very slow, and had a line of customers waiting. I was a bit upset because time is valuable to everyone and I wasted an hour just trying to get a trailer! I have gone many times to a location on Santa Ana and usually I can get out of there within 15-20 minutes after I arrive with no problem. However, this time I decided to try this location and would never come back unless it was my last choice. Please do something to speed up the service. Thanks!
