THOMAS HThe dome light inside the truck for some reason would not turn off no matter what we did. It seemed like there was an open door, but there was not. The AC was going in and out so it might be in the fritz or on its way of not working completely anymore. Overall the truck was great, thanks!

BRENDA FTried to use the app to pick up the truck but it wouldn't work, even for the manager, so I had to leave without being able to indicate damages to the truck, or even know if the check-out was complete. I called later to make a note on the truck, but I shouldn't have had to do that if the app would have worked.

DAWN TThe unit we used sound like it was going to die the entire time we were driving. Literally making out out sounds from the exhaust. Hard time accelerating. The inside was not cleaned the best but wasn't horrible. Asked for an explanation why are we charged per mile and must fill the tank back where received and was told uhm because it's a business. Ok… I guess. That's not a reason other than you just made this company look very money hungry. We brought the unit back and I made a comment to my husband and the staff was very… came off as rude. And when we got the unit it was only at a 1/4 tank and the thing said 5/16 I brought it back at 5/16 though cause I didn't want to also be charged $5 per gal to get it back up there. All in all I didn't like this place. I will drive the extra time to go elsewhere from here forward. Which is crazy cause I use usual ALOT. Oh well. Do better.
Jasmyn RI won't refer or use U-Haul again as there was a different pu location every time I called to confirm ( 4xs) Total confusion with my information, name, number,location, etc. no one knew anything. I was assured over & over where PU was. But it wasn't. People were nice & tried to be helpful. Just managed very poorly.

KELLY RClean the cab and windows after each rental. And make sure the lock is taken off the back of the truck before letting customers leave with the vehicle, so they don't have to come back and waste mileage.

BALINDA WTerrible check in experience. I was using the app to check in to get the uhaul. The code was embedded into a paragraph. At minimum BOLD the code that is needed to get the key out of the truck.

Mackenzie SThe van was nearly on empty. Each location should always provide any truck or van FULL of gas so people who are renting do not have to provide the fuel (on top of the return fuel) for their trip. This is another way for U-Haul to get more money from customers. Go back to the day of pick it up full, return it full. You can do better as a company.

Chris BThe Transmission seemed to be having a problem. We got done what we needed but were concerned that the transmission would not hold out if we were using for a longer trip. It was very clean. If we need to note mileage and look over vehicle before started that should be verbally advised or done with staff prior to taking off. Would use them again.

Thomas HThe Uhaul app wasted my time and left me very frustrated with no way to communicate, no screen to go back to for instructions, uploading multiple selfies that the app didn't like, waiting for someone to call a reference (this could have been achieved the day before if I had known it was a requirement). Overcharged me $20 for gas that I put in the vehicle (I have proof/receipt/pictures of odometer beginning and end). Go back to texting instructions. It's always worked fine. I've been a loyal Uhaul customer for 20 years, and I will never repeat this App pickup again. Horrible experience
Curtis GThe employees were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The U-Haul app and centralized phone system waste my time. Rather than talking to my local U-Haul store, I'm directed out of state, then when "connected" I'm placed on hold.
john mIt's unnecessary to only have one person working in the morning. I had a reservation. It took nearly 45 minutes with 4 people in line to get a reservation that was for 8am. There really should be 2 people working. There were 2 people when we returned at 3. There was also no other customers there. I felt bad for the guy working in the AM. He was so frustrated. Then he says he doesn't make enough for a 1bed apartment. Pay your people better. Do better.
