The check engine light came on leaving me very concerned with either I would make it to my destination. Also, I fallowed the paper on how much gas to add to the vehical befor returning, it it was way off. I could have put 5 gallons less gas in the vehicle and would have been fine. What ever fueling info provided was not for the vehical I had received. Thank you

I drove the truck 65 miles total and put 10 gallons of gas in the truck before returning it. Then, you sneak a charge in for $22 for gas when I check it back in?!?!? DO your trucks only get 3-4 miles per gallon????

I left items belonging to my late husband in the back of the truck but when I called to inquire about added charges as well as the items that I had forgotten I was told that it was cleaning charges due to the trash in The truck?(husbands jack stands, floor jack, car ramps) I asked if my daughter would be able pick the items up and was that would be fine but when she got there they told her no she would not be able get the items. I spoke to customer service who said they get back to me and i have heard nothing yet after three days. I am also requesting my cleaning fee be refunded.

I would recommend the location if you HAVE to use U-Haul because they were very nice and the truck was clean. However, I would not recommend using the Company at all, as we got the complete run around after having a truck reserved for 2 weeks ahead of time.

If a reservation is made then the vehicle or towing option needs to be there. I was also sent an hour out of my way to pick up a tow dolly at a place that didn't have one available. I am seriously considering never using Uhaul again.

We reserved a truck online, as it was a little cheaper this way. My wife also looked into this . The day before we were scheduled to move we went into the Yuba City location to make sure the truck was scheduled. Nothing came up. So the manager did some research and found the reservation by our confirmation number. Later that day I received a call from Sacramento saying we had to pick the truck up there. We called, we were being charged for two trucks. Got that worked out. Pick up day another fiasco. They blamed it on their computer being slow. We were charged twice, in the store almost 1 hour. I kept asking for a discount for the trouble. They were the cheapest, but by far the most hassle. The truck was great though.

I called to advise of issue I had with strap and ratchet (was not long enough to feed through) and was told over a week ago that the supervisor would call me back. Well when I came tonreturn truck I had a problem and I didnt expect for your employee to open since it was right at closing time but she really does need to work on her customer service skills because there was a couple of times in the past that I felt like this same female was not very customer friendly. Anyway when I came to drop off Sunday the key drop box was laying wide open so that no keys could be dropped in it at all and when I first arrived she was just about to close big roll up door and I hadnt noticed the drop box then as I went to drop keys i hurried around the building to see if i could catch her to just let her know about key box and just missed her. Another customer was there also he had knocked on window to try to get her attention she just throw her hand in the air as walking away yelling out we're closed. Like I said I wasnt trying to get her to reopen I just wanted to notify her about the box. We rent truck alot and spend alot renting turcks from your loction. And most of the time I dont have any complaints but I just feel this lady's actions were very unprofessional.

Yes! when we dropped off the truck I shared my concerns about the truck to the clerk, he was polite but that's all he could do and give me an 800 number and call customer service I ordered originally A 26 foot moving van and auto transport with a total of $786 and ended up canceling the auto transport to a 6 x 12 than trailer for $271 so the grand total was close to I thousand dollars and now I have to wait 10 to 15 days for a refund of $465 Adding to gas the truck three times at $120. The cost spending was $1500 for my travels from Southern California to Northern California approx 600 miles. I'm only mentioning this because I hope that other customers are able to read this and know the reality of using U-Haul trucks and trailers in their moves very costly not to mention poor service

My only complaint is the horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the truck we rented and it got worse when we turned on the ac - unfortunately it lead me to urgent care because it triggered my allergies and asthma, it made me so sick. Otherwise this was the easiest, amazing customer service from the time I walked in with questions, my rental pick up and drop off.

When i called to reserve a truck to pick up at 930am on 3-10-2019 they said they had a truck available. I received a text message at 730pm the night before saying the company was rescheduling my truck for 230pm. I called first thing in the morning on 3-10-2019 to find out why. The person that i talked to said that is the only time we have. I called again to find out what they could do for me to make it right that they lied about the reservation the company said nothing it was basically a take it or leave it attitude. I finally got ahold a person that was able to comp the mileage on a smaller truck. If i can avoid it i will not use Uhaul again and will let others know about the experience i had with the call center employees

said that the furniture dolly that I added was in the truck- got to load location and it was not. guys had to try to use the regular dolly that comes with the trailer and it would not work for the large items. I was charged for the furniture dolly rental that was not even in the truck like they said it was. I think that I was charged for the fridge dolly that we had to use due to the one I ordered not being there. Thanks a lot

The reservations service told me on the phone there was no one way trailers in the area, so I drove 50 miles to Yuba City CA to see if that was correct, it was not, they had six one way Trailer available, and the guy kept me on the phone for an 30 minutes then at 7:00 in the morn day of pick up they had one person working the counter, had to wait an hour, then waited out side 20 minutes,

The wiring for my car was placed inside of the vehicle instead of being ran out of the car. I did not understand that - was I supposed to slams the wires in the hatch of my vehicle? I had my husband run the wiring through a hole in the undercarriage so that I would not have to slam it in the hatch.
