I checked the engine oil and NOTHING showed on dip stick. I added 2-quarts of oil just to get oil on dip stick. I added 2 more quarts to bring it to the full mark. The drivers side high beam headlight did NOT work. Both sun visors were broken. I understand this is a high mileage vehicle but at least check the oil.
JOHN JSun visor was broken. Then online pickup was clunky. Other than that, experience was great.

Alma APlease take a look at my Google review.. Personally, I think u-haul's Contract with this company should be ended. The representative threatened to cancel my reservation after already issuing the contract because he didn't like that I criticized his process, As he issued my contract, then forced me to wait another 15 minutes while he helped to other sets of customers that came in the door, before he came out to help me, hook up the trailer and allow me to leave. He threatened to report the stolen, And refused to come out and do a walk-through inspection when we returned the trailer.

Michael NI have done a lot of rentals from U-Haul's over the years but this was the worst condition I have seen for a 2 axle trailer. I don't know how a manager could send this trailer out like this. When I arrived at the trailer the floor was coated with debris from a construction site. Nails, screws, wood chips, sand and some type of coating on the floor that looked like dried concrete and something else. This was the only trailer they had and we had no time to shop other locations due to time restraints for that day. The worker swept the debris out the back crack of the ramp without ever putting the ramp down. When we got to our location in another town we found out that the 150 tailgate ramp spring was broken and could have easily broken someone's foot if they had been standing there. Uhaul never told us about this! We finally found out what was also stuck to the floor that the sand had covered up. It was TAR and it was gooey soft because the Florida sun was at work that day. We had to sacrifice some tarps so it would not get all over our shoes and stuff. I returned the trailer that evening and dropped it off after hours and called the location and left a message about the condition of the trailer but no one ever bothered to call us back. This must be a Franchise location for Uhaul. All they had to do was to take the trailer out of service and I would have gone to another location. But they wanted to make $37 off of me......

Tilette SHaving to pay for four days rental when I only needed it for two is really a problem, it's not fair. they shouldn't advertise daily prices. If they make you pay for four days when you don't need it for four days .It makes it like a scam.
Vincent LAlways friendly staff. The process of renting trucks is really easy there as well. Some other locations are really busy and confusing. I always choose this location for the friendly employees and easy rental process!

Kerenza VI'm actually the person who arranged this rental not the driver. Wanted to make a special comment on the ladies at the "main" number for UHaul. I am sorry that I can't find the paper that I wrote there names. But both times I called they were fantastic. I think one name was Jessica. They love their jobs and it shows. So kind and helpful!
Scott CArrived early (6:30am) for my 7:00am pick up and tried to begin checking in long story short didn't get the dirty truck until 9:30 after liscense plate was wrong and check in process was force completed so had to keep calling the 1800 number causing delays truck was filthy so I cleaned it to avoid getting slapped with a few so they can try and say I left it dirty when I received it that way so truck was returned swept and washed inside and out throughout all the ordeal and stress I didn't fill the tank it was missing 4 gallons says the office staff her name was Lisa she says that 4 gallons of gas costs $21 -.- in what country? Does 4 gallons of unleaded gas cost that much anywho I was told I'd get a reservation garuntee for having to wait and my equipment not being available waiting on hold and for all the hassle which I was very happy about them I drop the truck off 24 hours after I drove it off the lot which was 9:37 I dropped it off at 9:23 or 9:13 I just remembered it having a 9 and a 3 at the end but not 9:3_ she threatened to have me charged for a second day then realized I didn't get the truck until 9:37 so why would I return it at 7 when I didn't get it under 9:30 anyway she charges me for the gas I ask her about the refunds and garuntee and she says they don't do that uhaul does and then I end up on the phone with uhaul and she says ok I submitted your ticket the manager will contact you I say the manager of the location? She says yes I said well Lisa told me that they don't do refunds that only uhaul can…representative is mildly confused. Longer story short just stick to your guns these big companies should not be allowed to do this to people.

Sylvia MNot too much as I can see places. Always clean trucks. Vans are always clean, expectancy on gas and insurance and other necessities are always explained and offered with respect to the customer. Couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work!

pedro gThe inside of the vehicle, with the exception of the trunk as its to be expected, was very dirty. Even the seats were coated with dirt and stains. There was some kind of splatter on the driving cabin ceiling and visors from previous users that had not been cleaned. There was also a crack to the sliding back door window that had not been repaired. There was also a strange lingering odor. Other than that, the car was reporting low tire pressure, but upon inspection a new tire had just been placed on the van. The pick up and return process was smooth, painless, and very easy. I was pleased with the ease of reserving a vehicle, picking it up, and the vehicle actually being there and ready. For a first time experience renting and using a U-haul vehicle I am pleased. I just wish the car would have been cleaner on the inside.

WILLIAM RThe staff is amazing. Unfortunately I could not get the truck i reserved. The staff quickly got me into another vehicle. Then when I did a live chat to inquire about the $50 guarantee. The person was very rude, then proceeded to end the chat. I don't understand why the $50 guarantee is not I applied when there is a change of a reserved vehicle that is not due to the customer request.
