Being a corporately owned location, the manager at this location was able to resolve issues that had plagued my journey and moving experience. I had issues resolved within 2 hours of equipment return.Stephen S.

Had to leave four stars out of five, had an 8:00 contact free pickup reserved for this Sunday. Arrived at 7:50 and went to check in online. No â€œpick up vehicleâ€ button available. Around 8:10 the button became available. Clicked the button and found a message that said it had been changed to an in person pickup at 9:00. Joy. Sat and waited in my car until 9:00. Doors opened at 9:00, just after 9:30 I worked my way through the lines of people and got my rental. No fault of the people on duty, both were polite. A customer in front of me, apparently had the same issue and went off the rails at the staff. Made my experience seem very trivial. I'm guessing there was a bug in the computer. Either way, truck ran great and AC was very cold. Thank you.DAVID H.
The truck's cargo door had multiple issues. On one side of the cargo door, one of the rollers was missing and two had come off their rollers, which left the door hanging awkwardly. I was able to jiggle the roller rods onto the tracks and made that work, but it was hardly ideal. I made a note about this issue when I turned in the truck. ... Overall, I've rented various sized vehicles and trailers over the years from Uhaul and have been satisified with the equipment.David E.
I picked up a car trailer on Saturday 12:30pm to 3:30pm. I had it for 3 hours and charged a $20 dollar overnight late fee after turning it in to people working there. Only two employees were really helpful.Todd E.

I would only recommend this location because I have used it many times. and for the most part they are really good. this last rental service was in the toilet. They were packed with people and only one guy on the computer. ( I had a reservation )He had to run out every time he needed a truck or trailer number. His help was right there and just stood there. I had to call u haul cooperate to get an answer when the system would be back up he just keep sayin I can't call until this afternoon and it was 10:00 AM. Computer guy told me that there is no back up way to do rentals other then computer. This is an issue you might want to figure out. Computer guy's helper had very little knowledge when it came to hooking up a trailer or doing a safety inspection. If he was training then he should of been accompanied by a trained person. If he would of helped someone with no trailer experience then that would of been bad for someone...DENNIS C.

Start with being honest. There was an issue about prior damage. I did fail to note it but this was clearly something that was paid for at least once. I wasn't notified of the damage until several hours later, and after they took the money out of my checking account. For some reason they didn't bring up the issue when I checked the truck in. I never was shown a repair estimate, and they took more out of my checking account then they quoted the damage to be. So I do not recommend this U-Haul dealer to anyone due to their dishonest business practices. Steer clear of this one.MICHELLE M.

When asked how many miles I would be using for a local rental, I said I was not sure, and was calculating what I think I would be using and she said I will just put in 30 miles. I was also not told that if I go over that 30 miles, that is when I would be charged for each additional mile. Had I been told, I would have told her to put more miles. As it was I paid $132 for using a truck for 4 hours. I will never use this location again, and am seriously considering never using a Uhaul again. I have rented from this location before; hopefully, I will not have to rent from them again. The Customer Service was average; they are knowledgeable, but not friendly or helpful. When our issue/situation was brought to the attention of the General Manager, he seemed uninterested, dismissive and more concerned about how a discount would reflect on his business. In the last year, we have spent several hundred dollars with that location for rental of trucks & supplies. We were very disappointed with the overall experience with them and just the unfriendly attitudes.ANDREW JAMES T.
This location is the worst I have encountered when getting a UHaul rental. As an acutal UHaul location, I would have expected more. They did not have enough people to handle the customer load, I could not pick up my rental at the time on the reservation because after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I had to leave for an appointment across town. When I returned, I had to wait another 20 minutes before I got to the counter and was able to get my rental 90 minutes late. When I returned it, again, there was a long wait time, I was told to take the trailer around back, after backing it into a position I was told I had to move it (I don't know why I had to move it) and I did. Then the worker out there left after dropping another customers trailer so I dropped mine and went out front. I told the worker I dropped the trailer, they asked if the other worker checked it out, I told them no that they left so I dropped it, then the worker had to do it afterwards. I will not go through this location again and I will not recommend this location to anyone else.LAUREN E.
The general manager who helped me was super rude. I went in trying to ask for help with my online check in and he was condescending and disrespectful. He was impatient and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I'm not usually one to complain but this experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
