I was told I had a unit reserved that matched the size of my moving truck, when I arrived they had 2 units reserved and neither were big enough for my size truck load.. I had no choice but to find storage else were to help fit my belongings

Unit was very small but was all that was available. The ceiling is just a piece of plastic that covers about half of unit and the rest is exposed nails and some kind of spray insulation or something. The hallways and unit were not cleaned or maintained. I'm not when the halls were last swept or mopped as they were filthy. The mouse or rat trap was very large and kept falling apart. Access into the unit was horrible. Only one door usable when we arrived and so had to move things hundreds of feet down a narrow hallways then to the left and the units door swings out so you have to close it to get past it then open it and try and angle your larger belongings in. When moving out there was water dripping down from the roof in the hallway just a few feet down from my unit. This place is in serious need of maintenance, upkeep, and repairs. Would not recommend at all.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We got a brand new storage space. Very clean and secure.

Overlock should be removed the day customers pay rent. Customers should NOT be allowed to live in units or block doors when others are trying to go in their unit. There’s often kids playing in between buildings while parents do god knows what in their unit. I urge you to look at NW self storage in ridgefield and camas That’s how a facility should look and be run. I don’t feel unsafe accessing my stuff. Staff is helpful and never rude. Property is clean

Staff at this site were professional and friendly. I never had any issues. I would use this location again. The prices were reasonable and I never had to worry about my belongings.

I apologise... Last night I was supposed to meet my ex there at 4..to move my belongings out of his storage into mine but he didn't show until 9:30. I went out at 9:58? Then thought i left my bank card by storage door entrance. . And by the time I got to the gate..it was 10:00 on THE NOSE. And I had to lock my bike up by a inside pole.. And jumped the side gate... SORRY lol

Taking advantage of their offer for a free unit with a truck rental was a huge money saver. Just be aware the rent is due 30 days from move in, not the end of the month.

Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. They all know exactly what customer service is all about. Went above and beyond to help.

Everything was quick, cheap, and easy. Amber was extremely helpful and did her job proficiently. I appreciate employees like her and she should get a raise🙂. Couldn't have gone any better. Thank you!

I have in the past I do now and I always will recommend you haul to all of my friends and family who need storage or to borrow a truck trailer or tow dolly I have had excellent experience every time I have ever gone through U-Haul thank you

I applied for a unit. The staff made things really quick and simple I was able to get everything moved in on the first day. Really convenient

Most miserable move in at a storage ever. Only one door that could be used and it was way far from my unit. I was told 64 over the phone for the unit and upon arrival told 99. It was a very tight area to maneuver a 26ft uhaul. The only door that was allowed to be used locked and said that I wasn't signed in so had to go out and sign in again then trek all the way back and down the long long hall to put the lock on. The floors were filthy and the huge rodent poison trap kept falling apart. All around will never suggest this place for storage. The ceilings in the units are all exposed nails and spray insulation with a flap of plastic over about half of the unit.

I would recommend U-Haul to those needing a storage facility or any moving equipment needs. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Amber Orr especially, I was always greeted with a smile. Thank you. Storm Johnston

Almost no lighting near our unit. Had to bring a flashlight to see.

The staff is great. I watched one clerk deal with a very very very obnoxious customer and towards the end not even the most experienced worker would have been able to keep their cool. But she was calm and didn't even show a hint of irritation even though we all knew it was there. My problem with this facility is the fact that for one there is no elevator to the second floor. What if you have really heavy items. There should be something in place. My second concern is the second story storages on the second floor. Climbing those rickety stairs with heavy objects is a unbelievably dangerous and unnerving task.

Almost impossible to reach by phone. Not very helpful staff. Nothing but problems with access codes and things because people didn't bother to set me up properly. My storage unit leaked and the resolution was to use tape to hold the sagging insulation material up.

Was only there 3 months but everyone I had contact with were very respectful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful staff

The check-in/check-out system using the card is really a pain. There's also homeless people in the buildings with their stuff everywhere. I moved my stuff to Iron Gate Storage which is way better.

The facility was super clean an taken care of but the employee that I worked with had sour attitude. I just suggest bringing up better customer service and stress it to all employees.

Hallways were automatic lighting but the lights would go out while I was working inside my space and I would be in the dark until I went out in the hallway and triggered the auto switch. Not safe.

I have rented a space from them twice in the last 2 years and have never had any problems with them.

All staff is very helpful and friendly .We will use Uhaul in any future moves or storage needs .

While the staff and actual storage room continued to be very good, the access gate has been disabled for several weeks. This reduced security and caused inconvenience. No indication of repairs planned

I paid rent for 10 years, all the rate hikes, paid the ridiculous late fees when i was late. In all over $6000.00 and they wouldn't refund my July 2019 rent when we moved out on the 1st.. FU uhaul!!!

I think if someone emails you that you should email back I told you when I could pay and you still charged me the 20 fee so instead of paying 29.95 I had to pay 49.95 so I packed my stuff up and left

Take cared of my every needs

They will raise your rates every 6 months until you are forced to close the account. I asked 3 times in 2017 to have due date changed. Eventually told process was so complicated that manager refused.

Where very helpful

My box arrived from Denver split out at the back bottom corner and no one why? Asked if maybe it had been dropped? “No it wasn’t dropped”. Then why is it splitting? “We don’t know”. Ugh!!

I would give the facility an excellent rating except for the homeless hanging around. It was explained to me they could be there during open hours, but it's still a very uncomfortable feeling.

At the Longview UHaul, I encountered specific problems with the morning cleaner, which have been documented. However, the mgmt., especially Amber, were very responsive and treated me very well.

I used the UBoxes, meeting my needs well. The ladies who delivered, picked up and moved them were exceptional. They were kind, flexible, great at parking the boxes in the smallest space! Great!!

Great customer service. I've used this facility once or twice before and have always found the facility clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous, friendly and professional.

Great deal of confusion in your organization had someone show up to pick up before I was ready even though I had spoken to several representatives clearly sating that I would notify when I was done.

I was out of the storage on the July 8th and I was there and checked out and they really didn't and I was payed ahead and the person that waited on me didn't check me out you owe me money

This is an exceptional UHaul facility!!

Horrible guest service and treatment over the telephone. Customer service representatives on the corporate level helped out a bunch though. Though I did get charged for a furniture dolly. Never got.

It was very stressful and unorganized. I don't have enough room in this box to give you a detailed description of everything that went wrong, which makes me feel like you don't care about my feedback.

A little disconcerting to have rates increased two times in 6 months. I understand the issue, however should have considered when increasing the rate the first time.

Will be returning to rent trailer to complete our move from California. You giys have been wonderful.

The reservation line sent me to the wrong location for the truck and the storage unit. The hours for storage between locations differed significantly. Closing at 7 or 8 pm is too early for storage.
