I think it's great here. People are friendly and Jamie yasmine and Demitrius were a great help. Jamie is a bad ass. That guy hustles all day long. De was super helpful too. I hope I get to work with those guys again when hitching up a trailer.

Vehicles at this location are always dirty. When asked to clean the van a worker blew it out with a blower and sprayed a chemical all over the dash and floor including the pedals, Worker Never used anything to wipe or dry it off. So there was built up gunk all over and soak and wet floors and pedals. Gas is never what it says on paper.

I was over charged the manager was rude when I tried to dispute my charges , He accused me and my spouse of been in possession of the vehicle for two days while we only had the keys in our possession for 4 hrs that we complete our task , Samantha , Bianca, are all a theme with the manager when I asked to review the camera the manager did not show the footage from the first day that I reserved the truck to see that we did NOT get the vehicle that day until the next morning , he only show when we walking to the truck . I would never cross path with this place ever . Getting my money back isn't the problem is it is the whole attitude and conspiracy from the manager and his team who tried to talk me down .

Originally reserved & confirmed in advance online for pickup at an authorized location but it was CLOSED and OUT OF BUSINESS on the day of pickup - website info was not current. Had to make a new reservation and go to this main location farther away, the only available vehicle at the same base price was larger than reserved or wanted so it consumed more fuel / was higher total $ but was usable, and it took 1-1/2 hours longer than planned to get the vehicle. Don't rely on the online reservation - call the rental location to reserve or confirm all terms, and get the name of the person you talk with.

Store desk attendant that processed my payment was rude, uninterested, and basically all around miserable. The other girl there was talking on the phone on a personal call so loud that I couldn't hear myself think. I am 32 year old male no hearing impairment. The lot attendants were sitting in their hut and just looked at me while I was waiting by the equipment pickup sign. When I finally asked where I should go they said 'hold on' and continued laughing and talking amongst themselves.

I have rented vans and trucks from several Uhaul locations in the WPB area and elsewhere and this one is the best. Service and speed are my top priorities and they did a great job. The owner was there and he was helping multiple people at the same time. I will be back.

I have rented here many times and there is always a long wait. The door on my trailer would jam on every open and close. I'm guessing nobody checks operation between rentals

Make after hours check-in/drop off simple

Clean trailers before renting them out again. Install hitch jacks on heavy enclosed trailers so they can be removed and reinstalled with existing equipment. This is really the only location in my area that has any staff at the rental location, so I have no other choice.

Walked in and 4 people were behind the counter. None asked if I needed help I told one I had a reservation for a pick up; she said they had none available and none of the next size up. She got in touch with a guy out back who brought in a set of keys. The truck was not exactly clean, but I was okay with it. Got out on the road and the tire pressure monitoring system lit up that the front left tire needed. I stopped, looked at it and it was passable so I kept on going. I drove it 11 miles, and put a gallon of gas in it. When I returned it, the return guy yelled to me to leave the keys in it, they'd send me the receipt by e-mail. The e-mail receipt had a $7,12 gas charge on it for a truck I had driven for 11 miles according to the receipt. I had to call the Uhaul 800 number and send them a copy of my gas receipt to get a credit for $7.12. Pretty shoddy service, except for the lady on the 800 number.

I arrived at 10:00am at this location with my confirmation reservation for a 10 feet truck, which I was the only customer at the counter. The male clerk, he had his name tag flipped so that his name was showing, asked me to scan the front and back of my driver's liicense I tried on several attempts but the reception was bad in the store. While I'm constantly attempting to get the scanned licensed done a lady clerk began helping other customers as the arrived behind me. She scanned their license for them. So I asked the guy clerk why couldn't he scan my license like the lady clerk was doing and he replied "my phone can't scan". Finally after the lady clerk had finished about 5-customers who were behind me, she scanned my license and gave me my receipt to go out and get a truck that I reserved. This was 15-minutes later. While I was walking out the door the male clerk walked behind me and pointed to the truck that I was suppose to rent. During me walking to the truck I mention to the male clerk that he had marked my receipt to bring back the truck with 1/4 tank of gas, then I got in the truck and proceeded out the parking lot and noticed the tank was past empty. So I call the local number and got a lady from the national customer service who stated she would make a note of it. I got to the gas station to put gas in the truck and there was NO GAS CAP! only a plastic grocery bag stuffed in the hole where the gas should go! then II looked around in the truck and noticed it was fithy! So I called the local number again and got someone identifying themselves from the national customer service of Uhaul. I told them the problems I was having and they adviced me to ask the local Uhaul I received the truck to get me a different one. I went back to the Uhaul where I received the truck and the male clerk stated they didn't have another gas cap nor did they have another truck. This store showed horrible Customer Service of someone who had rented from them before and who had reserved my rental weeks in advance, only to receive a filthy, no gas cap, empty gas tank truck!!! They could have at least offered me a discount on the rental considering the problems that this rental had!!!

