There where extra charges. The gas tank was below Full.
SERGIO DThe van was BURRIED in snow up to the top of the tires. The van had not been cleared off. The only snow brush I had could not reach to the top. It took 30 min of my 4 hour window to clear the snow. The inside of the van was filthy. Unlikely I would use this service again.
Jennifer DMy only suggestion would be to have the vehicle cleared of snow and ice. I needed to get my own snow brush from my car and scrape the windows of ice and snow. I had a reservation so I believe that should have been done for me. Or at least put a brush in there.

ANWAR KI have issue with the billing method of carelessly taking excessive amounts not owed and billing twice. Take only amount owed, once. My experience, my estimate with extra kms came to $492. That was taken from my credit card. The amount owing was only $257. They attempt to take $257 and the $492 and return my $492 in a week or so!!! No! Excessive funds were provided. No second charge required. Simply return excess funds and be honest. $492 for 1 week of interest times a few thousand times is a money scheme. Please fix your procedures. Everything else is great!
JEFFREY RHello, The truck number is TM3967R Rented a truck from the United Lumber location in Bolton Ontario. The truck is in real bad shape. Not clean, it had the previous rentals tools in the truck. The plan was to do my move at night, but i couldn't, the truck is not drivable at night, the headlights are so dim i couldn't drive a night. So had to do the move the next morning. I'm not sure if this truck is safe to drive. I felt very unconfutable driving it, i asked the location if they had another truck but this was the only one. So i had no choice but to rent it. I would like a refund of my rental! my contract number is 11426431 Thanks

STEFANO CThe lights on the trailer did not work. After narrowing the fault down to the connector on the trailer tongue, each pin of the male and female parts of the connector had to be cleaned with emery paper before we made a successful connection. The dealer was helpful in assisting us to fix the problem. The floor of the trailer was filthy. Whatever it was was not immediately visible, so the parts of the decorative items we were carrying that touched the floor were covered in a black substance that was difficult to clean off. Some couldn't be cleaned completely.
Grant PLocation does not show on the U-Haul app or website. The one trailer they have is showing its age. Needs some upkeep and the chains are way too long.

Marcelo CI was quoted 32 and ended up with a 151 bill. Phone number is not in service in Bolton and gentleman I finally did speak with was rude. Will never rent from U-Haul again and will not recommend U Haul. I will make sure to inform people that that is not the true price, and that a ridiculous fee is charged due mileage. Thank you for putting me more into debt.

Opjeet SI was not able to pick up the rental using the app. The reservation did not have a vehicle assigned to it threrefor I had to wait for the store to open which delayed my start time. Store associate was nice enough to let me in and sort out the issue before store opening and got me on my was as soon as possible. Vehicle was clean however display was reading required oil change. Vehicle should be maintained to ensure a safe and problem free customer experience.

Novello AI don't understand why it's required to give all sorts of information prior pick up when you have to do it all over again in store. Also, when booking online, I choose not to take the Safe Move coverage as I wasn't going far. I literally returned the truck with the same mileage I took it with, but was charged anyways when "re-booking" in store. For 60 bucks I would have rented a vehicle from enterprise, at least it wouldn't have smelled like cigarettes. Thanks for the experience
Justin PI would never suggest Uhal to any friend or family. Had to drive 20 kms from the location where I booked the UHAL from. Insane, and had to pay extra money for miles because of that extra miles. Ridiculous!!! Never again

Liam MThe staff at the location when I was picking up the vehicle were so unorganized - there was nothing going on but the check in process took so long. The vehicle had dirt in the back of it as i assume the previous renters had soil and looked like they were moving plants - the truck was not swept out. there was garbage in the cab as well.. i did not clean it out on behalf of the company - i did take my own trash. otherwise the vehicle was fine.
Eydis GOnly issue was the washer fluid light light was on and the tire pressure appeared low based on the notifications I was getting. When I got home I had to add air to the tires. I would have expected these items would be dealt with before taking the vehicle.

Ronald LOriginally booked online and received confirmation to pick up at this location. On arrival the location had no record of my booking. I showed the rep and she was confused why my order did not appear but was very accommodating to provide a vehicle. Great service at location ONLY!
gino dLocation as a pick up point was great. The staff were friendly and helpful but they did not represent uhaul. The quality and cleanliness of the vehicle was disappointing. Furthermore, we had reserved a dolly and moving blankets which were not provided. Made the move much more difficult and longer than needed. Will not use uhaul next time.

Davinder SI used the UHaul app to return the trailer after hours, however it would not let me continue after I entered that a repair was required for the trailer lighting system, so I had to check the circle that said No repair needed to continue. Three out of 4 of the trailer clearance lights were not functioning.
Eugenio AMake sure the van is in the best condition possible. The wheel was very unaligned, the cup holders were dirty and the engine light was on. Overall it did the job but for the price I would like a truck that doesn't have issues

MANJIT BDear Uhaul people , 2 times you confirm and promise me , moving blankets and dolly will be in truck !! They were not there !!! I have damaged a lot of items in truck due to your negligence . I will be calling you soon to request full refund . Will NEVER use uhaul again !!!
Mladen KJust a comment….U Haul should have informed or advised with regards to connector of trailer to SUV….the U Haul trailer had a 4 pin connector, but the SUV had a 7 pin connector….this should have been reviewed and provided as part of the rental….we had to scramble to get an adapter so that the trailer could be driven safely
Vinc PVan was filthy and dirty, garbage was left over from other renters. Van had a horrible smell and the engine light was on. Pretty disgusted after renting this van would not rent again
Lam SI would like a call from UHaul head office vs location as this location was OK in service and was thrust into a recovery based on the original booking location whom failed terribly and should not represent UHaul at all!!! We did not want to pick up or return our trailer here but this is where uHaul sent us due to lack of availability in the GTA.
