Stephanie was super helpful and assisted with the app for authorized users being added. That wasn't real clear initially on the app. She went above and beyond and made sure to go over the account so I could access it with no issues going forward. We have used this location several times and have been very happy each time!

I closed out my account on December 26 only to find out I needed my last four days after all. I was told no, I closed my account so I couldn't use my last four days and no refund either for my days left. disappointed. All I wanted to do was use my last four days, U Haul was unwilling to help me.

The internet makes you think you calling the 30 mile Rd facility but you're really calling a call center that has no involvement in storage contract. They ask a bunch of questions then say they will have the facility call me. I don't think I ever got a call back. Worst system I have ever seen!
