Every now and then a business out performs one's general expectations, and that was my encounter with Uhaul and Amanda Taylor. She and the staff deal with a wide range of customers and unique issues, and each time I needed her to see my needs not as customer with a number but an actual human being, she showed up. This is a lost art in management, and I want to commend her and the staff.

The unit wasn't ready. I want able to get into the storage area using the app. The facility was not staffed. Fortunately, by chance, a uhaul employee arrived and resolved everything. Prince Robert was great great great. Super helpful. Five stars for him!

U-Haul is the best when it comes to moving and storage. They have been very acommodating.. The most specific thing that makes Uhaul stand out well above the others is the customer service if it isn't right or if there is a mix up they have always made it right. they will promise you to move to a cheaper unit 4 years later they steal your stuff I hope this company goes under horrible company I'm gen and lies and more lies. The last manager and female manager were nice to a point but uhale stops them to help 路

Uhaul has always been my choice, over the years I feel they have become a part of my family. There is always something new going on ,changes to make things better for the customers. The staff is always patient and friendly and I have been there on occasions where the client was being rude, but the staff continued as though that client was correct in most cases they weren't. I could go on and on the trucks for rental are always clean and ready for pickup at your arrival, uhaul is doing an amazing job , and I would recommend them to family and friends. I was very happy with my experience and the customer service. The sole reason i left was because my in-door storage was taken away as it was converted to u-box…, i basically was kicked out.

Keypad locations are not ideal for larger moving trucks. Height and location (sharp angle to exit thru gate when leaving).

To be honest, the card/code access did not work for me. Had to always redo something. That being said, I'm sad to see that I had to move out. The RV storage was a great value and I'm having a tough time finding a new one.

It was not explained that I did not have a storage unit and I found an inside open spot and there was a car on it. I was told o would be evicted if I left anything there and despite my prearranged reservation, there was no place for me. I had a truck of belongings and had to store them. I had to pay more money at a competitor. Very unhappy.

Easy sign up. Unit was reasonably clean, but all the trash was left in a pile in front of the door.

I was given a rental agreement for a locked unit. I was initially directed to Willow Run facility by central dispatcher before signing contract. I could not get ahold of anyone at the local office to communicate problems.

I didn't really understand how to arrive and did not call ahead of time, but (Amanda, I assume) quickly answered the phone and gave me access in minutes. Thank you for the great customer service. Moving is stressful and U-Haul Storage of Willow Run took away a lot of that stress.

Amanda is the reason for the high rating. I had a huge problem with my storage and she fixed it. Her customer service is why I will use this facility again. She was a lifesaver and very kind. I wrote another review on Google and it was also about my experience because of Amanda. I can't say enough great things about her. Thank you so much!

Throughout my rental process (1yr) , I was not able to get in contact with the office. I'd always get directed to customer service and then they would forward a message over to the store manager to return my call... which NEVER happened. I never received a call from U-Haul throughout my entire process. And they charged my card for an extra $159 even AFTER MOVE OUT. I notified them "multiple" times to confirm my move out date BEFORE the next due date (weeks before).

I was with them for over 2 yrs. If I could give 10 stars for every category that's what they deserve. ALWAYS above and beyond to help. Management is fantastic on Washtenaw. Always helpful to many. The personalities there are all great. NO LAZINESS WHATSOEVER!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Good facility overall. The space was much bigger than I needed, and a smaller space was not available. A few times my key card did not work. It seemed quite secure. Recommended for 10 x15 large space.

I received a bill for the storage, after I called and closed my account, which was paid in full. The bill went to my mother-in-laws house...which I am not even sure how you got that address.

It took 2 hours and 5 people to complete the simple task of giving me the access code and storage unit number of a unit that I already had reserved. This delayed my travel plans significantly.

The Manager of this facility is very unprofessional and should be let go. How do you move out of a storage unit and it take a month to move you out? Then try to charge you for their employees mess up?

Difficult to reserve storage. I needed to talk to an actual person at the facility. I could only reach the 800#, they would leave messages for Willow Run and no one would call me back.

Made an online reservation for a space that doesn't even exist. Waiting THIRTY minutes on hold only to get more bad information. At least the woman who had to tell me I didn't have a spot was nice
