The first truck they gave me had an engine warning light come on. I had to return and get another truck, while I had movers at $60.00 perf hour waiting. The guy who hooked up the trailer at night did a good job. Then I get to Boise, clean return the truck clean and with the same fuel that was in this second truck when I picked it up. Checked with the U-Haul people there that all was ok because I wanted my deposit back. Now I being billed for almost $70.00 for fuel and cleaning, getting screwed. Cannot call the number on your notice because it is in a code, not a phone number.

I scheduled a rental truck and appliance dolly several days in advance since I would be moving many very heavy items that night and the next day. The first surprise was a message letting me know that the U-haul pickup location had changed. Now, I would need to travel further to get the truck and further in the truck, while being charged more for every mile traveled. When I arrived to get the equipment, no appliance dolly was available. Although the U-haul employee attempted to find one for me to rent elsewhere, this took up valuable time. It was late in the afternoon and I had appointments already scheduled. I didn't make it to the other appliance dolly renter before they closed. I had to purchase one the next day as the moving crew was arriving early. As a side note, the truck I rented seemed to have out of round tires as the back end bounced at almost every speed over 15 miles per hour. I was very concerned that large mirrors and glass items would break. Fortunately, driving slow helped to minimize the risk to my items and none were broken. However, I did keep the truck an additional day because we ran out of time for the final load. If I was not driving slowly and chasing misplaced equipment, I would have saved some money by getting done with the move on time and not paying for needless miles due to the change in pick up and drop off location.

When I went to drop it off the office customer service rep was short with me and told me to not only drop the trailer but I needed to back it in and stage it in their parking lanes. Was told they didn't have a truck to move it with.

Plain old customer service and get enough one way trucks out to your locations that have had them reserved. Awful service....so disappointed. Will never use UHAUL again nor will I EVER refer to a friend....Is clean equipment for locals all that matters?

The service was horrible. Jason from Pasco was rude to me from the beginning til the end. He even made me wait an extra 20 mins before giving me the keys to the uhaul stating that I should've received a text message with images of the uhaul and a overview of the uhaul i never received the text message Jason stated that it should've been sent immediately and that if I did not get it that there wasn't anything he could besides sent a request to the management who was out on lunch. Jason told me I could not Leave with the uhaul until the text messages was received and authorized by me. I waited patiently until asking another sales reps if he would be so kind and help me retrieve the text messages so that I could leave. The sales rep helped me and even stated that he knew Jason was being rude and he did not know why and even apologized for it. Jason ended up adding extra charges to my contract stating I asked for two days when in fact I only needed it for one day for one 4 hours. I got To the Pasco wa location at 1150 Jason told me to Have the uhaul back at 3pm mind you I waited and extra 20 mins which took time away from my rental Jason did not authorize the time to be extended. He was rude aggressive and very demeaning. He was horrible. I would not recommend this location due to Jason.

The guy who waited on us was friendly but it got busy and he forgot to put our blankets and appliance dolly in the truck. We got half way down the road and had to come back to get them. Trying to contact a store directly is literally impossible. We talked to women in Phoenix and the wait was always at least 10 minutes.

The truck was filthy on the inside. I asked the young lady if they could quickly wipe it down and she said she was busy. I asked her if I could borrow a wet rag to clean it myself and she just said, “I guess”. The exterior had not been washed either.

Truck was dirty when picking up. Gas Guage didn't reflect what was on the contract. No explanation of the link sent to check the condition of the truck. The lady said just take pictures and thats good enough. The lady was also not wearing a face mask when she drove the truck around to the front. Truck was not sanitized before I took possession. All around poor customer service. Seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. Would not recommend Uhaul of Pasco WA.

Customer Service. The owner charged me excessive fees, called early in am to ask where and when truck was dropped off. It had been returned before the time due and he had not looked for the truck before calling me. Not doing his job. He did charge me the correct rate after I came into the store. My card worked for a few days then it quit working. I was then instructed to put in a code in the pad. I was not trained how to use the pad. It took me a few tries to learn how to use the pad. Other than that it was a goid experience. Thank you

Jose Jaimez provided terrible customer service. He was very impatient/unprofessional and a liar. I had the truck rental for two days and schedule to return on Thursday morning by 9AM. He told me that I had to return the truck at 9PM on the prior night. I had told him that I needed the truck overnight unloading due to my situation of moving. He got very upset and impatient that I needed that truck that long. I let him know that I had discussed with Spokane headquarter about my situation and that two day rental was very crucial to succesfully move and they agree with my request otherwise I would have gone with Penske. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't care what Spkane had to say on the matter of the contract we had scheduled and confirmed the day before. Very unprofessional referring to customers as "bro". Overall experience with individual was very poor but equipment was great.

