The van was not full of gas…I better not get charged for that. The low tire air pressure was flashing on the dash, and even though I added air,mit kept flashing Then the engine light came on, and I don't know why. I will be very angry if I get charged for more gas, or if there is a problem with the tire. NOT MY FAULT

The van was neat, but the person who returned car did not notify anybody that it was returned so not happy that nothing inside was dissenfected. Definitely get a better/faster system to check in cars. Should not take half an hour.
franca J.It was very difficult to locate the lockbox!i phoned customer service two times, they had no idea where the lockbox was located. I circled the parking lot near the lumber yard 3 times and then searched the area the home hardware. Picture of the location of where the lockbox is located would have helped. Instructions stating that the lockbox was at the entrance of the homehardware would have been very useful!

NADIR M.Crappy experience. The app made me go inside the home hardware store to get the keys instead of giving me the key code to take the keys myself (I had chosen mobile checkin). The guys at the store had no clue whatsoever. Eventually they gave me the code on a piece if paper. I went and opened the key locks and but there were no keys in either boxes. Had to go back inside and ask the guys. The. Only another guy went to get the keys from the other “return boxâ€. Good waste of time and poor experience.

We finally went in the store snd the manager helped us, she was great. I would never go to a self serve location again. We did everything online and we couldn't get the combination to get the key. We wasted an hour of valuable moving time.

AMJID I.dolly should be put on vehicle when rented - mine was not interior of the cab had scent of cigarette - I'm an ex-smoker and sensitive to this smell in particular I'm not sure that I can recommend U-Haul - the customer service where I picked up the vehicle was exceptional; however, U-Haul does not allow its rental partners the opportunity to make decisions to make the rental experience exceptional. One recommendation would be to simplify the whole rental process in favour of the customer and the customer-facing dealer.

The form asks for your month and year of birth and DL expiry in a certain order but requires them in the reverse order. I waited over 10 minutes with the chat window for an agent to process my info. The photo upload piece is not clear as to whether it has worked or not and is ready for next one. The return process was even worse and fell apart at the photo of odometer step. I was using an Iphone X
Michael O.For this job I rented two dolly's, furniture dolly and 3 dozen blankets, none of which were provided. Please let me know my money for those items should be returned. Also mileage was a lot less than the 25 km quoted. Merci.

I will never visit that location again for any reason. They were utter trash. I am actually embarrassed for there total lack of professionalism. I resent the $10 that I was charged for blankets that I booked that weren't there.

Truck was dirty on the inside and smelt like smoke, but being a work truck can't say that it was overly dirty. However upon receiving my invoice I saw that I was charged for over 350 miles worth of travel when in actuality I only travelled 55kms. I have opened a case with U-Haul reference number 2058833 and they're investigating the issue. Thanks

Ronald O.I rent from this location frequently, upon pick up the computer kept freezing up which rendered my reservation and stressfree pick up mute! The whole transaction took over 45 minutes!! There was only 1 person working, stafff chatting in the aisles of the store rather than tending to customers AND I was charged a cleaning fee -$30 when the van was filthy when I received it. I returned it in the condition it went out, I'm not sure why I need to pay for someone else's mess!

The only issues I had was that I was not able to drop the vehicle off near where I moved to. Apparently it is due to the fact that it is not a FULL U-Haul location, but a counter in a Home Hardware. However, the gentlemen I dealt with, both on the phone and in person, were exceptionally helpful and made the process easy, which helped lessen my anxiety. Merci.

Andrew S.Worst U-Haul experience since I've been renting from U-Haul over the last 14 months. Truck seats were covered in dog hair, there were empty pop bottles and garbage left in the trunk, and the rep at the Home Hardware taking in my return, Merv, didn't seem to care. I will definitely not go back to this location & will even go as far as to consider another company like Penske. I hope someone calls me back as I was thoroughly disappointed.

Loreto T.They do not answer the phone even when you call repeatedly. Their "19,95" is a total hoax. They add all kinds of fees, expect to pay three to five times how much they are advertising. The van smelled terrible and was dusty and dirty. I recommend looking into every other possible option before renting a van from Uhaul.
