Rental vehicles should be full when you pick them up. Customers should bring them back full.

There were no indication of what type of fuel wound be the right kind for this vehicle. It would be useful and sensible if that information was posted somewhere on the van, preferably on the fueling spot. When you originally confirm with the customer about the pick up location, then first of all you should keep the promise but in case you can't and the customer has to go further, don't make it the customer responsibility to remind every employee he talks to about in order for him/her (the customer) to get the inconvenience discount that again you have promised.

I came to the first location to only find out that the key has to be handed to me from the vendor, however the business was closed and I had to drive to this cave creek location, During my drive there with my car my tire blew out and it caused such a rough day.... I ended up spending much more money than I should have from the beginning and used more gas driving to this location. Very upset with this experience

We ended up getting back after they were closed but it was easy to access and unload the the Auto Transport. The next day we received the receipt via email. Great location and always friendly and service is excellent.

Everything is good onsite. The phone answering is rotten U HAUL HAS TO MAKE IT BETTER.BECAUSE THE SITE WHERE I GET MY TRAILER IS GREAT I STAY WITH UHAUL UNTIL SOMETHING ELSE COMES ALONG.

One of the staff removed his mask maybe manager to scream at a customer. They allowed alot of ppl inside the store part not taking covid precautions seriously at all. They check out multiple ppl out at once and there is no 6 feet apart. So uncomfortable
