The yard is conveniently located but is small and congested yet I appreciate u-hauls affordable rates. The trailer I had this time did not have operational marker lights on the driver side if the trailer and the exrerior of the trailer was dirty. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful.

Have the van I reserved in stock, I book 20 days ahead and had to settle for a smaller van. During the inspection I found several points of damage that were not on the report. The driver door did not close properly and whistled the whole time.

Trailer was dirty but didn’t matter I was only using a bike trailer. But the trailer plate was not valid. Good thing the cops didn’t see that . Told the attendant about it so I’m sure it was take care of .

The employee that helped us was very rude and abrupt, he stopped helping the person who was ahead of us as he seemed to not know how to work the computer system. We had reserved the truck online but still had to wait 1 and a half hours for him to figure the computer out, when he eventually got us to the truck there was not enough room for us to get in the truck (it was parked too close to the next one) so he pulled it out for us but in doing so he backed into (hit) another uhaul truck. Not a good experience at all

Less then a week before my move they told me they didn’t have a truck for me to leave in saskatoon. I was told I could drive from Regina to weyburn to pick one up. It took me asking what they could do because this same thing happened a year ago using the company. He then said I could use one from the lark street location if I retuned it. When picking it up they informed me they didn’t have my 2 furniture dolly’s I ordered either. Very disappointed with the service. I won’t be using uhaul again.

First time I booked U-Haul truck and the trip was excellent. But the horrible part is yet to come. I have used it for only 2 hours and I have been charged for 140 kilometres and 2 days. Now when I have raised a dispute for this, customer care is transferring to wrong people and giving wrong manager’s number. It has been 7 days I have not been contacted nor the issue is resolved. I am feeling frustrated because of this all. I am not gonna recommend it to further any one. Pathetic service from customer service representative except chantel- who has been very willing to help. Hope this review push you to resolve my concern.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Every service they provide has to go through countless difficulties and they won’t hesitate to say “we can’t do it for you today” when facing each. Irresponsible staff, you simply don’t matter to them. Their manager is even worse as he/she doesn’t bother doing anything. If you still plan to get any service from uhaul to do your job and you are thinking of doing it in 2 hours, make it 2 days and you have a 50% chance of making it.

I reserved a 20” trailer 6 weeks prior to moving. I received a call ONE HOUR prior to pick up that they did not have a trailer available because I did not provide ample notice. NOT IMPRESSED. Will not be using your services as I have had constant issues and always gave the benefit of the doubt. Lack of communication and service.

Engine light was on. Pointed this out before we left. Clerk said they were aware of it and that it wouldn't present a problem. I know an Engine Light can mean anything from a loose gas cap to more serious things. Provided a bit of a concern while using, but no problems encountered. Vehicle felt a bit underpowered, but once again didn't present a problem in getting the job done.

As usual, the service and products were excellent. My only issue is that the person who assisted me was alone and there were quite s few of us there so that puts tremendous pressure on the UHaul Staff. Otherwise excellent.

I had stopped going to this location because of lack of customer service and appreciation. Was definitely concerned with going back, but location is now only blocks away from my home. I was surprised this time around as all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will rent from this location again. Kudos to all. Please keep up the good work at this location.

rented a tow dolly.....great price by the way. had some issues with my trailer light hookup guy came out and fixed an electrical issue and got me on my way...super cold out when this took place too. very appreciated

All was good other than the truck cab was very dirty inside. There was dirt and pet fur that stick to our clothing. We had to buy wet wiped and wipe down all the surfaces. Other than this, the people were great and everything went well.

I wanted and reserved a furniture dolly. There wasn’t one available when I picked up the truck. Knowing there wasn’t one available ahead of time, I might have been able to rent one somewhere else instead of frantically phoning people to see if they had one that I could borrow.

I was precharged for 190 miles for an out of town move - was told I would be charged the mileage which was fine. Well after the move was said and done I had gone a total of 140 miles. When I returned the truck to UHaul to reimburse me the 50 miles I had prepaid for and didn't use, was told that I was not getting refunded the money for the unused mileage because it was pre-determined that was how much mileage I would use. Like WTF???? I have used UHaul twice now in 1.5 months and both times have been a fiasco....a different sort of fiasco but a fiasco nonetheless. I am done with every using UHaul again, every time you talk to someone whether it's head office or a location in your city, you get a different story.

