You assume all clients have data plan and for night drop off no system is in place to allow for proper dispoal of trailwrs and such. The items are just dropped at the yards without care for theft or damage and no reciept available for a clean drop off.

Drove 10 miles per invoice, added gas, but was charged $19 extra for a gas fill up charge due to fuel guage discrepancy between when I picked up vehicle and when I dropped off. Incredibly shady practises. I won't be suggesting this location or Uhaul to anyone.

I rented a 4x7 utility trailer. The trailer was clean inside but appeared dirty on the outside. Also, the trailer lights didn't work (passenger side) and they said it was my vehicle's trailer wiring that was the problem. I ended up spending 2 hrs checking fuses, wiring, borrowing a friends vehicle only to discover that it was the trailer wiring that was at fault. I wasted 2 hrs of work time. Also, I dropped the trailer off after hours but couldn't notify uhaul because there is no wifi here and I do not have data on my phone.

I stood in line for more than 5 minutes before I even saw an employee. When she did arrive she did not speak or even acknowledge any of us who were waiting. She went in and out of the office several times. After ten minutes of being ignored I went outside. Dropped the trailer where I had stopped in the yard. Closed the contract on line and left. It was a remarkably bad customer service experience. All the employee had to do was acknowledge the fact that we were waiting and offer some prospect of being waited on. The exact opposite of the rental process in Winnipeg which was completely satisfactory.

The poor girl that works there is worked like a rented mule. You need more staff. You have one employee checking in and out. People are lined up 10 long! There should be a pick and drop off guy to maintain your business. She did a great job but it’s only a matter of time before she gets a better let’s stressful job. Seriously your asking way to much from one employee....

Had only one person working, had a line up of like six people non of which were getting any help. Ended up just using the online app to drop trailer off myself after waiting 20 mins with out any help.

My comment is about a customer , the staff are absolutely fabulous , they are efficient and customer oriented . However a customer was exerting a rude and self serving attitude . I feel that as a company you should allow staff to refuse service to unruly possible customers . Other than the rude immigrant , my experience was great , as stated above fast and efficient . Thank you

Well what a story this is, mostly painful for me but also the 3 U-Haul dealers I had to deal with. The story begins about two weeks prior to when I wanted the Truck and transport to haul a pickup truck. I tried to book on line but I wasn't sure if I was getting the correct items. So I called one of the local U-Haul dealers in Moose Jaw, Keith at All Secure Storage. He was very helpful, asked me what I was hauling and confirmed a 15' Truck and transport for the day and time I wanted and the truck and transport would be all connected and ready to go. He asked me to call the day before the 19th and so I did, this is the start of what seems to go wrong. I call Keith the morning of the 18th, no answer I left a message. He called me back at 6mp, mentioned that the equipment would not be picked up at his location and instead at a different location. I confirmed that all the details of what and where and when and he reassured it me it would d be all good. Friday morning 9:15am at the Snow hut location. Looks like the trailer is there, and truck, nothing connected, and I noticed no wiring harness on the truck. Go talk to the Snow Hut U-Haul person, very competent. He started to get that uneasy look, ya the truck is the wrong one and is not meant to pull a transport trailer. So he calls U-Haul office and they say well just use that 12' truck... Well I mention there is no wiring harness, so that's the end of that possibility. Now I end up talking to someone from U-Haul, they say Regina is the closest, 60 minutes away, in the opposite direction I need to go. Whatever, I need to get things moved, so I agree to it, and again all confirmed the 15' truck and transport connected and ready to go, I am already an hour behind at this point. I get to Regina, now 10:45am. Ask about my reservation, they tell me I almost lost my reservation because I was supposed to be there at 9:15am....I had to explain it was made for a different city and it was a correction made by U-Haul. So we start working on the agreement, the one lady wants to charge me for all the mileage, and to bring the vehicles back to Regina, again going to add another 2 hour round trip to my day. Again I agree to whatever, I will help them out and bring the equipment back to their location, but I am not paying the mileage for all these mistakes. They agree to that. now 11:30. Start getting a truck and trailer, hooked up, no trailer lights. Me and my 13 year old son see a broken wire on the trailer, so wait, and finally connect a different transport. Hook it up no lights again, the fellow tests , truck not producing towing lights. Get the fuse replaced, now 12:00. Get to Moose Jaw my original pickup location at 1:00....basically 4 hours late on my move. Also ending the ending with a 2 hour drive to Regina to drop off the Truck and transport. To top it off truck had a 1/4 tank of gas, I put in $130 and another $30 so I could leave it with a 1/4 tank at a place whi

Please hire more staff. We stood in line for an hour to return the truck since there was only one staff member working. The guy working was awesome but clearly over worked

I returned a vehicle after 5 days and was charged for 9 days, when I pointed out that this was invalid I was laughed at by the counter person. There was mud and grit on the interior of the windshield. There was no dolly or restraining straps
