Very dirty! One of the wood tighdown supports completely broken which took us an hour to repair with metal work and two bolts not usable. We informed Bend office with no help from them. The walk up rack was smashed on right side which took us almost an hour to figure how to work it. Engine wold miss during trip. All in all we can not recommend the Bend office to anyone who is not a mechanic. Bill Hartley 520-360-9300.

I stood in line a little longer than I would have preferred to check in. But the people I worked with were professional, the trailer was clean and all the lights worked. Drop off was quick and easy.

Truck windows & mirrors were do dirty it’s a safety issue. All required cleaning and the mirror surface is do damage it needs replacemt. Seats had tears in them and were patched with Scott tape! Truck dented and appeared to have a long life. A poor represention of your company

I accidentally locked myself out of the truck when I got out to see if I needed to move a rock in the Uhaul parking lot. The keys weren't even in the ignition! I got out, the door closed, and then I was locked out with my purse inside the truck. I went into the office and, of course, they don't have spare keys. You gotta be kidding me, right?!?!? They tried to jimmy the lock, to no avail. One of the Uhaul guys says, "This happens all the time with these Dodge trucks". You would think you'd at least give the customer a heads up! I ended up having to call AAA and wait over an hour for them to come get the keys out. Not a good experience!!! Can't believe Uhaul doesn't have spare keys, especially with trucks that are problematic.

I would love to give this location a great rating but, when I picked up my equipment I was charged $14 for a $7 dolly. I pointed this out to the lady at who helped me and she assured me it would be fixed. When I dropped it back off I actually took the time to go inside (instead of just leaving the truck as suggested by the same lady who rang me up) and specifically mention my concern about the double charge for the dolly to the manager who was working behind the counter. Again, I was assured that the error would be corrected. Sure enough, I check the final emailed charges and I was charged $14 for a $7 dolly. I have rented from U-Haul a LOT. It’s disappointing to me to see a business ruin an otherwise smooth transaction over something this small...and yes, I know it’s a small dollar amount but that’s not really the point is it? It makes me wonder, among the many hundreds of transactions regularly occurring at a busy location like this one, how often are these “small” mistakes made and how much extra revenue does it add up to on a quarterly or yearly basis. I wouldn’t have even known I was being over charged if the Dolly’s weren't clearly labeled with a $7 rental charge!

You need more helpers. It is a busy location and the wait on hold is long as is the wait in line. Clear away some of the U Haul boxes for sale out of the lobby, so customers have more room to stand.

After placing the drop off location online we turned up there only to be to,d that we were in the wrong location. Very rude employee informed us that we had to take the ,box to another place 6 miles away in Seattle traffic. The manager at the Burien, WA location named Shawn was very professional and helpful. A good ambassador for U-Haul.

Took forever-finally got paperwork done, went out to get hitched up, waited 20 min., went back in, same questions asked, went out, waited 15 min. and went back in. Tried to change the pick-up day on the phone and it was terrible! After 15 min of "uh, let me check, please hold, still checking, uh, please wait.." I said forget it, we will just go get it and then had the forever experience. Not the U-Haul we are use to.

Don't mess with people's requested times and then call and harass them repeatedly while they are trying frantically to get the equipment emptied and returned and are literally only a block from your business office.I will NEVER rent from uhaul again.

I had pre-scheduled/reserved my uhaul truck to be picked up at 11:30am and it was not there when I arrived. I did not get the truck until 3:40pm that afternoon. The delay was so far past the original time that my movers were no longer available and I had to load my things on my own. I did not finish until it was too late to drive to Corvallis and had to stay another night in Bend. All of these delays forced me to change my flight ($150 change fee) home. The truck was also empty when I picked it up and not knowing how much fuel I would use I filled the tank ($70) and left the truck in Corvallis with over a 1/2 tank more than I got it with. The representative in Bend offered to reimburse me $50 and did not charge me for the extra miles I went over. But that was just a drop in the bucket compared to the extra experiences I incurred from all the delays. Because of the lack of ungency and sympathy towards my lost time and money I will try to avoid using uHaul in the future. Thank you, Jared

Not fair that we got charged for going "over" by 10 miles to return this UHaul. Our house is near Sun River and we were told that this was the only drop off place. We went straight to it from our home. Not our fault that it is far away from the store drop off

I got the reservation run around. First the place I went to had no vehicles at all. Then at the next place the 9' ft high van I reserved was less than 5'ft. At the 3rd place they had a truck few hours I wanted but the visor was broken and kept swinging in my view, and the mirrors wouldn't move so visibility was poor. And expensive! Staff were friendly & helpful.
