The experience was great the only thing that would have been a little better would have downsized to one unit below. We made it all fit and the old unit is cleared out now and doesn't need to be rented another month and it was very helpful to get a smaller unit, save money for moving later, and I really appreciated the fact that the units where close by each other so I did not have to move stuff very far.

Was happy with storage until I moved out. I was charged for the full month after the check out verification was done. Inspection was done on 5/14 and bill was sent to me for 5/14 -6/13.

Will not use or recommend this Uhaul storage location due to conduct of personnel, Lonny Bloss, during a conversation. Very unprofessional, making accusations against us and using profane language. Lonny also made demands out of the scope of the signed contract and in addition violated state mandate requiring the wearing of a mask when not distancing. I was forced to immediately contact legal counsel for direction on the best way to handle Lonny's conduct. For this reason, I will no longer use storage services at this location.

The card reader at the Long Park facility seems to have problems reading cards on both the entrance and exit.

There was always homeless people sleeping there the bathroom was disgusting, ruined by homeless. Staff never did anything about it made me feel like my things weren't safe.

Staff was friendly. Tenant once saw me struggling with loading storage as a single parent helped me out. When I went to collect my things, I got liz from another location which lead me to Lonny and they were able to go above and beyond with customer service for my needs. Would reccommend.

Storage unit was secure and clean. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Store Manager Lonny Bloss was incompetent at processing a payment and explaining charges and rude when called out about it.

Will never use Uhaul ever again. Set up payment to be automatically taken out and it wasent done and never got informed it wasn't paid so they locked us out. When we went to complain about the late fee lonny said we were responsible about making sure it was done. Automatic payment means we shouldn't have to call to make sure it was done Libby was rude and very nasty and said he wouldn't refund it. So we went across the street to friendly budget to get a truck for my daughter to move. Lonny has very poor management skills and not a person you want to give business to

If you rent here you can expect the following as a customer: if you ever pay late, it is a personal slight against Lonny Bloss, the manager, and you will be treated accordingly: 1. You will have unprofessional, poorly trained staff calling you and not even saying hello before they demand payment. If you tell them they are being rude to you, they hang up. If you go a step further and let the manager know, he will tell you the problem is YOU and hang up as well. 2. The access is NOT 24 hours as advertised as a padlock is sometimes put on the arm of the gate. There is no rhyme or reason for why the padlock is on there and if you get upset because you are trying to leave town early in the morning to go somewhere and you cannot get the animal carrier so you can get your animal to the vet, you're the jerk for needing 24 hour access to your unit. Also. If you had holiday plans but you needed into storage to get supplies, not happening either. We missed half a day of recreation with our family waiting for someone to remove a lock days after payment which leads me to the next expectation... 3. If you ever pay late, for any reason, it is a taken as a personal slight against the manager and the store itself. It doesn't matter that the late fee adds to their revenue, even if you always pay it and never complain or argue about it! You will not get the lock off your unit without calling and making them do it even if you paid a week ago. There is a perverse pleasure taken in inconveniencing you because you had the nerve to have your check fall on a different day than they assign you. And if you call and ask how many days it will take for the lock to come off, Lonny will ask you how many days late your payment was implying you are not only paying a late fee as punishment, you're also going to be shamed for being late. Finally. I would tell you there are dozens of other storage facilities in town. If I were you, I would pick one that has some level of customer service and this place isn't it! We have been issued credits by corporate as a way of apology but nothing changes until the wallet hurts! Renters beware.

I am super upset that your rates are not prorated! I moved out 1 week after my rent was due and still had to pay for a FULL month! Absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone was great with the exception of the GM Lonny. He is rude and disrespectful. He literally told me he "I don't have time for this" when I was trying to resolve an issue. I watched him being rude to other customers when I was in the store and my experience out him was awful. The rest of the staff was great and so was everything else at the facility.

The storage space was free the first month for doing a one-way move with Uhaul. That's a good deal. But the price for the 10 x 20 is 50,00 $ higher than all of the other comparable storage places in the area. That's why I moved out. I didn't want to pay 150 $every month for storage.

Tried to downsize from a 10x20 storage unit. Called the office and uhaul itself at least 10 times over the matter. I was always "transferred", then hung up on. Moved out because of this.
