The mobile check in still required me to enter the building and wait on them to hand me the key, which completely defeats the purpose of saying you offer no contact check ins. After having me wait, I still did not receive two of the items in which I paid for in the back of the truck, which further proves that you all did not have the vehicle ready for the customer. I called to have those items refunded and was told the contract has to be closed before I'm given my money back for items I prepaid for that I did not receive. You all don't wait to charge my card for items you don't provide, but I have to for you refund me. No. You may deduct what I have already paid from total remaining balance and then I will pay what is left over. You don't inconvenience a customer by telling them to wait before they're refunded for items that you don't provide. Very inconsiderate.

There were a crap Ron of ants everywhere! They were on the door, dashboard, floor and seats of the U-Haul. We realized too late to return the U-Haul. In addition, seats were nasty (probably why there were ants) and had crumbs/sticky stuff. We also were not told that we had a specific mileage requirement which is DUMB! Because we live in Atlanta and traffic contributes to mileage even if you are not going far AND you still have to bring the U-Haul back with gas in it. Therefore, you are likely to get charged an extra tank of gas for running over. The U-Haul also wasn't ready for pick up. We ended up selecting mobile check out but still had to go into the location and speak to the front desk. We almost also didn't get the equipment we arranged for. Overall the ladies were lovely at the desk but super busy so I'm sure they didn't inspect the truck for ants.

Paul GThis location is difficult to find. Didn't see a UHAUL sign from the road. No business name on the paperwork. GPS lost its signal seconds before the destination should have been announced causing me to ride past it. No answer when I called. Upon arrival, the location appears to be a mixture of several repair shops and other businesses. The actual destination is not visible even when you turn into the lot and no signs to guide you. The business closed at noon on a Saturday, but no hours stated on the paperwork.
