i was actually surprised at how clean and well maintained my unit was. I was also pleased with how secure the facility was. 5/5 would use again.

THIS store has outgrown the space it has. It needs a handicapped ramp to step up on the curb that blocks people w ambulatory disabilities from using the front door entrance. However, presently this store has a GREAT MANAGER & staff of workers who do all they can to help Senior and disabled customers access the store.!!!

My access card did not work properly and my 5 yr old son and I were locked inside the security gates for over a hour. We attempted to reach the facility GM, who contact information was listed on the gate access box for after hours problems/issues but he never answered my call or text OR the repeated calls from the local police department/911 operator. Nor has he attempted to reach me at any point to address my issue.

Needed to upgrade my storage unit but was told that I had to move out of the unit so it could be inspected then I'd have to rent another unit. I don't see why I'd have to go through trouble when I'm trying to rent a more expensive unit.

The unit says that it has 24 hour access but at 10pm our access cards kept saying access denied- facility closed

The storage unit provided moving carts which made it so convenient and use less time moving the stuff from the truck to the unit and the building was air conditioning accessible which was also a plus thank you so much

It was concerning that there were people living in storage units and working girls were very obviously working out of certain units and leaning up and shooting up in the bathroom. When we brought it up, we were told, "they're not supposed to but it happens. Not much we can do about it."

It was great! The only thing I would suggest is paving the parking area inside the gate.

Was not told access hours during visit to off-site uhaul store to get access. During move in doors to indoor storage because unusable and would show message "denied" if access card was swiped to try to enter leaving my storage open overnight and GM who's number was available on card scanners would not answer phone even though it was labeled as an "after hours help". Gates to storage facility also showed message "denied" leaving me unable to leave with neither my uhaul truck nor my personal vehicle. Called police to see if they could get anyone to let me out. After several attempts at all numbers they (police) had an no answers from anyone finally had to send the fire department to the facility to remove pins from gate to get it open to remove the vehicles inside.

I had many problems that I have had documented while here. I can specifically say that the woman who manages the actual storage facility is a complete joke, the first day I saw her she didn't introduce yourself and was watching me down the hallway then when I left she came by sorry taking pictures of my stuff when I got back and caught her she quickly went away and apologized she then later accuse me of breaking the front door. The front door itself is a reason not to come to this place let alone that when it breaks like it does every single time in there she accuses people were close by and acts like it never happens, and is a very unusual phenomenon. The only redeeming factor is Travis the guy that actually cares and will resolve an issue with respect and professional customer service. I cannot wait to fill out the survey for the next storage facility though which made this facility look like heaven.

I have had the hardest move for the first time with you all and through malfunctioning equipment and people not wanting to listen to me about my wants for the move it has just been hard

It would have been nice to have a second elevator, but this site definitely needs a smoother ramp to the entrance door. It can be a little difficult for a one person when the carts are fully loaded. Great singing by the staff.

The storage facility was clean, well maintained, and very secure. A staff member introduced herself and explained security measures for the facility. I would recommend U-Haul storage to anyone needing storage.

Uhaul staff always excellent. However the policy of uhaul overbooking and not having smaller trucks or vans to move out of town , made me drive something too big. I went to Penske on my last vehicle rental.

I was told there was a discount for military and also for moving into a unit before the building was complete, there was not, so I was given a free month, which was no issue for me. I was assigned a unit and bought a lock. The employee asked if I would like to set up payments with the card on file. I said yes. About a month later I was at the storage unit and had to call in because they updated the access codes without contacting me. At that time they allowed me to set my own access code. That was the only thing they talked to me about on the phone. I just noticed an email from uhaul in my email the other day that said there was a late fee and a $50 lien put on my account. I went into the store. They had not updated my address even though I had given them my new address and they had made a copy of my drivers license. They did not set up automatic payment although they'd asked if that's what I wanted, and apparently they only had a card on file for the rental side and not the storage side, which as a customer I am unsure how I would be aware they are two different systems. I paid my past due amount and was told I had to pay the $50 dollar lien even though I had clearly communicated that I was under the impression the money was coming out monthly. I could not recommend u-haul any less as a storage option, and the lack of empathy/ sympathy/ training/ understanding of job duties are clearly evident at this location.

I was not told that I won't have 24/7 access. I arrived at 11 pm and couldn't access the facility. When I pressed the intercom number, the lady was rude, told me that I don't have 24/7 access and hung up before I was able to say anything to her or ask questions. Other than that, facility is superb! Big time.

Says it's a 24:7 storage unit but when I was moving things out of my unit, I had to run home for a toll and left my teenage son watching my things and well they locked him in there then threatened to get him for trespassing smh. I'll never use y'all again!
