TAMERA WMake sure all headlights are properly working because I had to buy a headlight because one was out ! I almost got a ticket
KRISHUNDRA BIt was a great experience. Simple, and easy!! I would suggest a gated area, maybe UHaul code to get in, just to feel more secure/safe when taking pictures and uploading upon return. Or secure camera connected to 911 just in case!!

RICHARD GTo improve for the next customer, the truck could have no warning lights on the dash. Such as low tires, engine needs oil. And you could clean the windows on the inside, so Customer can see out at night. When you rent from Penske, all these things are taken care of and you don't have to stop 10 miles up the road and put oil in the truck or pump up the tires.
RICHARD JBrakes on truck need to be checked, engine light on in truck. Truck needs to be serviced.

CURTIS RI added an equipment rental to my rental and the dolly was not on the truck. I reported it to the staff and she stated that she would remove the charge from my billing in which she did not. I was charged for a service that a did not have.

DARRELL BI was unable to open the alphanumeric key lock on the truck to be able to pick up the keys, the customer service center was not helpful. The on site manager refused to help until the store open. I lost one hour of my time (which went to carve out my time assigned to my movers) because u haul has a dysfunction lock on their truck.

IRENE WI reserved a utility dolly along with my truck rental when I got there to pickup the truck I was told there wasn’t a dolly available, I then contacted customer service & they informed me that another store had one so I reserve it & leave with the truck but halfway there the other store calls to tell me that they do not have a dolly available which resulted in me returning the truck sooner than planned.

HENRY AThere was confusion on where to drop oops pads. I think it was the call center issue not Northview. They were great. Got a call from Call Center asking why. I had not picked up pads earlier. Explained I had. All was fine.

JENNIFER STruck wasn't ready at the location we reserved a week prior. They wouldn't let us drop off at a local station, had to take it all the way across town and then wouldn't pay the extra mileage.
Elizabeth RYoung lady who assist me was very helpful and made my rental very easy. And customer service was nice too .
ANGELA DThe young lady was polite and pleasant. Got me in and out with my truck and car dolly within 15 minutes. She showed me how to hook up the car dolly. Really good experience at this location.

CHERYL RMarijuana odor in the cab. U-Haul rep claimed that she had already cleaned it and did not detect marijuana odor but she had re-sprayed it for me. Later, we found marijuana "shake" in the passenger's seat.

PATRICIA MI reserved moving dollies. They weren't provided. I could have gone elsewhere had I known. She was very hard to understand; she did not enunciated. I had to ask her at least three times to repeat herself. The truck had no step up - I had a very difficult time getting into and out of the cab. I wished I had gone elsewhere. .

LARRY WNothing. It was a pleasant--well, as pleasant as moving ever is--eperience, doing business with the good people at the Northview U-Haul location. They're friendly, helpful and worked as best they could to help me resolve the few issues that arose.
AMY CThe truck that was initially rented had a flat tire when I checked out. The second truck given to me was missing a front headlight that I got stopped for by local police.

Juston DI will never recommend this facility to anyone I ever know! I am battling cancer and I have had this storage facility for many many years. I lost everything that my grandma owned including family pictures family heirlooms and things I will never be able to get back. I tried to set up a payment plan so I could keep my stuff. The customer service of this facility is the worst ever. I hope no one ever has to go through what I went through. But I also hope that this facilities employees get the karma but they've done to my family.

But the storage unit was awful my furniture got damaged my clothes got damaged my dryer got damaged my 70 in TV got water damaged doesn't work anymore. I had to throw a lot of stuff away due to mold. I rat chewed my cords on my dryer. I will not recommend getting a storage unit here just a uhaul rental if possible

After I had it over half full (the office was closed the first day), I told the office about it. The woman told me I should have never been given that unit while they are waiting on the door to be fixed. Plus, if there is no gate for access, why can't I go in all night long. There are times I wanted to go past 10:00

I was told because I was not an out of state client…the storage first month couldn't be offered to me even after renting a uhaul. I was very angry. I questioned them and was allowed the first month free. After gaining access to the storage area, I noticed the back gate with a large hole where anyone can come thru. I didn't have to put my code in to gain access which was another safety hazard now let's discuss no cameras etc. I will never recommend this business or do business with them again.

I had to wait about 15 minutes to enter the parking lot to get to the storage because of the many cars blocking the entrance. I had to wait another 5 or 10 minutes upon leaving for the same reason.
