I rented a vehicle from U-Haul on March 22nd, 2025. At the time of rental, I was charged $81.61, which included an estimated distance of 22 miles. However, on March 26th, I noticed an additional charge of $26,04 to my account without any prior notification or explanation. I have photographic evidence confirming the vehicle was driven exactly 24 miles, and I refueled the gas tank to the original level. Additionally, the vehicle's interior was already unclean at the time of pick-up, and I have documentation of its condition. I think U-Haul should have provided detailed information on why this extra charge was applied.

Richard NLocation is fine, but I was charged $30 for "Safe-Move" coverage which I declined. This may be the location at fault, but most likely is a corporate U-haul mistake. I have a feeling I won't be refunded. We'll see.
