Similar to our pick up location, the service was excellent. Upon dropping off our car hauler trailer, we were met in the parking lot by employee Cody Klohn. He showed us where to pull into, and before I could get out of the car, he had scanned the bar code on the trailer and had my receipt emailed. He disconnected the trailer and we were done within 5 minutes of pulling in. He was very friendly and represented UHaul as a professional. Great work!Jason S.

The U-Haul app crashed when I attempted to take a headset with my phone, but I was able to complete the process using a web browser. Could be due to the fact that my phone has an old version of Android. Making sure the app works with older phones would benefit your customers with older phones.William B.

This location is a very busy store. The employees here work very hard and I appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of them. I have used this location several times for pick up and drop off and have never had a problem.David B.
Vehicle had a screw in right rear tire which was practically flat. We brought it back, and they told us they would return the first truck and rush to help us get a 2nd truck, with a full refund. We did not get a full refund..we were charged 235 $. for the first truck, and the credit was only 199,00 $ !! We didn't even have the truck an hour when we brought it back. Wasn't too happy that was not explained at the counter. We were given a "free day" but we didn't even have the truck 24 hrs, so that wan't much of a gimme. It was adequate service.CLIFFORD ALAN G.

I was suppose to have a 26 foot truck but was told at 6pm the evening before my pick up that they didn't have that truck and I would have to take a 20ft. When I showed up at 745 for my 8 am pick up the 24/7 pick up didn't work because of the late change. I then had to drive back home and wait an hour with customer service who assigned me to a truck and told me to head back at 9am. I got there right at 9am but the guy at the counter said the computer wasn't working so I had to wait another 15 minutes for the store to be open and then when he actually started with my rental it took over 20 minutes. So it took over 2 hours to get a truck that wasn't even the one I had reserved over a month before.ALYSSA SHAY G.

I created a reservation several months prior to my move from Bend to Washington, DC. When I originally booked the equipment the price quote was 1 900 $and despite several calls with customer service my reservation dates kept changing in the app which resulted in a price increase to nearly 3 000 $for the trip. Not only is this concerning and misleading, I was given equipment that had damage on the outside and rust in several places-the chains that connect to the hitch also didn't have the rubber connections to hold them in place. Overall, I feel ripped off across the board - which is extra disappointing considering I've spent thousands on U-Haul equipment this year.Christopher M.

I was told there would be an appliance dolly for me but when I arrived there was not. When I asked about the guaranty she said â€œ there are no guarantees hereâ€ even when I asked why it is printed on the screen with which I was making my payment. What exactly is U-Hauls guarantee? Your website needs work. It would not let me rest my password. The other item would be your phones. When they say you will have to wait 63 minutes for your turn. When people are moving it is one of the most stressful thing people go through. Jami R GarrettJAMI G.
I received the truck and was led to believe the tank was full. Before returning the truck, I followed the agreement and filled it to full. To my surprise, I ended up putting about 14 gallons into the truck while I estimated I only used up about 7 gallons, so I ended up putting about 25 dollars worth of extra gas into the truck. When checking out, I asked if I could be compensated for the extra gas I put in and that request was not accommodated. Come on UHaul, I thought you were better than this... Facility is small. As a result merchandise, such as moving boxes, frequently are not on floor. Someone has to go get merchandise which can take time as staff is busy. Parking for cars very limited. Traffic in and out can get congested. Staff is great and equipment rented was clean and well maintained.ELLEN S.

My unit got flooded due to the drainage system not working correctly and my furniture was damaged and had to be thrown out. I filed a claim and was told it was denied. Poor drainage at the facility caused us major damage and losses when flooding occurred, affecting both of our units, both drive-up and inside. Staff were very helpful in the recovery/clean-up effort, but losses may or may not be covered by U-Haul. Locks were inexplicably changed by the facility even after contents were verified as intact after a second storm, with no explanation provided.Kenneth D. | Expérience générale
It is beyond insane you would send me a survey after what your company did… my possessions were insured through you. You found a loop hole in the paperwork and chose not to insure our goods. I responded to your inquiry and you still took the liberty of throwing away uninsured items within 24 of your contact after waiting almost two weeks to contact me about the event. What your company did is criminal. I am not threatening action as I know you work for an entity who would rather waste money than do the right thing. So yeah… not very "content". I hope whoever, if anyone, is reading this has a wake up call and realizes they don't have to work for a place who treats people like this. All my stuff got wet and I was double charged. The management was able to work out the charge luckily. Online was confusing and somehow my payment went through but the page kept giving me errors and forced me to put in 3 completely different phone numbers in order to go through. I'm giving this a 5-star due to the fact that an issue I had was not related to this facility but to U-Haul itself. I reserved a 15X20X8 but while they did have this size unit, none were available but I was able to reserve it nonetheless. Hi I actually didn't end up using the unit and called u-haul less than 24 hrs later to cancel. The help line said to go to the store and they can refund you if you hadn't used it yet. That worked out fine but I was still charged 9,95 for a lock that I never received? I'm not sure if the lock was already attached to the unit because I never went to unit itself. All I know is I have a charge for a lock that was never given to me. I would please like a refund or lock, either way is fine. Thank you and have a great day. My storage unit was broken. Told them & still never was fixed properly. Someone could've just pushed in the rolling door. Finally just closed it out after a few months of this. U-Haul's website allowed me to reserve the largest storage unit when booking, but I was told there were none available when I checked in, due to the website not screening out unavailable units. Unit 038 needs to be sealed up. The reason I moved out is because dirt comes in under the door. It's not sealed up. Not just a little dirt. The floor is covered. All of my stuff is completely covered in dirt.. this unit is the worst that I have ever rented anywhere.James K. | Expérience générale

I almost was not able to get the size storage unit I reserved a month ago. There were 5 different people on the list for the same size (5x10) and there was only one unit available. I just so happened to be the first to check in. Now the other 4 people will not get the unit they reserved. This system makes no sense. Why would u-haul let you reserve a storage unit and then not have any available?? The system should show when units will be available and only allow you to reserve accordingly. Very long (6-7 transactions), slow moving line of customers made getting to my reserved storage unit a 20 minute project. This was in part due several of the transactions walk-in transactions with little prep, research, or pre-registration done.
