Return location, located in the city, was closed so the contact person said they'd update the next business day. There was a neighborhood store located closer to where I live and stayed open longer but because I gave a general return location and received a call from a representative at the city location, I returned the equipment there.
Kimberly BIt took 4 calls to get the reservation to reflect that it was a one way rental. The truck was missing the dolly we added to the rental. There was no one at the location when we got there. The person we called to get the key added insurance to our rental without authorization. The person checking us in at the drop off did not note that we returned the dolly we had to go to a second location to pick up. U-Haul got nothing right at all on this.
