Beginning the rental was quick and easy and so was ending the rental. I used the app for everything. I terminated my rental the day before the next month's payment was due, and everything went so quickly and smoothly my card wasn't charged. I highly recommend this storage facility.

joshua w | First ImpressionsThe outside storage units were not lit, and the unit was overpriced for what I had to continuously deal with. The “access cards” and cards swipes were way too finicky and unreliable.
Brandy g | Overall ExperienceVery dark inside the hallways and no lighting in the unit. Did not realize until I showed up with a full truck that I got an inside unit. Very inconvenient. Asked if I could switch to an outside unit and was told that there were none available. I have to own part of it as I should have investigated the facility. I feel like Uhaul could make that a little more clear to avoid this problem.
