I booked at 320 Queen East. My booking was moved, without my knowledge, to 456 Parliament. My pickup timewas 8:30, but 456 Parliament didn't open until 9:00AM. Truck's passenger door was damaged making it hard to close, and unable to lock.William S.

I had the van for 4 hours and drove 21 km. I was charged for 85 km. Unfortunately, I relied on the company's honesty and didn't take a picture of the mileage at the end. U-Haul didn't help whatsoever with investigating this.Tomas K.

The process was quite straightforward. The instructions from the location, for overnight parking, were clear. The equipment was clean and in good condition. My rental experience was quite positive. However, getting my rental may not have started out well. I was waiting quite sometime after the booked rental period. I got the rental 30min after by 7pm appointment. The staff at this location were not the most responsive. A lady before I had been waiting for an hour. I wasn't sure what the delay was, but by the time this customer before me was handled my transaction was easy. But, it does seem likely that you will not get your rental at the time you booked it.MANNING W.

it didn't look clean, there was an empty can of red bull behind the driver's seat. Also the alley way feels unsafe at night. Good to know for any one to return the vehicle in the day time would be better considering the location. Is it not in demand to have cargo vans returned in other locations? Covid measures were not followed. Got charged for 146 miles when in reality I only used it for 20 kilomÃ¨tres. My reservation was for 10:30am and they didn't have it until 2:30 PM.Adam M.
This is the worst experience that I have ever had while renting a moving truck. I received a truck with a dirty cabin (unacceptable during a pandemic) and an almost empty tank. When I returned the truck, the tank was almost full and then I got an invoice with incorrect billing. Upon contacting their customer service department to ask for a refund on the gas left in the truck and the incorrect billing amount that I was being charged, they only offered to correct their billing mistake while I am now out of almost 120 $for the gas. I am certainly never renting a truck from your company ever again and expect to see this situation on social media and the poor business practices this company has in place.Jose Ricardo Rau P.

I believe I was overcharged for my recent rental experience. 1) I picked up the vehicle with about 1/2 full tank, and returned the vehicle with more than 7/8 full tank. Instead of being credited for extra filled tank, I was charged even more. 2) The customer support center specialist assured me that they have put 300km allowed mileage into my order. For some reason, the receipt indicates the mileage charge added to my contract. Is there any reason for that? It is very frustrating that I have to dig into the final contract statement to figure out if there is something wrong and why the charges on my account are not as I expect it to be.Alexey F.

Sending the damage checklist by text is not helpful. Hard to fill out...especially when you're already on the road. It is much easier and quicker to do it with someone at the shop.James B.
We had a really pleasant experience renting at 456 Parliament. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and service was quick. Price was great, and the location was fantastic for moving from one place in Toronto to another. Very easily accessible by TTC. We rented the van and it was very spacious.Daniel D.
By far the worst rental experience I have ever had. First off my truck was not at the same location the reservation was made or the confirmation received. I had booked the truck from Downtown (Parliament St) and booked the drop location at Oakville. However, the system did not register the same and my email contract does not mention drop location to which I also missed checking the drop location. Your website keeps the drop location as Optional and it also mentions drop anywhere. This is completely misleading as it makes the other person trust you but then end up in a mess. I ended up paying double the fuel, double miles and managing my time on a shifting day between toronto->oakville, oakville->toronto, toronto->oakville. This we too much! Not sure this will get you guys ring a bell but I certainly didn't have a good experience du to your messaging.Ritesh G.
