FERLANDY LYou had no signs describing this was a drop off area. After a long day of moving and trying to figure out where this was was not a great . 3 other u hauls dealers would not take my return that were closer . Very disappointed

Jermaine FThe men that helped us at this location were very nice and helpful, but this location was not what we expected. This was not the location I reserved at, nor was it at the second location my reservation was moved to. The person who helped us at the second location said I was at the wrong place which was not true, but apparently the reservation was moved to the third location and I didn't actually get that notification until about 8 hours later. They should have also advised that they were sending us to a location that was not a store like we had reserved at. We were grateful that trailer was available and it worked well. But very displeased with the reservation reassignment process .
