Trailer was full of debris when i picked it up. I returned it the same and the guy said I will be charged to clean it. You guys are not doing a very accurate job. Making other people pay for others debris. I use u-haul at least 6 times a year. I will find another service provider.CASEY B.

We had some shifting and minor damage. People have all been nice. It is very hard moving cross country. Not sure if the best way. Probably should have hired a van. Hard loading in Seattle. Unloading Maine was easy and quick. Too many blankets. They take up alot of space. Containers not great for bigger items 2000 lb max, The boxes are just big enclosed pallets. But, hopefully we get out last box and all is good!!!Holly E.

When we give 24 hour notice to access the Ubox, the uboxes should be ready to access when you say they are. We had to wait in line for an hour to tell a grumpy employee that our boxes were stacked and not accessible. I don't think this is right. Also the mobile check in and check out of trucks is super broken. The app doesn't let me upload photos when taken through the app, and also not being able to use it if you are an hour to pick it up is ridiculous. Please do better.Heaven-Leigh M.

I specifically asked if the vehicle had been cleaned. I was told "yes". In fact, there was various kinds of trash inside, including much debris on the seats from snacks (chips, cookies, drinks, food wrappers. I had to clean it before departing the establishment. I also had to go back in and remind them, for the 3rd time, that there weren't the reserved dolly and blankets inside the back of the truck. The phrase "customer care" is rather meaningless at all U-haul locations, including this one.KIRT B.

Have more than one representative of Uhaul at the front desk. She seemed to know her job but seemed to favor the White Americans in line. A lot of minorities also live around the area but I felt like I wasn't treated as well. I had called the 800 Uhaul number who is out of state as I wasn't aware. It's my first time renting a Uhaul and the lady the truck isn't ready for another 2 hours. On the phone we scheduled the pick up for 4:00-4:30pm. She said the 10 foot truck wasn't available till 6:45 pm. I wait over an hour and a half and unbeknownst to me there were two 10th foot trucks that appeared. Only because I mentioned it and there were customers ahead of me she then proceeded to process my order. I would've waited extremely longer had I not said anything.SARN S.

I had booked a uhaul in uvillage and ended up getting an email from uhaul that wasn't up to gmails security and was marked as spam or potential phishing. I got to uvillage to find out that I had recieved this email after searching and that I was now getting a uhaul 15 miles away from where I wanted. I spent 60$ on an uber to get there and however much more in mileage and gas because the location i picked online was changed. The folks working at this facility were very kind and helpful but whoever is managing the website inventory and email updates cost me several hours and probably almost 100$ in uber / extra gas / mileage.ALEX K.

I forgot my credit card in the machine at this store. I called the location and made sure if they have it or not. They said the kept it safe and I could pick it up later. One of your employees at this location stole my credit card and used it to buy personal stuff. There were 9 transaction attempts by this person. This is disturbing and very disappointing.TAKUYA M.
12x6 trailer had no ramp and no screw jack. I had to connect and disconnect 3 times while loaded. I had to use the jack from my truckâ€" requiring me to empty my back seat to access it. Loading my 550 LB motorcycle and 900 pounds of totes was made much more difficult until I built a ramp.JEFF N.

The entrance signage doesn't make it clear that there is a U-Haul location there, or exactly where the entrance is. And phone-based mapping and routing didn't take us to the correct entrance. We found it after going all the way around the building. So some work is needed to make it clearer that you are there.R K.

I signed up for a delivery date on a Sunday nearly a month in advance and never heard about it being a problem until I had to reach out two days before. I then signed up for moving help and the Uhaul rep signed me up for a non delivery service when I needed delivery. I was able to get a new moving company for the Sunday, so it worked out. However, the Uhaul was not prepared at all and the mover had to wait even though he got confirmation the box would be ready. This experience with U-Haul was not horrible, but the worst is how you talk to someone different every time and have to re-explain your situation and it will often fall through the cracks.Patrick G.

I was told they had nothing when I got to location and then was rented something I didn't want. I reserved a 15ft. And was giving a 26ft. Vehicle was also broken. After rental I received a receipt with the wrong name on it. I would like partial reimbursement for part of the 400 I spent. Waiting for a call from a manager. Unsatisfied with companyNathan G.

Pulled up to return truck and waited 5 minutes at a sign that said please wait and remain in vehicle during business hours. Drove up to the office and walked in, the agent working asked me why I didn't wait at the sign. I told him I had been waiting. Just an absurd experience overall. Would only recommend for a laugh. This site has the best customer service ever. Jenny, the manager, gives out her cell number so if you have any problems you can get hold of someone direct. James has always been friendly and ready to help. I rent a couple of time s a month--I am a real estate broker and stage my listings. Usually my experiences with Uhaul have been fine in the past, but this time I was yanked around a bunch. My reservation was changed for me a few days before the move and then when we arrived there was not a truck for us. They sent us to a different location that also did not have our size truck available. The local rep got involved and was able to find us a truck, but it had to be a round trip. It was a bit of a mess, which was odd because we usually have no hassle at all.JACOB C.
