I ended at this location due to a flat tire on the van at my original reservation was at. This was the closet place you had a van for me to pickup. Which was an additional 20 miles from me. When I arrived I was given all the paperwork to the van and told to go check it in myself. After about a 10 min process I start the van up to see it also has a flat tire indicator showing and had a tire gauge on the passenger seat. I went back in and the girl chuckled and said well we have another you will just have to go through checking that one in now. That one had many extra damage that was not shown on the pictures upon checkin and smelled of a combination of pot and air fresheners which were in every vent. Upon returning I was told I had to check it back in myself or be charged an additional 20.00. Well this is difficult when during the process the haul site kept crashing. So for an additional 40 miles charged because I had no choice and doing all the leg work myself I definitely would not recommend this location.

She was sitting there doing nothing! After moving and having many things going on that is not something the customer should have to do when the rental is returned in working hours!

Iris V.Didn't need a 15 foot truck, I ordered a 10 foot truck to save on fuel. Truck says that it's designed for fuel efficiency but the way it's configured with no cruise control and tow haul on at start are both fuel eaters.

We ended up with a van that wasn't anywhere near large enough and struggle mightily to get them in. We would've gladly paid more and picked up a box van.

DIANE MARIE M. | Expérience généraleThe truck was dusty and had dirty marks on it so it did not appear to me to be cleaned but then I found out after that they are sanitized. So it may have looked dirty in my opinion but it was sprayed with sanitizer spray. The other issue we had was how hard it was Duo lift and pull down the back door. Even using my weight (over 200lbs. to pull it down was not enough. It took two people to open and close the cargo door properly. Other than that, it was easy to drive. I do not understand why the trucks are not completely filled in the gas tank. I would think it would be easier to refill knowing that you are just filling it up to full. Perhaps there is something I don't know? I was a hair off from the starting point of the gas gauge, that I still got charged for the gas being well below the fill amount. I guess live and learn. Next time, I will take a photo of the gas gauge before using it. I used the online check in, but it was a little confusing at first.

Not only that but they keep raising the rates every year. I am paying $15 more per month now, then I was three years ago. Nothing has changed in the facility to warrant the $15 increase per month. I moved out!

Website states the storage unit will maintain 65-85 degrees all year, while moving in to Unit A14, we have noticed it is very cold inside and our belongings are not being kept warm. This needs to be be corrected ASAP to ensure our belongings such as TVs and electronics are kept in proper condition. Merci.

We then found out it was not covered as we were promised. I went back to the office and she was rude. She said there was nothing she could do and I could not make a complaint. She said she could make a compliant, but all will happen is "they" will review my phone call and discuss is with the person who gave me incorrect information. She could've cared less about my problem. I told her I gave a spot at another location for $55 per month because I was told this space was covered, so I was willing to pay the extra $30 per month. She told me I could either cancel the contract or take the spot, that the only options I had. I had no choice at this point to take the spot because we'd already lost our other spot. I am very disappointed. We've always used U-Haul in the past and never had a bad experience like this. I will not use Uhaul again, and I plan on looking for another spot somewhere else.
