There is always something new going on ,changes to make things better for the customers. The staff is always patient and friendly and I have been there on occasions where the client was being rude, but the staff continued as though that client was correct in most cases they weren't. I could go on and on the trucks for rental are always clean and ready for pickup at your arrival, uhaul is doing an amazing job , and I would recommend them to family and friends. I was told o would be evicted if I left anything there and despite my prearranged reservation, there was no place for me. I had a truck of belongings and had to store them. I had to pay more money at a competitor. Very unhappy.

Thank you for the great customer service. Moving is stressful and U-Haul Storage of Willow Run took away a lot of that stress.

I'd always get directed to customer service and then they would forward a message over to the store manager to return my call... which NEVER happened. I never received a call from U-Haul throughout my entire process. And they charged my card for an extra $159 even AFTER MOVE OUT. I notified them "multiple" times to confirm my move out date BEFORE the next due date (weeks before).

Management is fantastic on Washtenaw. Always helpful to many. The personalities there are all great. NO LAZINESS WHATSOEVER!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