I picked up a trailer as well as some additional items. The employee who helped me refused to provide me with the correct order, requested receipts for items I had reserved, even though I did not have receipts only confirmation numbers. He refused to bring my order up on his computer and kept requesting that I prove that I ordered what I did. He proceeded to point and laugh at me while i was on the phone with another representative when she insisted that receipts were also required. However, after properly explaining my situation she gave us another contact to call. This representative noted that receipts are not required for reservations and directed the employee to pull up my order online. The proper order was there and proved that everything I had ordered was correct. Avoid this location if possible. He hassled me for close to 45 minutes before the issues were fixed.

When my husband went to return the vehicle he was accused of mileage tampering! This is outrageous , we did not need to move very far and only used 26 miles, Because we moved close by we are accused of tampering when the truck did not rack up more mileage? What kind of customer service is this? This is a formal complaint against your employee Joel Adetinkan. My husband also spoke to the Manager who says he will speak to the employee named Joel. This has been a terrible experience and we have always rented from Uhaul for all of our house moves.

Staff were very good. Back of the van I rented dirty with gyproc pieces and dust when I received it. Interior could use a cleaning.

After pre booking a vehicle dolly one week in advance I was curious as to why I was not called the day before i was scheduled to pick it up like i was told. I called the evening before the day i needed to pick it up to then be told that the dolly was being rented out for an extra day by another customer, I was a bit annoyed that I was not at least called and notified of the change. The lady I spoke with from U-Haul was extremely helpful and sorted me out with a transport trailer that I could use instead. For my troubles she gave me $50 off the rental fee and only charged me the same amount as the dolly would of for the transport trailer. I was called and also texted the next morning to confirm pickup, the service I got at the 1535 Park Street Regina location was great, he was very helpful with connecting the trailer up helping to load the vehicle i was hauling and checking the lights etc for me.

I booked online and tried calling this location several times over 2 days to make sure they had the booking. No one ever did answer to phone. I had to call another location to get them to check. I was told by the other location that they always gets calls to confirm because that location never answers the phone. The truck had cardboard signs in the back that had messages that were begging for money. Not sure if the previous driver picked up someone? of someone slept in the back of the truck. Fuel tank was on 1/8 as fuel was not put back in from the previous driver. We were told we would get a credit and we did but it just added something else we had to do in a day that was already very busy. Employee had BO and that wasn't very pleasant.

Ensure the tire pressure is safe for driving, equip the vehicle with a spare tire, and make the process of checking out not so complicated. I will be calling your company to speak with a general manager.

Make sure to take pictures of gas gauge when you pick up a truck. They will mark more on the paper then there actually is in the truck and then try charge you for the difference.

Great customer service. Staff we very friendly and helpful. The U haul cab was not very clean. As we had just booked it the day before perhaps it was a quick turn around. We were very happy with the service as our moving company canceled on us in the 11 hour. Not impressed with them. Thank you for saving the day!!

you need to have a better location with more space and parking for customers, also customers need to be told that their vehicle package policy's will not cover for insurance on your rental vehicle's like it does when renting any other kind of rental vehicle.

The entire rental process was extremely slow and painful. The employee didn't seem to know what to do and was not trying to expedite the process even with a line up building behind me. The return was even worse with a 6 people line up when i walked in and i waited for 20 min then just dumped my blankets and dolly off with a note and left. Would have a hard time renting from here again unless I was in a pinch

Customer service extremely poor....Only one person in the branch...Doing everything from assigning a vehicle...Handling customer orders..To driving the truck from the parking ....Handling drop off..Returns ...Pick up ...One man show... It took me 30+mins to pick up and took me over an hr for drop off...Too bad.. Improve on staff knowledge..Use of technology etc.. Overall...Very bad experience

1 U-boxes not loaded on trailer at 10 am as I had asked; 2 Staff denied even having my 2 U-boxes; 3 After loading 1 U-box staff promised to have 2nd on trailer when we returned. They failed to do so.
