I would never rent from this place or U-Haul ever again. The parking lot was never maintained. Cars parked all over the place. The final straw was when U-Haul decided to end my lease after ten plus years of renting with them. Their reason was they needed the spaces for future projects. After ending my lease they didn’t even offer to move me to a new spot. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS FACILITY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I PROMISE.

Our unit was infested with mice ! All my things were ruined. Also I paid for heated and cooled we moved out during the coldest weekend no heat in my unit things were frozen including all the mice I found and am continuing to find in my boxes

Was upset as both representatives gave the same response before I moved forward following their direction. Then they changed after I completed those directions.

Randy C | Overall ExperienceThe unit next to mine had a tenant that would work on his vehicle and leave the oil drain pan out. When it would rain the oil drain pan would overflow into my space with an oil water mix. He also parked over the line into my space but the facility did noting about it
MARK R | Overall ExperienceMy only issue is that I called to see the date I had to have my items out of storage so I did not pay the next months rent. I was told I had to be out at the end of the day yesterday. I emptied my storage area and turned keys in but was told I was already charged for the new month. This was contrary to what I was told by the agent. I was charged for another month and that is not right. I have challenged the payment with my bank and should not be charged because I followed the directions I was given and yet the local people denied my request. I did not make the mistake I did what I was told. Want to discuss it? 5862813285 Be fair and negate that charge to my bank account. I will your service again if you own up to this. Paubla V | Overall ExperienceThis facility is hard to get someone in the phone. Also, can't make reservations for rental on the phone. When u did get someone in the phone they didn't know about free 30 days. They haven't seen 3 phone reservations I had before.
