The service was very helpful. I had 1 problem on the entire sign-up. When I swiped in to the storage location to confirm my ability to clearly get in and get out, I noticed a large PUMA fifth-wheel trailer parked into my parking space #714. Could you please contact the owner and ask them move the fifth wheeler to whatever parking spot that they are actually renting?

Will runs a good Uhaul location and a nearby outdoor storage facility. Would do business here again. Very courteous and helpful.

There was an odor coming from a nearby unit (which is out of the control of the staff). My unit was very clean and ready to use!

There is no way to contact for help after hours on a 24 hour facility. We almost got locked inside the gate due to uhaul having double access numbers and the gate not working properly. Please contact your after hours number and see what I mean. There's zero help. When you press the number you need the phone goes dead. I cannot use a facility with no after hours help. Management said there's nothing they can do. I feel that's not appropriate for the money we spend for a facility.

The facility is fine and I am sure Jay Cee is nice but it is impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store or get a return phone call. Also, they send letters with the wrong email address so you can't email them.

One of the neighboring storage units had an awful smell that was spilling over into my unit. This is out of U-Haul's control, but it was a minor inconvenience.

My storage unit leaked and caused a lot of damage to much of my property including a 1000$ recliner couch.

I had a horrible experience here. I picked up my uhaul and went to the storage unit to find my unit. The roads were covered in ice. I got stuck. Tried to call the store for help and didn't get through 7 times, called roadside 3 times and got disconnected all 3. Finally went to the website link and submitted a report and had to wait for response. Ended up wasting 3 hours of my time because the storage unit roads weren't properly taken care. Then I got 1 load done by dark and the lights weren't on at the facility. I had to unload with a flashlight because there was no lights. Got stuck again leaving except I managed to get out without assistance that time. Not a fun time. If it weren't for the employees of uhaul being as awesome as they were, I would be a lot more unhappy.

The main only issue I had was direct contact availability via phone to offices causing delays in my request and needed account clarification. Overall the Greensburg office staff always friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect until I arrived at the storage facility and found a lock on the unit. I had the movers nearing the unit. I called the store, received the company wide system prompts, NONE of which answered, instead went silent on what seemed to be a silent hold. The third time I decided to wait, 20 mins later there was nothing, I tried the call button at the entrance gate but no response...I finally thought I would call the new store in Latrobe Laurel Mountain plaza and asked the manager if he had a special way to get through to the Greensburg store on RT 30. He tried and left them a message. By then the movers arrived at site. By happenstance there was a woman driving around the site. Turns out she was there helping another person with the same situation. She was actually able to make contact with the store manager by calling his cell phone. Finally they issued me another bin, after all the calls and all the time I was finally able to unload. Solution for ya, have an "urgent" line to contact within the prompt section. Someway to help those who just leased a unit, was paying movers by the hour and exhausted all options. That's all.

The spaces smell bad. There was a lock on the space I was assigned when I arrived. I could not reach the office by phone after I arrived at the storage facility. The driveway is steep and dangerous, and the office didn't warn me about this ahead of time. I emailed the office to request a callback which I never received. I called the national 1-800 number but they couldn't help. Poor service all around. Very disappointing.

Checked out of storage unit online. Showed waiting for managers approval for 3 weeks. Got letters in the mail saying my payment was overdue. Could not get a hold of anyone by phone. Min of 15 minutes hold time. Sent email, chat, and finally talked to someone over the phone. Was told they would talk to manager. Issue never resolved. Had to drive out and go to the store in person to resolve

was charged for units I never had because they were 2 of your smallest units. i was suppose to have 2 med units. Never got them finally got a unit. told your site i was out of unit. started gettiung late charges and theats of liens. finally got that resolved and i started getting late notices for the two small units that I was never in. the Greensburg manager never got in touch with me to try and resolve this.

William the manager at the Greensburg, Pa Uhaul was the nicest and most accommodating person I have come across in many years. He is friendly, mannerly and shows true concern for the customer and for Uhaul getting the best customer contact experience. Give this man a raise because he deserves it and should be a model for all your management employees. Thank you William you are the BEST!

They gave me two small units and it took forever to get them to get me the right size. There needs to be restrooms, vending machines with affordable water and snacks. The keypads need to be higher so you can reach them from a truck. You need people working in your location instead of talking to someone in another state.

Your staff was top notch. Will, the store manager, took great care of me. He helped me purchase an appropriate lock for my storage unit and even led me to the storage unit to open it up, inspect it before use, and asked if I had any questions for him. Great service from a great employee. Thanks, Will!

First half of my term there was no security. Gate was "broken" and left wide open 24/7. Once they fixed the gate if you were three days late they locked you out of accessing the storage units. Customers should of been given discounts for all the time the gate was not functional.

Went to UHaul to rent a storage unit. Rented #207 and purchased a lock/key. Went to Unit #207, there was a lock on it. Called UHaul/Greensburg 7 times over 3 hours to ask that lock be cut off.

I was supposed to receive a free lock since I selected the "rent now" option -there was no lock in the unit, where I was told it would be. Also, even though I went on move-in day it was still ziptied.
