Truck was full of dried mud. Asked for broom clerk said no.,The clerk eventually gave me a broom. I had to sweep myself. The air blew hot air half of the time.
Tyler PuckettI did self check in. This store is too busy to assist anyone at check in. It's been that way the last 2-3 times I've experienced this at this location. It's just very convenient to me as far a pick up and drop off. I explained that I was late but had called U-Haul and was given a few extra extended hours because of the situation that arose while moving. I did have the truck back as discussed and was still charged for the third day anyway. He barely spoke English and was not interested in helping me. Probably the worst experience I've had with U-Haul and I've used this company multiple times over the last, especially 5 years.

Maria JohnsonWhen I went to drop off the equipment the location did not have anywhere to park the vehicle. I walked inside and spoke with a gentleman who stated he would have to call someone to return it in the system because he could not leave the store and take pictures. Then after I left I received a call from the gentleman saying he could not return the vehicle because of where I parked it and I needed to come back there and move it. I felt this was very inconveniencing since I had already drive eight minutes up the road and had to turn around and go back.

Donald TrueloveU HAUL main office told me I owed about $43 dollars but there were going to be other charges ; right before giving me the key I was told I owed them $70 plus I ended up driving it just 7 miles .
Dalio ArguetaThis truck needs to go to the truck graveyard. The sound and drives like it's in its last leg and leaks inside the box getting all of my belongings soaked and floods inside the cab of the truck.

Michael RyanTruck was dirty and when i worked there we had to make sure the truck was clean for the next person. Gas was wtong when i got in it it was 3/8 a tank but i put a half back because i didnt want to be charged for gas
Stacie Cisneros MarroquinWhen I arrived the gentleman behind the counter told me he wants to go smoke a cigarette and I can wait since I was a few minutes early. I looked at him and said really? I mean if that is what you want to do. Then when he decided to go ahead and get me processed in for my pick up he tried to slide the insurance in on me when I clearly stated in my original reservation, I am not interested in additional insurance. He went as far as to tell me it was already added so too late. I refused and would not budge then he removed it. This tells me they are trying to steal from unsuspecting clients. I was very off put buy this experience and really kind of untrusting of the uhaul brand a bit. This same location in the past added $50 for not putting gas back into the truck, which I did and proved it, but was still charged for it. This is very shady business dealings at this location.

I didn't know there was a lock box outside store to return key and I gave him the key and he didn't tell me about the box and key was just put on counter. I realized when I left I had to check out online and that told me where to put key. Walked back in and asked for key and he just handed it to me still distracted and didn't say anything. Not very friendly

Raymond McCormackBeing able to move after work was great, however, not being able to see in the back cabin was an inconvenience. Having some light would be great. This evening was sprinkling, the steps could be a bit more aggressive on grip. Upgrade to LED head lamps, brighter & less likely to burn out. It was hard to see in dim lit areas. Overall I appreciate the business

Leah HahnThe person at the location was not interested in U Haul customer service. He just wanted to give truck key and be done. I had to ask for the furniture pads. He handed me one sealed pack of pads. I did not realize there was only 6 to a pack and should have received two packs until I returned the truck to different location and was charged for missing equipment.
Constance HouserGet a direct line and whoever answers the phone needs to explain who they are. I wanted to rent the truck and made a tentative reservation, which was useless without confirmation. This is not a way to handle business.
SUMMER JONESNowhere on any paperwork is there anything about how much is charged for mileage! Ye sit does say the price for miles allowed. However, there is nothing stating how much is charged per mile after the miles are used!!!! I am extremely upset and NEVER use U Haul again!!!!

William BakerNice scam! The truck had less than a quarter tank of gas. I went about a hundred miles an added 8 gallons during my trip and returned it with an eighth of a tank. They said I started with three quarters. Check the mileage. You got me pretty good. Clever scam!