I was not aware of your online returns, although i signed paperwork that was sent to me after i signed to pick up the vehicle. The email was sent to me, but i didnt have time to read it. I thought i was on my way. They should tell you in person when you pick up the vehicle, that you should park it, and do this and that. I later read that i would be charged a $20 fee if they had to check in the vehicle the next day. I didnt know that i was not charged that thankfully, but was concerned the next day when i read that. I also didnt feel comfortable leaving the keys upon return and they didnt check in with me like they did when i picked it up.

I haven renting since aug from u guys. Since we're located to aiken sc. 2x we told ur associates that it was one way. We rented on the dec 23. And took the truck back after Christmas since we were driving back to west palm with a family. After we drop of the truck the man call us to tell us that the truck was to be return. So I drove the truck back. This last time it happen again we told the girl it was our final moved that it was one way. The man in the office call us the next day to ask when we were brim the truck back, because again we were giving a one way truck. Or we were going to charge 2x. Now my husband is 76 year old disabled veteran. I spend 2 days trying to talk to the general ma in the west palm office I believe his name is Kevin, but no one ever pick up. It kept going to cust service and no had a good answer for me. So were drove 10 hrs to sc after we close on the house and my husband had to drive ur damn truck back to be there on Sunday. Andvrented a card to drive back home. All because the girl in ur ocochoobee was very imcopatience in doing her job . We told her it was one way. The solution some told me was to bring the truck back and they'll give us a one way. I told arenu going g to help us un loud the truck. With that said , I will never rent a truck from u guys ever again. Or recommend u haul to no one. If u check ur records we gave u guys a lot of business since Aug til now. I am going g to make a complain to the main ceo of the company. I think we should be compassionate for at lease something at lease the car rental that we had to spend on as well as the hotel stay. Thank u for nothing

I reserved a furniture dolly only to be told at time of pick up that there were none to be had. I also had to clean the interior of the windshield to be able to see clearly. Looked like two packs of Marlboro's had been smoked with the windows up. The pictures provided at pick up were no where close to actual condition of vehicle, had to dispute all but two, one being the roof. How am I supposed to inspect the roof? While picking up, an employee was obviously avoiding interaction, had to engage him by asking “do you work here?” to get him off his ass and phone to expedite getting my rental.

The website is very frustrating to navigate. I almost did not use UHaul due to the cumbersome over sell experiences during the reservation process. The staff at WPB location were great. Everyone was helpful.

The truck I rented smell of loud smoke like marijuana; was nt please I call the office to make a complaint or gt anotha 1;no answer; I dealt with it cause I had 2 move ASAP im asking for some kind of credit do to the dangerous smell I had 2 inhale while using the truck

We have used this location in the past and never experienced the problems that we experienced with this reservation. For example, (1) One clerk assisting a line full of people; reserved vehicles being re-rented to other people. (2) Gas light on in the vehicle resulting in us going directly to the nearest gas station. (3) Noticed a flat tire within minutes of leaving the facility and waiting hours for roadside assistance. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a reputable establishment such as this.

I really didn't understand why one employee took my receipt and supposedly trash it and when I came back to retrieve it it was in a totally different employer pocket all wrinkled up when questioned he stated I didn't needed it he already trashed it but was in his pocket could they both could have made copies of my information help me with this I'm puzzled the truck I rented was in excellent condition thank you and happy new year

Make sure you look inside the trailer before you leave the yard . Some uhaul equipment was left in the trailer and I had to explain why it wasn't on my bill .

Van had nearly bald front tires. Tire sensor came on after I left the lot. The back was filthy, had a previous paint spill. When I stepped in to load I caught my foot on the torn rubber mat and went down hard on my knees. I do not think anyone checked this vehicle prior to my rental. Overall, not a good experience.

I've already escalated my experience to Support who quickly addressed my concerns, which was greatly appreciated. One positive was the gentleman that showed me to the truck. Helpful, polite and appreciated particularly following a poor experience with the desk staff.

Trailers are not cleaned after each customer. This is the 3rd time I've picked up a trailer that was still filled with stone and debris from this location. Some employees know what they are doing, others are just there for a pay check. Proper training is definitely needed and chairs should be removed from location because it's a privilege to sit while working not a necessity. I wouldn't want to interfere with their Facebook posting.

I don't know what went on in this truck before I got it but Thad completely hosed out the interior with some sort of cleaner that was sticky and smelly. It was splattered on the inside of all of the windows to the point that it was hard to see out at night The seats were very wet and liquid sloshed back and forth whenever I changed direction The truck was dented and had evidence stickers all over it to the point where I was concerned that I might be blamed for a previous dent. That meant that I had to take a lot of pictures which took more time. The truck had a bad wheel or something that caused it to shake on the highway.

Went to the original drop off location on my rental form. It was 806 Conniston Rd, West Palm Beach. Saw UHaul vehicles but no indication where office was. After stopping in a coupe buildings, finally found it but it was closed. Went to do self-drop off but app had different drop-off location. I was never notified of change in drop-off location. Very confusing.

The customer service was poor, I had a reservation and arrived but there were no trucks available. Staff didn't try to resolve the issue or contact U-Haul's main number to find a resolution. I happened to notice the branch manager arriving at the site and asked him if he could assist and he did find me a truck. The branch though charged for 2 days instead of 1 even though I dropped the truck back the same day.
