Zach YStaff were nice and helpful in getting the van and paperwork completed. Van worked fine with no mechanical issues, but the cab was VERY dirty with hair and dust and dirt and didn't smell good either. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and therefore the "no recommendation" for this location. The cab needed thorough vacuuming and cleaning. The cargo space also was not clean -needed vacuuming.
Jouni KThe location was great, the woman inside was a true angel and the only reason I kept my reservation was due to her kindness and compassion. The app, however, was absolute trash. I attempted to use the process of getting the key through the app system and it was a complete waste of 45min, I ended up in tears, and I will never use Uhaul again and I will tell everyone who listens to avoid U-Haul. The agent on the system was not helpful, the app was glitching and kept shutting down so I had to enter my information multiple times, the calls made to my contacts were not successful not b/c the phones weren't working, but b/c the system is horrendous and the agent was not paying attention to my chats. The only reason I ended up keeping my reservation is b/c I had an extra hour before work and the woman inside the location was an absolute gem and even though I was crying she helped me out with so much kindness. But I will never use U-Haul again.

Joe DThe truck itself was very dirty and normally I can do a self return and lock dolly's and such in the truck when I return the vehicle but in the middle of a downpour the attendant made me go back out and get the dolly because she was too lazy. I got no paperwork and the check in text came late this is the worst experience I've had renting a uhaul

That was yesterday, I have not received an email, and therefore have no idea what I was charged for this rental. Telling a customer what they were charged for their business seems like a basic requirement.

Nathaniel MThe original time I selected was changed. There was no dolly available and they could not give me a discount. The two employees working were very nice but they were the gas station employees and there were no Uhaul employees to be found. The gas station employees working took 45 min to figure out how to rent us the van, the stores iPad was dead so all of it had to be done on the gas station employees personal cell phone. It made a stressful moving day, even more stressful.

Dana EThere needs to be someone present who knows how to rent out the equipment on site, at all reserved times. My reservation was for 7 am. No one was there who knew what to do, or even seemed to care. I got out of the shop with my truck after 8 am. The van had been "cleaned", yet was still muddy, and had trash, loose change and reciepts all over the cab and in the back. Last, the amount I was charged was too much by two gallons of fuel. This happened because they switched trucks on my before I left the station, and the new truck had 1/4 less tank of fuel than the first, and they did not change the amount of fuel in their system. I brought the fuel back up to the proper amount, but they charged me anyway!

DAVID SThere were major issues with the uhaul programming/verifying of my id etc. It took me well over a half hour just to get the keys. The manager? of the location, came out to assist and right away and he had no clue what he was doing. He was zero help. I was late to a pick up location and was only using the damn van for an hour. So. Waste of time and money to uhaul.

Trino AYou ought to supply the vehicles with a full tank of gas so that it would be easier for the renter to refill the gas he uses. We were told to bring it back with half a tank. The vehicle came with a bit more than half a tank (because the last renter guessed wrong) and since we didn't drive that far we still had more than half a tank and so we didn't put in any fuel. Still, the full tank would be more fair all around.

Christine JMy only complaint was that there were not blankets available to rent. Everything else was great, especially the hours. Bringing the truck back late the night before I was supposed to have it back was way easier than waking up and fighting morning traffic.

Gretchen kThere were socks left in the cargo hold meaning it had not been cleaned. I had thought I had specifically rented one of the smaller, narrower vans, but was assigned a larger one and they weren't able to change it. I was delivering tricycles to apartment complexes with small parking lots and this made the deliveries very challenging. The check engine light and change oil soon lights came on immediately and when I called to see what to do about it, the first person I called said they would swap it out, but roadside assistance said it was fine. I would never drive my car with the check engine light on. Location is convenient for me, though understaffed. The staff members themselves were friendly.

Kimberly CI returned the UHaul 4 hours after departing with it. This is what I had requested and agreed to. I received my final invoice the next day for just over double the initial estimate. A customer service rep with UHaul quickly determined I had been billed for two days. After calling the location where I rented from to verify that I had indeed rented the truck for only 4 hours, I was credited back the over-billed amount. I am much appreciative of the assistance!! Perhaps just a mention to the location billing person about paying closer attention. I have used UHaul many times and have never had this issue. Definitely not a deal breaker for me. I will happily use UHaul again.

You supply your location with substandard equipment. The woman trying to manage my reservation had an iPad (or tablet device) that was impossible to read. 3. You are liars and thieves.

Mary CI'd like to dispute two charges included in my receipt for contract 75307064: I was overbilled for an extra day. I was charged for two rental periods, though my rental reservation was to run only 7 hours, 1:30pm-8:30pm on Feb 4. I returned the truck EARLY by 2 hours, at approximately 6:30pm on Feb 4. I was returning the truck outside of business hours, so I used the uhaul.com/share link provided to me; when sharing my GPS location was impossible in that process, the link prompted me to park legally, remove all of my belongings, and leave the keys in a drop box. I did this. I was not told I would be charged TWICE OVER. I have two witnesses to my early return and would have been captured on security cameras. I demand a refund of $19,95 for the day rate and $10 for coverage, for a total refund of $29.95.
Yana SThis isn't a uhaul location, it's just a Pick up site at a gas station. When I got there, there was one person working behind the desk, someone outside, and a former employee standing around shooting the breeze with the employees and customers. Because only one guy was behind the desk, he was able to do everything and had to start my reservation and then go ring someone up and come back. Meanwhile the former employee is standing there chatting, blocking the line, and distracting him. The clerk was very nice, but he didn't know how to look up my reservation. Finally a different employee, maybe a manager, came out and looked it up in like 2 minutes. They were all very nice, just very disorganized.
Chase sI was told that I could pick up and drop off at 9 AM from day to day two, and only be charged for 1 day rental. I did that. I dropped off the rental at 8:55 AM the next day, where I handed the keys to the attendant, and was told the receipt would be emailed. They did not process that drop off until after 12 PM, and I was charged for an extra day of rental. I disputed this charge in the receipt with the email information provided, and have heard nothing back.
Casey LWhen I arrived to pick up my vehicle the employees didn't have the password to log in to your system and I was charged for a dolly and pads, which I never got nor asked for. The van seats were covered in white dog hair. This is the worst Uhaul experience I've had in quite some time.
