I am still currently waiting to hear back from Uhaul regarding a complaint I had called over an employee by the name of Emily till now Theres no word back regarding that complaint, we also had an additional incident today with this location, when we returning the rental “Mike Bailey” tried charging us his “own late fee” of $120 which is absurd and I Believe that is against Uhauls policies, my acknowledgement is uhaul doesn’t have late fees, this location claimed first that these late fees were under uhauls contract which is completely false and misleading. Pesonal feelings were being reflected over our rental situation, under the circumstances we had no choice but to keep it a bit extra time we did although reach out to corporate headquarters to make sure they were aware we were doing so to prevent future issues in doing so is how we’ve come to find out about uhauls no late fees policy. We were very stressed and uncomfortable over this whole situation as it was we shouldn’t have to feel worse by their behalf having to deal with what felt was a type of retaliation against us..... still nevertheless I would like to add this.... prior to this incident we really did have a great experience with uhaul at this location because of mikes great customer service he’s always made coming to pico Rivera’s location for our rentals needs easy and enjoyable up until this incident please take this into consideration amongst everything else in my statement. Ultimately I feel it is be very unfair To be treated as we were, to be told we would have to pay this extra fee firstly under the impression it’s uhauls late fee policy when we contested that it was false and simply a plain out lie then he changed his story claiming it was his own personal fee. The employees customer service was sub-par. Talking about partying while checking me out. Multiple F bombs were dropped. Then they picked a drop off center that wasn't even open so I had to drive to another location, which put me over mileage and got charged for that.

My photo and receipt that I have in hand is CLEAR evidence that the gas tank when I turned it is was at 5/8 tank. YET, Brian M. the GM at the Pico Rivera location charged my credit card an unauthorized $24.25 for gas that he said in his email was half full. The PHOTO is evidence that that is erroneous information and he had to refund me. My friend all tell me this is a habit from this company and this location. HOW SAD IS THAT! I NOW understand why the yelp reviews are a ONE STAR for this location and I also typed in my experience on yelp for all the read. SHAKING MY HEAD! SHAME ON YOU!

always long lines, staff dont acknowledge you, i rent at least once a month from this location. receicpt is always wrong including this last time, I got charged $11 for apparent gas level not being the same which the staff told me i was fine, then still charged me on my emailed receipt, very upsetting

I was very happy with the service at U-Haul on Beverly and Rosemead. The truck was perfect for what I needed. All of the people were very helpful and respectful. I would definitely use this business again

The first thing that happened was that 12 hours before we were scheduled to pick up our equipment, we were informed that it was not available at the time or the location that we had reserved over a week prior. When we were finally able to pick up the equipment four hours later than the original reservation time, we were told that whenever the trailers are turned back in, the U-Haul personnel check to make sure tires are all inflated properly. This wasn't the case at all, since a couple hours of driving later, one of the tires was too hot to touch and deflated to only 10 pounds. We aired it up ourselves.

Verify vehicle is clean and verify fuel tank level before renting the vehicle. I had to put fuel in it, yet they told me I had to return it with a quarter tank of gas. I am a very disappointed customer.

Everything was exceptional this time. The second time in one month at this rental location. This time was less fun than the first time. I was given a truck with zero gas in the tank. The empty yellow light was on. They got my reservation confused with another

The one thing I'm upset about is that I paid $45 to drive 52 miles in order to keep the tank at the level stated on the initial form. Ultimately it's my own fault for not checking the gas level before leaving; but no matter how bad the gas mileage is on a 15ft truck I know it's better than 1 mile and change per gallon.
