You promised me a truck at 8am (self-pickup). An email indicated this was GUARANTEED. There were at least 10 trucks on site. Customer service told me "the truck you reserved did not get returned by previous customer". I waited for an hour and then the staff proceeded to help another customer who showed up 5 minutes before openig. Uhaul made a stressful day that much worse. Terrible way to operate.

Everything was great. This location just needs parking for customers. I had to park about a 5-10 minute walk away. It also started to rain while I was walking back to my car. Other than the parking situation I was happy with this U-Haul location. Jon Hakanson

The staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient. I had to make several phone calls to find out more convenient locations for drop-off than what was available online.

I used mobile pick up service but my assigned truck was assigned to someone else as well, so I needed to see a representative to wait for a new truck assignment, which took longer than usual. I've also rented a dolly with the truck and it was old and bent, so it was difficult to use.

There was a very large disconnect when altering the order - I talked to a rep who confirmed I had a two day rental, but when I got to the Providence U-Haul rental building, half of the order wasn't there (the counter Rep saw only 1-day rental, no return address, then after altering the rental, I ended with 4 days versus two). I ended up paying for 4 days, also got charged for extra miles, and have not received any indication that I am getting a refund. Overall, not the best experience for a company that should pride itself on customer satisfaction.

Very poor service 1- the equipment wasn't inspected, I get two flat tire on my way to Florida,, they didn't check the tire for the long trip 2 -Asked to be able to drop the truck to the closest location and they give me a location 2 hours away from my home

Everything was great from you guys. I liked the improved inspection experience. The one nit is that while the tank was on F it wasn't really full so when I filled it up I put a lot more gas in than I used. But overall a great experience.

Cleaning the interior of the vehicle. Smoking should be penalized with the cost of cleaning the equipment for the next customer, specially weed.

I sat in my truck in the designated drop off spot for 25 minutes, and at that point an employee walked straight past my truck, which was first in line, and started checking out the next truck. At this point, I used the self return and dropped off my keys. Absolutely disgusting service by your company and I will make sure that every person I ever know who needs a truck will never use your company.

Drop off took no more than 10 minutes. U-Haul received the keys and confirmed that the truck had the correct amount of gas.

I don't know. You bent over backwards to accommodate us, and we really appreciated it! Short of GIVING the trucks away, I can't imagine what else you could have done!

I have copd and Emphysema and the pick up truck I rented smelled of freshly smoked cigarettes. Truck interior was filthy. Truck tire pressure monitor system indicated low tire pressure in rear tire. As if no one cleaned it or checked for mechanical safety prior to my rental. Thought it was ironic the clerk took the time to show me where the roadside assistance number was. Also something was rolling around the cab the whole ride behind the seat. The initial viewing of the vehicle was surprising as to the amount of damage on the passenger side with less than 26000 miles. Of course I took pics as to cover myself as I also included the insurance so I didn't get charged for damage I didn't do. Yet it was convenient. Roy Sr

I think this is overrated! It's too expensive. I was charge 120 $for less than a day. On top that I fill the gas tank so everything came out to almost 200 $extremely abusive

There were 3 employees on duty but only 1 of them knew how to process my order. They also gave me only half of the amount of blankets that I paid for. I will not be renting from that location in the future.

Representative was unclear and unable to communicate in English. During check out, the representative would speak to others in line in Spanish which delayed my check out process. The truck was filthy, old and stale food in carriage.

My order did not register on the website so I had to call and wait 30 minutes on the phone to be told that I could not modify my order. Drop off was miles from my house even though I live around the corner from a UHaul drop off.

I wanted to keep the truck for one more day and I was told on the phone to just let them know at pick up but it was not possible according to the agent, he ended up giving me a one way rental that costed me four times more.

Honestly. The kids inside were nice right when I picked up but they said there was 1/8 tank of gas when in fact I barely made it off the lot to a gas station. I have time and recorded photo to prove it. The cab was still dirty from the last user with empty packs of cigarettes in it. The check engine light came on almost immediately. And every side of the van was damaged so I was nervous when checking in. I didn't want to be held accountable. It was not what I've been used to in the past with uhaul experiences. I was very disappointed.

There are a lot of loading issues with the website when doing the self service. There wasn't a manager present at the location even though the site says they were open, so I was almost late to meeting my movers

Both customers and staff were not wearing facemarks appropriately (or at all), the truck worked for my purposes but had some issues: the parking break handle was broken, the headlight was out and the cab was not well cleaned. It's a convenient location because of its proximity to my work, but not a place I would recommend if Covid is a concern or if you need a reliable vehicle. Not the first time I've had issues with the maintenance of a vehicle from this site.

Two out of three employees I encountered were not wearing masks, even when within six feet of me. As far as I could tell they did not even have masks with them. Also, when I got the van the employee told me to make sure I bring it back with the same amount of gas in it because gas is 3,50 $/gallon. What he did not tell me is that there is an additional absurd 30 $charge for bringing it back with less gas that when I took it. had I have known that I would have made sure to put more gas in before bringing it back.

The signage for dropping the key at the unattended location could be better located. It was initially a bit disconcerting because I did not see the sign at first. It was the only indicator of what to do with the key. It wad quite high on a door and simply said ‘Key Drop.' If there other signs leading one to that spot, I missed them.
