I was charged for optional features which I did not approve. I did not see a way to dispute these charges. If I had completed the booking online myself, this might have been avoided- still the rate shouldn't "optionally" double without approval.

I was overcharged both for gas and for equipment that I didn't request, or even have in the truck. It has taken several attempts of reaching out to customer service, and they still have not completed the refund process yet. The A/C in the truck only worked on the highest setting, one side mirror was non-adjustable, and the driver's side door had to be slammed to close fully. A complete headache from beginning to end.
Joshua FMobile check-in was unavailable because it said the van was not present. It took nearly an hour to pick up my equipment, between chatting with an agent on the app and talking with an employee at the gas station. The employee was able to help, but it took him quite a while to get there.
SHAWN RThere was absolutely no communication about the per mile fee. So an expected 36 dollar plus pay gas transaction just turned into 80 dollar. Never using U-Haul again
