I could not find in the app or in the emails the procedure for returning the truck. If its in the contract, the print is too small to read on a phone. I suggest that it somehow be made more clear with a sight like the one I rented from that has no attendant. But the checkout procedure was very good and being able to do a prior check in really helped.

Susan BThe online check in didn't work. The local Ustore worker was able to manually set me up. It was confusing and I was late because of it
LYNDON CI checked the engine oil and NOTHING showed on dip stick. I added 2-quarts of oil just to get oil on dip stick. I added 2 more quarts to bring it to the full mark. The drivers side high beam headlight did NOT work. Both sun visors were broken. I understand this is a high mileage vehicle but at least check the oil.
JOHN JSun visor was broken. Then online pickup was clunky. Other than that, experience was great.
