My only negative comment is that the exit gate was always stuck open. I called U-Haul at least 4 times to report this. I picked this storage facility because it was close, convenient and secure with gates and only accessed with a key card however in the 2 months I was there it was not very secure with that open gate.
robin w | Overall ExperienceWe pulled our belongings out of storage unit as the gate has been out of order for at least a month. When you are paying for a secure locked facility I think it is unprofessional to not let your customers know that there is an issue. When I called a month ago I was told it had been that way for over a week and parts had been ordered. They were rude on the phone and hung up on me. I had to drive to the office to get more info. I am very disappointed as I had been renting for over a year. Prices went up and customer service went down.
Michael D | Overall ExperienceWorst experience I've ever had with a storage unit place. They were extremely unorganized with paperwork and the employees and owner was very rude to me and they were clueless. I will never be coming back to uhual storage unless something is done about management.

STANISLAV P | Overall ExperienceThe grounds were clean enough but the gate was broken leaving it stuck open numerous times I was there. There was never any employees there and the rent just kept going up yet there was no apparent improvements or changes. I never could get into the restroom and the one time I gained access there were no paper products and it was dirty.
Jessica B | Overall ExperienceThe manager of this facility, Lonny, is terrible. He's rude and overbearing, unhelpful and dismissive. I would suggest using any other Uhaul facility other than the ones he manages.
