Great customer service!
elias H.The truck I was given had been broken in to and the ignition was destroyed. It then took an hour to get a new truck due to this location being understaffed. Staff was nice but the overall experience was bad

Brent F.I spent a lot of time filling out all the paperwork online. I was asked 5 times online if I want insurance. I uploaded my drivers license. When I got to the Uhaul store I had to go through all of this again and was asked 5 times if I wanted insurance. I find this very annoying and not cool. Wasting my time. Don't make me fill things out online if I have to do it in the store. The van was very difficult to start. I had to shake the key in and out every time. One time it took over a minute and was only hoping I could get the van started. Most people may not be able to do this leaving them stranded.

SAMUEL L.We have often rented pick up trucks from the Seattle MLK location with no problem. I recently rented a truck and returned it one hr before its due for return. We return the truck and gave the key to the male staff behind the counter. So we left the located with good faith.The next day, a gentleman called me angrily with unprofessional tone and plainly accused that I never returned the truck.? After few minutes I got notice receipt of truck return, but never got a call from them for apology. I will NEVER trust this place & will NOT rent from this place ever again!

Toakase T.During pickup, I was told that I had to return the rental by closing, or my own car would be trapped overnight. When I returned the rental before closing, I was informed that I could have returned the rental at any time, and still been able to drive my car home. I rushed for nothing, based on what the morning shift workers said, which was incorrect. It also took at least 30 minutes to get the keys for the rental. Very bad customer experience in the morning. Drop off was fine. Not using this location again,
Kelly N.The van was dirty in the front and the back. I was told the gas tank was a 1/4 tank got in the truck and it was on EMPTY!!!! The guy who checked me in needs lots more training. Very disorganized.
SHERRI M.We picked up the U-Box at the Othello Station location. It was ready, clean, safety-checked, and ready to go. Returning it for storage was quick and efficient. Then, picking it up again for the new apartment delivery was easy and quick, and returning it the same day was also easy and quick. Overall, a great, successful experience!

REBECCA E.I ordered 24/7 pick up. I didn't receive my moving blankets or dolly. Can someone put those in the truck for pick up next time? Also the tank should be full and full when brought back in. People will fill it before if the gas costs them $10-$15 per gallon. I had to fill my tank before going anywhere.

Lyda B.The trailer should come with a lock to keep it on the hitch and deter theft, but did not. Please add these as the risk of theft in this area is significant. My personal trailer has a locking coupler that accepts a padlock which seems like a reasonable solution.
Choong N.one comment: your crew should issue a receipt when the equipment is checked back in. There was a misunderstanding as to the time of return in my case but it was quickly and correctly.
Richard J.People were helpful, Sunday manager very helpful with my return and lost wallet in vehicle, (which I could not find). I had a vehicle with a lot of miles which used over $70 in gas in less than 30 miles travelled. That's outrageous.

He came out but seemed inexperienced and wasn't sure if he was supposed to be working that day. Manager emerged and started taking care of the waiting customers. He was very helpful but seemed like he needed mor help
David B.The vehicle I rented was on empty upon pick up. A manager appeared and berated an employee in front of customers while picking up. When dropping off, no one came out to check me out despite there being a sign instructing customers to wait in the vehicle. When I went inside, an employee behind the desk told me to leave the key on the counter without even bothering to look up at me (at all). If that manager is any indication, I can see why people don't like working here.

Joe M.U-Haul agent was sitting on his phone and barely acknowledged me when returning my vehicle. He seemed disgruntled that I had left the keys in the car which I thought was the process in order to gain fuel and mileage information. When explaining that the movers we hired through U-Haul did not show up he just told me to call the 1-800 number. Lacked care, customer service, or any interest in the job.

Betty K. | Expérience généraleIf you really love what's in your storage unit, do not use this storage facility. U-Haul of Othello Station facility at 6403 MLK JR WAY S EVER!! It's 24hr access to criminals. Several of us including myself storage units were ROBBED of all our belongings.There is no security at this location. John Stevens, the General Manager, is unprofessional and irresponsible. He actually let's the homeless sleep, and come and go as they please. he seems very shady. Some of the workers at the front desk are very confrontational and unprofessional as well. I have never experienced anything like this in my whole life. WOW!! I was told by two men working at the facility, that it was an inside Job for sure, because my lock was not damaged, it was LOCKED BACK after merchandise was stolen. A thief that was curtious enough to lock my storage back up for me. Note: no one has a copy of my keys, but me. What's so ironic is that i found some of my belongings in an storage locker behind my storage with no lock on it. I lifted up the door and what do you know. Some of my things. Crazy, right? The worst part of this is my daughter's ERN along with her ASHES, were inside one of the boxes that were stolen. Who ever did this, I want you to know that this really hurts You can have anything material of mine, but please bring back my daughter's ERN. That's all I have left of her. I promise I won't press charges. Merci

There were no notes in the account and I was told it was because I had a different lock on it. The lock that was given to me did not fit on the storage so one of your workers, Rob sold me a lock. I had to have a worker drill the lock off while my movers were waiting. Maybe if Rob wasn't so worried about getting my phone number and asking to take me out, he could have done his job correctly.

Second vehicle would not drive straight it had a crooked front wheel turned right by itself had to return it unload to another vehicle. Third vehicle kept getting warning lights on the dashboard twice the vehicle would overrev requiring us to pull over and stop the oil pressure gage would peg out when I checked the oil it was sludge had to add oil twice along the way. We are very disappointed and exhausted from the trip would like to be compensated for our troubles. Merci.