We previously reserved a uhaul trailer prior to picking up. I went in uhaul to sign paperwork. Clerk told me I had to confirm online, I went out to my truck to get my phone, and when I came back in...someone STOLE the ball off my truck in the Uhaul parking lot!!! Witnessed on camera! Uhaul made me buy another ball. I picked up the trailer got on the highway and noticed cables sticking out of the tires on the uhaul trailer. Turned around, went back to uhaul got a different trailer, Got back on the highway, picked up the memorial bench that I rented the trailer for and got back to my home to prepare for the trip to Idaho to deliver the memorial bench (in memory of my brother who was killed in a trucking accident in June) Upon getting home I noticed yet ANOTHER bad tire on this uhaul trailer!! After just losing my brother in a trucking accident, I see the importance of properly maintaining vehicles, trailers etc... not only for the safety of my family and myself but to the public as well. I do not feel as though Uhaul has mine or anyone elses safety as a priority and I will not use this service again. Also could have offered me a free ball for my truck since you allow riff raff to hang out on the uhaul lot. We are simply disgusted

I had way too many furniture pads and had to leave property behind. I am very up set. I called and stated that I had to many blankets can we return some. I was told that I need all blankets to make there destination. I had to leave over $500 worth of stuff. I want compensation. As we counted the blankets we had over 120. 50 more than we needed. There was enough blankets to fill 3/4th a POD. This company fraud me and I believe I should report to BBB. Concerned about a couple of staff members not wearing face masks, when the truck was returned, especially when they are constantly dealing with several customers. I found it very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Management should make sure all employees follow and practice state rules especially when it comes to healtg issues.

My uphaul trailer ended up having a huge crack in the tongue about 4 inches on one side and 1 on the other. I have pictures showing how bad it really was. If it broke, it would have nothing holding it. I was very lucky I didn't kill anyone on the 6 hour move through the smoke.

Clean up the trucks and make sure the gas tank is actually full before the previous renter leaves the facility. This is the most unorganized place. Apparently their reputation is so bad that my destination and another local facility apologized for having to deal with them. NEVER AGAIN.

They were very friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is not discussing certain information in front of customers. One of the employees was late and while I was being helped out the manager or boss called and the person that was helping me told him that her co worker was late (he was next to her also helping someone out) and there was a conversation in front of multiple customers that should have been done in private. We also had another employee come in and tell us he couldnt clock in because he had already worked to much overtime and he had gotten in trouble for clocking in early. You could tell that they were stressed out and it was only 7:30am. I would like to add that when I returned the truck, Jesus was very professional and did a really good job. I will definitely use you guys again and also recommend.

i found on open razor blade in the cargo area of the truck and the steering was shot.. i told the guy who checked my truck in and he didn't seem surprised.. so this was something they knew about and didnt fix. inside the store was clean.. but I bought a wardrobe box and they gave me the wrong size bar that goes across the top.. so i had to make a second trip to get correct one.. i live 20 miles away.. so kinda upset

Your manager Yvette Rios made everything smooth as I dropped off my U-haul in, Pasco Wa., and provided me with storage. I was not impressed with my experience in Olympia. I had to go 60miles out of my way to get a trailor for my car. This involved un planned time. It may have been in writing by u-haul but was not communicated by the manager. It was difficult to get a hold of the manager there. She was not present or reacheable by her staff when I had a few issues to take care of. I will say Olympia has an excellent mechanic staff who stepped in to fix my trailor that was broken and figure out the problem so I did not lose my car on the way to Richland. A major part the winch to hold the car was put on backwards. You might want to see how long this part was upside down which could have had devastastng results. The manager was not at the store and I am not sure what they would have done for me if this could not be remedied. The manager and independant operator in Yelm helped me with the trailor and helped me as well to smooth out my overall experience with U-haul in Olympia. Overall my experience was even pretty good at both stores, but overall Yvette was excellent, perhaps she should be promote to a regional manager position. Thank you. The truck was in great mechanical shape and everthing was as smooth as could be when I arrived in Richland. Thank you. By the way the reason I dropped off in Pasco, was the store was open on Sunday and had storage available. I do want to emphasize that Olympia was good but Pasco wins the Gold.

I asked three times for the staff to make sure I was not going to be double charged for my UHaul. Lo and behold, I went home and checked my bank account, and I was still double charged for my UBox.

Angered. Scheduled delivery cancelled, could only be rescheduled a week later. Had to leave work to pick up UBoxes to meet unloading arrangements. Don't offer if you can't honor. Otherwise Ubox was ok

It takes just one person to bring down everyone's average. The majority of the employees I found to be very helpful; one female employee (not the cleaner) needs to develop customer relations skills.

HORRIBLE Customer service. We rented a uhaul and 6 hrs later after we loaded our uhaul there we tried adjusting the rusted mirror it shattered. The GM refused to fix it, left us high and dry!
