Service level has Improved 100 %. it used to take 15-20 min just to rent a basic trailer.. Now in and out in 10 min.

Randolph F.The truck was in very bad shape, I was afraid it will brake.I went to return it an couldn't find the key drop box, i spent like 15 m trying on my own and I felt unsafe, called for help and no one took the call. On top of that I was charged almost 28 $for 1/2 gl of gas, OUTRAGEOUS!! because it showed the initial wrong amount. In other words, make sure to place the key drop box by the office building, better lighting and do maintenance to your vehicles

Charlie B.The van I rented was not in proper working order. The driver's window and the mirror control to adjust the side mirrors were not working. It was very hot and it was not possible to open both windows to cool off the van before turning on the AC. When I rent from anywhere, I expect the vehicle to be working properly.

Paul C.Hire KNOWLEDGEABLE & EXPERIENCED STAFF who know how to SAFELY & PROPERLY hook up trailers to tow vehicles!! The 3 staff employees at this Winter Park, FL location did NOT hook up the Uhaul trailer properly to my tow vehicle and I ended up having my Uhaul trailer hitch (that THEY INSTALLED!) COME OUT of my tow hitch receiver on I-95, which caused a chain of events to happen - the end result being I have THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGES TO MY TOW VEHICLE, not to mention I could have been SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED!!

Glauco C.Unlike the other times I have rented equipment at this location, this was not a good experience. This truck should not even be in inventory and the fact that I was driving over 200 miles it should never have left Orange County. The steering wheel sticks so it is a challenge just to get the truck started. Multiple engine warning lights and messages displayed, the oil needed changing and the transmission is about gone. The truck does not accelerate correctly in lower gears which is a safety issue while driving on the Interstate and Highway. There was a hole in the roof of the cargo area and with the scattered showers many of the items were damp when we unloaded the truck. I am renting another vehicle in 2 weeks and don't anticipate any problems. I would appreciate some type of adjustment on this particular order. Merci!

MATTHEW M.The staff was nice ( at the location) however my reservation was canceled for some unknown reason which I did not cancel it. so I had to upgrade to a bigger truck that cost me more money. I waited on hold with customer service for over an hour and no one picked up the phone . I'm very unhappy with the service I received.

PETER S.The driver's seatbelt housing was broken, which caused the sensor to not detect that the belt was buckled. This caused the seatbelt warning light to stay on and the sensor to beep every minute. Very annoying!
MARCO M.I rented a 4'x8' enclosed trailer which was great and the staff was awesome. What was not great is finding out the trailer hitch and wiring install I had got at the same location was a mess. The wiring didn't work. It was wrapped around the steering column and wasn't even connected
MICHAEL C.This was the easiest truck rental I have ever made. The website was user friendly and easy to navigate from start to finish. Upon arrival to pick up my truck I was greeted by two gentlemen who were very pleasant and knowledgeable of what I needed to get my move done. Dropping off the vehicle was fast and my final invoice emailed to me. I highly recommend this location for you next move or for equipment and supplies.

Robert K.Fix your Call Center overflow agents. I saw that the tow dolly I wanted to rent was not at the local U-Haul facility, and U-Haul wanted to call me. To save time, I called customer support. I got an over-flow call agent (by their own admission). Even though when I checked the U-Haul website, entered the vehicle information for what I was towing and towing with, the system came back and said that all was good, the U-Haul agent told me, that it was unsafe to use and I could not rent it. Fortunately, I called the location I picked it up from, they checked and agreed with me, that per the U-Haul system, it was OK to use. The guys at the pick-up location were great, and more then friendly and helpful.

The return process via the app was very good but I could not find the drop box for the key return as pictured.
